lets just play this one out.. again
lets ignore BD's mumbo jumbo freman scripts from his jesus lentz

so common law
harm loss as bd says
and tresspass as he keeps avoiding

even under common law you are tresspassing on government property if you do not have permission(permit/licence) to be there

Nobody ever trespasses on government property. All that happens is that someone says they are trespassing.

Cool

Nobody ever compares a code they used in language for their hypothetical case.  They just reference it.

 Shocked

(BAD is over in the flat earth thread getting destroyed by a flat-earther if anyone needs more entertainment)

Anybody can mess things up. Read the differences between freeman stuff, and a man making a legal claim, at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5197289.msg52994494#msg52994494.

anyon can make a claim.. freeman-non freeman  illegal alien, citizen

but your rhetoric is this part
'face my accuser'
'i dont recognise your agent as my accuser'
'stand unrepresented'
'travel a public highway in a vehicle unlicenced'
'hand the cop an invoice'
which is the freeman stuff

and dang..
you still repeating the freeman stuff now
you are so jesus preaching lentz word for word '4 legs of a table'
dude seriously your like 5 years too late to the party. people have moved on from believing that BS its all ben debunked

All this stuff is said in regular court cases under regular circumstances. It is also said by some of the freemen.

The difference is how and when it is said, and the circumstances.

Standing present, unrepresented won't cut it alone. A common law court of record must be required as well. And to start into such a court, there needs to be a claim by the accused who was probably a defendant until he made the claim. Courts recognize this stuff all the time. It's all standard law.

If you go and write a list of freeman stuff, for all we know, the freeman said all this when he was already found guilty, and it was his closing statement before sentencing. There needs to be a chronological order listed before anybody can know what you are actually talking about.

Cool

Where did you learn how to be represent yourself in court better than any lawyer ever could?  It wasn't one of those conspiracy websites that sells all the herbal supplements that you're always posting...was it?

If anyone is wondering what happens when people try what BADecker is suggesting, search "Sovereign Citizen Fails in Court" on youtube.  There are tons of hilarious examples.

4125  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Vid of Biden admit bribe of Ukrainian Pres. to fire prosecutor investigating son on: November 05, 2019, 10:39:29 PM

This isn't anything new or damning. Lets look at some quotes...

"In his new testimony, Mr. Sondland said he believed that withholding the aid — a package of $391 million in security assistance that had been approved by Congress — was “ill-advised,” although he did not know “when, why or by whom the aid was suspended.” But he said he came to believe that the aid was tied to the investigations.

I presumed that the aid suspension had become linked to the proposed anticorruption statement,” Mr. Sondland said."

"In his updated testimony, Mr. Sondland recounted how he had discussed the link with Andriy Yermak, a top adviser to President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine, on the sidelines of a Sept. 1 meeting between Vice President Mike Pence and Mr. Zelensky in Warsaw. Mr. Zelensky had discussed the suspension of aid with Mr. Pence, Mr. Sondland said.

I said that resumption of the U.S. aid would likely not occur until Ukraine provided the public anticorruption statement that we had been discussing for many weeks,” Mr. Sondland said in the document, which was released by the House committees leading the inquiry, along with the transcript of his original testimony from last month."

"Mr. Sondland’s new testimony contradicted the notion that he was a lone wolf pushing the quid pro quo idea himself, and portrayed him instead as just the messenger who had discovered there was a linkage between the aid and the investigations and articulated it to others. He said it “would have been natural for me to have voiced what I presumed” about what was standing in the way of releasing the military assistance."

I see lots of presumptions, assumptions, and beliefs, but no evidence of anything but Trump doing investigations relating to the 2016 elections, as he is entitled to as the chief of the executive branch. Funny how Trump has been subject to nonstop investigations one after another since 2016 (and before really), and none of that is "for personal political gain", but Trump investigating a PASSED election, well that's just too far! The assertion that Trump needs to do this to win over Joe Biden is even more laughable. Joe can't even keep himself together, or his hands to himself.

I think most of the witnesses have testified that the actual deal was for a press conference or some sort of public announcement so the world would know Biden was being investigated in exchange for the military stuff and a meeting at the White House.  This would definitely make the "he was doing it for political reasons" argument stronger since a press release like that would be far more valuable politically right away.  The investigation might turn up nothing or not finish till after the election.

