What is the name and address of the person or company that owns and operates the 1xbit website?

Why are you showing unsportsmanlike behaviour?

If anybody wants to take the owners of 1xbit to Court what name and address should the Court summons be posted to?

4142  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2021/2022 on: July 29, 2021, 03:22:34 PM
Here is how I think it will end:

1- Manchester City
2- Manchester United
3- Chelsea
4- Leicester City

Chelsea have signed just a goalkeeper on a free transfer but they have been playing brilliant since Tuchel arrived. He turned them in to a winnign machine. Yes they lost a few games along the way but the way he motivated those players to fight their way in to a 3rd place along with making them Champions League winners was just fantastic. I cannot see them winning the league this season and I think they could progress as far as the quarter-finals of the Champions League.

In my opinion Liverpool will not have a top 4 finish because they have lost the element of fear that was instilled upon opponents when they stood in the tunnel. They concede too many goals and do not score as freely as they used to in those two seasons where Liverpool were just dominant. Salah, Mane and Firmino have not been playing like they did in those first two seasons which saw Liverpool make back to back Champions League finals (winning one and losing one) and win their first Premier League title in 30 years. Wijnaldum has gone on a free transfer to PSG and that will affect the team balance. They do not seem to have longevity with the team Klopp built. I think they could progress as far as the quarter-finals of the Champions League.

Manchester City signed a goalkeeper on a free transfer and that is very strange. I agree with you it certainly seems like (on paper) Manchester City do not look leagues ahead of competitors when looking at their squad. Guardiola probably believes his team will win the league again but can always strengthen his squad in the winter transfer window if things are not going according to plan. That belief in his team just might cost him dearly if he is not careful. Losing the Champions League final is probably one of the lowest points in the career of Guardiola so he and Manchester City will want to bounce back much stronger. I think they could progress as far as the semi-finals of the Champions League.

Manchester United have signed Varane and Sancho so they should be stronger this season than they were last. They are a young team and young squad. Losing the Europa League final would have hurt so they should bounce back stronger. I think they could progress as far as the quarter-finals of the Champions League.

Here's my predictions for the new season:

1. Liverpool (if they make signings)
2. Manchester United
3. Manchester City
4. Chelsea

The thing with Liverpool is they haven't made any signings apart from Konate, who is a fantastic addition to their squad. However, they still lack that true striker, and while Firminho may come back to his best, it would be a safer bet to get someone in who is a proven outright striker, and then chop, and change them based on the opponent, and form.

Manchester United have made fantastic additions this summer. They've probably had the best window out of everyone in the Premier League, and I would expect them to either be first or second it really does depend on how well as a team they gel with the new players. The season after this one, I would expect them to be top of my list unless other teams make some serious signings.

This is probably the first time for a long time that Manchester City doesn't look so much better than the rest of the league on paper. They have lost a few important players over the years, and they haven't made many big signings. I feel like after many years of success they might actually be starting to stagnate, and as a result will struggle to stay on top with a constantly evolving league.

Last year I thought Chelsea signed some very good players, but they never really got to gel together, and as a result they probably under performed from a lot of fan's perspectives when they first heard about the type of players they were signing. Their success this season completely depends on whether they've worked out that issue. However, other teams like Manchester United have seriously stepped up their game in signings at least, and Chelsea no longer have the better players when you compare the two.

That sounds like a total bullshit answer in addition to being unprofessional, as you're responding to him in public and calling him unsportsmanlike (a term I've never heard applied to gambling, by the way, but I'm not a gambler).
It's sad to see a trusted person not doing just a little research: https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/unsportsmanlike

This term is used in bookmaker's rules, including 1xBit, and it means unfair character of a game or a bet.

@jollyGood thank you for the wonderful season of analysis and updates, I'm sure your team made the Europa League because you never talked about who you support, the anti-Chelsea agenda helped us a lot this season from the refs to the VARs, our brothers from London helped us when Var decided to give Leicester two awful penalties to make sure Chelsea lose out of top 4 and on the other end gave Aston Villa a penalty to make sure Chelsea goes down.

The god of the blue army never sleeps WE ARE CHELSEA!!!  Here we go....
Thank you for contributing in the thread and making it an enjoyable read but there was no anti-Chelsea agenda by the referees on the pitch or by members of this forum  Wink

Leicester City bottled it again on the final day of the season to the same Chelsea side, they must be devastated right now after spending the highest days in the top 4 only to lose out in less than 40mins, too painful but Manchester City, Manchester United, Liverpool and Chelsea making the competition is healthy for the league.

Big farewell to Aguero and other players that might leave at the end of the season to retirement or another club, it was an intense season indeed.
Leicester City deserved to finish in 4th place last season but Liverpool pipped them. How sad to see Leicester City collapse in the Premier League but at least thy won the FA Cup for the first time in their history after beating a strong Chelsea team. What a brilliant goal it was by Tielemans that won it. Maybe Leicester City will try to go a step further this time and finish 4th but it will be difficult.

As for Aguero, he did his bit for Manchester City and made a lot of money. Now he can finish his playing days for two seasons at Barcelona so not a bad end to his professional career.

@JollyGood I was expecting you to post some of your predictions for the new season, so maybe you’ll post once it resumes I guess. However here are mine 1) I believe Arsenal & Tottenham will perform much better than last season, but West Ham won’t unless they sign Lingard, 2) The top 4 will be a very tricky race and I can only see City as a fix team, rest all will continue to come and go.
I will post some opinions and analysis in the coming days  Grin

I agree with you, Arsenal and Tottenham should perform better but will they? The seem to run out of steam more than once during the season. West Ham will not be able to perform like they did last season because Lingard was on loan and he was a huge help for them but he has returned back to Manchester United. West Ham need to buy a few players otherwise they will end in mid-table.

As for the top 4, I agree with you again. Manchester City is the team to beat but Manchester United and Chelsea will be close by. Liverpool seem to have the fear factor and teams are just not scared of playing against them any more therefore I cannot see Liverpool finishing in the top 3.

You are right on both points you raised. They will not answer the question about who actually owns (name and address) the 1xbit website and the 1xbit scammers will not define what "controversial" bets are therefore no surprise there. They will say what they want to selectively scam whoever they want  Roll Eyes

When will you answer? What is the name and address of the person or company that owns and operates the 1xbit website?
Along with scam accusation (which we believe, don't have valid proofs), there are a lot of positive feedback in our contest/review threads.

Regarding anonymity questions, the answer was already provided.

Sincerely,
1xBit team
One thing is really sure mate, they will never answer this question because there is only one answer " they will hide again in their PRIVCY policy" LOL  Grin

If a person places controversial bets from different accounts, it means only one thing - he is trying to win in any possible way and to hide this. If someone does it from the same account it also means he is trying to outplay the bookmaker, but he is not hiding it, so we just refund the bets.

Sincerely,
1xBit team
Then please define what is Controversial bets ? is it because they are using different accounts or you will declare if they are being cheater or what?  Cheesy

In order to solve the case you should have first apologised to the OP for confiscating €35,519 under false pretences.

Many of us advised the OP to not send ID to you because we looked at the evidence and concluded you were a scammer who would claim all sorts of new excuses in order to steal from the OP therefore the OP should not send you any ID.

Who gave you the right to move the funds to a third-party without consultation from the OP? You and your Rock Trading exchange have come out of all this looking extremely bad.

In order to solve the case, it would be enough for the OP to prove she (the account owner is a woman) is the owner of the account providing KYC information.

After 3 years of claims, up to now, not only we didn't have any KYC but, we are still waiting for an official note from the authorities which have been multiple times declared by the OP

On our side