Also, that text message I posted was sent right after he got off the phone with Trump.

Another thing that I think is super shady is how Trump sent Rudy over there (a private citizen) to work out the deal.  Meanwhile, the State Dept people who handle foreign relations with Ukraine had no idea what was going on.  That's just embarrassing and could affect the way other countries deal with our Ambassadors.

The way they fired the Ambassador was also shady.  You should read the transcripts and reports from her.

Quote
The reason why people lose in government complaints against them is in 5 things:
1. They stand represented rather than present in court;
2. They don't require the facing of their accuser (government, on the indictment) on the stand to question him;
3. They don't require evidence/proof of harm, damage, or threat;
4. They don't require at least one witness against them;
5. The don't require evidence that they were the doer of the harm, damage, or threat.
6. They are guilty of the thing they are being accused of.

If defendants did these 5 things in a claim filed right into the complaint filed against them, close to 100% of guilty by complaint verdicts would be innocent or case dismissed... except when someone filed a following claim/counter-claim into the accusers claim he filed into the government's complaint. But government can't file a claim, because government as government is never harmed, damaged, or threatened. Government is only paperwork.

Cool

Have you considered offering your expertise to those preparing to stand trial?  You could be a true legend if your strategy works.

Typical TECHSHARE.  Makes claims against others without providing evidence.

If that’s not the pot calling the kettle black, I don’t know what is.

Hey look, it's the guy who told everyone Game-Protect and I were the same person as if he knew it for a fact, calling someone out for calling out someone else for making shit up about other people.

You and others spent years defending the Game-Protect account while I called him a scammer.  Talk about horrible judgement.  I did get a laugh out of seeing how long it took you and your window licking crew to get up to speed.  I look forward to 5 years from now when you same morons start complaining about Vod's behavior.

Addressing the topic at hand...  It's pretty clear Flying Hellfish is a snowflake and moderates as such.  I don't think the powers that be really care, so long as he deletes spam.

I didn't defend him much, and neither did anyone else, but yeah It was horrible judgment to not realize he was a scammer sooner.  It was an honest error in judgement.

So the guy that donated $1m to the Trump campaign and was then picked for Ambassador to Europe just amended his testimony from last week.  Trump will not be pleased.

No source of any kind, sounds reliable. Also certainly doesn't sound like a horribly fumbled and failed attempt at entrapment either.

For example, if someone is publicly accused of having killed someone around July 2019, they will support it without having the proof and knowing at what day and how the killing happened! Roll Eyes

More like if I killed someone in the living room and they accused me of killing someone in the hallway, so I left them negative feedback.

I'm tired of this board being a bullshit cesspool of FAR OFF conspiracies, attacks on Jews/ other ethnic groups, attacks on the ILLUMINATI, and so on and so forth.

Can we have a real fucking section where we have policy debates, debates about what the president / any political person has done without erupting into personal attacks and retarded statements from sources with little to no value. (Yes that means I don't want to see some stupid fucking blog spam or youtube video with no value)

I actually suggested half-jokingly in some other thread that we should create a conspiracy sub-board for P&S. There is a bit of a problem with that though. Who gets to decide what is a conspiracy?

Perhaps it needs to go the other way. Maybe P&S needs to be left as is and the more serious discussions need to move into their namesake board.

As for off-topic garbage (cryptotalk or illuminati or whatever) polluting otherwise normal threads - the solution is still the same as usual: report to moderator. This would be needed regardless of any new boards or new rules we might come up with.

I guess I'm going to be going on a crusade in the next few days regarding garbage spam posts from people (sig campaign or not)

I mean even in my idea, there are issues of what do different people determine 'serious' -- though I would assume that most think that it's fair to stop posting on the 4000 page posts on here. Things like "WHY IM AN ATHESIST" WITH 4000000000 REPLIES and so on and so forth.

I would like to see a lot of the garbage go to one area, and the more serious disccusions staying here. We'd have to work to define what 'serious' means though.

Even if we had some broad rules like no personal attacks, etc. That would do something.

This is a good idea.  A "No Personal Attacks" rule would eliminate most of the nonsense.  Maybe get rid of signatures also.

I mean -- I'm pretty biased when it comes to the no signatures part. Though I dont see much of an issue with a QUALITY poster posting with a signature. If they are rewarded for their work then so be it.

But ya know, a tad biased on the matter cause below.....

I meant just turn them off so they don't appear.  You could still post in the forum, just wouldn't get paid for them.  Like the serious discussion forum.

I don't think he's just a troll.
I have a theory.

GP is a scammer, first and foremost.
These threads are bad for building a con but it is still possible, especially if you try to obfuscate the truth and justify your wrongdoing.

By diverging the topic from anything substantial and by repetitively stating, "all of those who oppose me are inherently flawed," game-protect is attempting to pawn off the scam as a misconstrued situation.

GP has already laid the foundation for their scam system and thus to discard it so easily without attempting to vie for some more victims is the least logical thing to do.
Think like a scammer and you will understand GP's mentality.

The thing is his foundation has been crumbling for over a year now and he seems to be failing miserably at attracting any suckers on this forum since everyone is constantly calling him out.  He's obviously broke and has received one payment to an address posted on his site in the past 2 months (BTC0.036).

He's definitely a scammer in reality, but it seems entirely possible that in his own mind he really believes that everyone else is stupid and he is very smart.  If you can't see this, you must be mentally ill.

Not a doctor, but it sure seems like he really could be a Narcissistic Sociopath or suffer from a similar personality disorder that affects all aspects of his life.  The way he manipulated get-paid into helping out Jenni by paying him is what made me start thinking this.

Quote
Traits of a Narcissistic Sociopath
How do you spot a sociopathic narcissist? Watch for certain traits:

No apologies, no guilt, no remorse under any circumstance. A sociopathic narcissist believes that she is a gift to the world who makes it richer and more colorful. Therefore, her calculated, even cruel actions are always justified.
Invincibility. The narcissistic variety of sociopath believes he is indomitable. Even punishment and prison can't stop him. They're merely part of the game.
Wholly self-serving. The needs and wants of others are insignificant and undeserving of consideration.
Act as the producer, director, and only actor of his own show. The narcissistic sociopath casts people in roles that increase his power and sense of importance and when bored, casts them aside.
A driven quest for power. If a narcissistic sociopath cares about anything other than himself, it is destructive power and control over people.

Polls, always with the polls. Polls are easily manipulated. It amazes me how many of you forgot all the polls with 90%+ saying Hillary was going to win already. Keep dreaming, the Democrats don't have anyone with a chance in hell of beating Trump.

The poll isn't about the general election, its about the primary election.

Joe has to make it to the primary without springing a leak or molesting another child on camera first.

I like how your reason why Biden's legacy is over just pivoted from the whole Ukraine ordeal to "springing a leak" (whatever that means) or "molesting another child on camera" (a thing that never happened).

So what if he's a bit touchy. In this day and age, its standard behavior for a presidential candidate to boast about grabbing women by the pussy.

Even though the conspiratards have convinced me to rally around Creepy Uncle Joe in support against their fuckery, I would be thrilled if Sanders actually became the nominee after toasting Biden and Warren in the debates. That may spell the end of the "Biden Legacy." It certainly won't be the Ukraine ordeal. Trump's legacy, on the other hand, currently hinges on it.

The differential treatment of Biden and Trump re women does seem interesting. Biden is Creepy Joe without actually molesting any, and Trump blurts out what a sexy daughter he has and who wouldn't want to do her?

But going back a bit, I would bet you don't recall what the editors of Penthouse said about Bill Clinton. Praising him, and suggesting everyone vote for him, the magazine editorial ended... "It's about time we have a man in the White House with balls, who fucks."

That's ironic.  He never even fucked Lewinsky and only finished once out of like 10 blow jobs.

Twitchy, I'm starting to think he's only trolling and trying to waste everybody's time. He's not accessible to logic and he's the worst kind of weasel I've seen, here.

He knows he's at fault, but there's no way to get anything useful out of this conversation. Many have tried, as this thread proves.

I don't think he's just a troll.  I think he's a Narcissistic Sociopath.
He's been doing this for over 3 years and actively trolling any active casino thread in gambling forum, looking for people he can convince to send him money.  He might actually think he's capable of helping them and doing all the things he promises.  I also think he get's genuinely angry every time someone calls him out.  Yesterday he left neg trust to 81 people.  Imagine what a pain in the ass that must have been unless driven by rage.

Signs and symptoms of narcissistic personality disorder
Grandiose sense of self-importance. ...
Lives in a fantasy world that supports their delusions of grandeur. ...
Sense of entitlement. ...
Exploits others without guilt or shame. ...
Frequently demeans, intimidates, bullies, or belittles others.

Muh Biden is creepy!

Meanwhile, Trump on his daughter posing naked in playboy and other situations:

“It would be really disappointing — not really — but it would depend on what’s inside the magazine. I don’t think Ivanka would do that, although she does have a very nice figure. I’ve said if Ivanka weren’t my daughter, perhaps I’d be dating her.”

“You know who’s one of the great beauties of the world, according to everybody? And I helped create her. Ivanka. My daughter, Ivanka. She’s 6 feet tall, she’s got the best body.”

"“Yeah, she’s really something, and what a beauty, that one. If I weren’t happily married and, ya know, her father . . . ”

“Is it wrong to be more sexually attracted to your own daughter than your wife?”

Lets say a player gets frustrated with a casino for some reason and calls them a scam on a forum. (happens all the time)

Do you think the Casino has the right to just take the players money from their account, cancel any withdraws and just keep it and tell the player the funds were being deducted from $10,000 that the player now owes the Casino?

What would you say to a Casino that did this?

Who do you think is entitled to the funds in the players account, The Casino or Player?
4138  Economy / Gambling / Re: Game Protect Legal Case - Curacao License Scam on: November 05, 2019, 09:58:10 AM
Yes, I have spoken and communicated with the lawyer who resolved the case, once again I have no intention to lie about it. I hope you believe me.

I don't think you've been dishonest at all throughout this process.  You seem like a good guy that always tries to find the good in people.  This is a great characteristic in life, but it seems pretty clear that GP took advantage of you being a nice guy.  I'd be surprised if he put much effort at all into returning Jennis money.  He got her to ask you to send him money because he's a scammer, not because he tries to help people.  If he was actually in the business of helping people, there would be more than 1 person after 3+ years confirming that he actually helped them.

I hope you understand the reason everyone is giving him shit and ruining his reputation isn't just to be mean to someone.  It's to make it harder for him to scam people in the future.

OP is about you being a dick and bitching about off topic posts.

Polls, always with the polls. Polls are easily manipulated. It amazes me how many of you forgot all the polls with 90%+ saying Hillary was going to win already. Keep dreaming, the Democrats don't have anyone with a chance in hell of beating Trump.

Polls are the only way to figure out the opinion of a large number of people without asking every single person.  A single poll can have quite a wide margin of error, but when you consider the results of many polls taken frequently they provide a pretty accurate representation on what people are thinking and how certain events are affecting their opinion.  As long as there aren't any major flaws in your method of collection, it's just math.  And if there are flaws in your method of collection, it will become apparent over time.

It amazes me how many of you forgot all the polls with 90%+ saying Hillary was going to win already.

Those weren't polls.  They were models based on data collected from multiple polls.  An electoral college model would have to figure out how to calculate the results of several different polls in each of the 50 states and then consider every scenario.  It's way more complicated than "a poll".

Most of the reputable national polls for the 2016 general were actually within .5 % of the actual result.  And while there were a bunch of states that Trump won that most of the polls had Clinton winning, they were mostly pretty close calls.

Polls, always with the polls. Polls are easily manipulated. It amazes me how many of you forgot all the polls with 90%+ saying Hillary was going to win already. Keep dreaming, the Democrats don't have anyone with a chance in hell of beating Trump.

It amazes me how many people think they are better at determining the opinions of millions of people all over the country better than any of the well established Political Polling Organizations that have a proven track record of being very accurate over a period of decades.

Also worth noting, Don't let Trump fool you. pollsters really don't give a fuck about trying to help or hurt Trump by cooking the numbers.  They are in the business of being accurate.  The most accurate polls are the ones that get the most funding.  In case it's not obvious, Trump isn't attacking them for not being accurate, he's attacking them because they don't have him winning.  This is the definition of bias.
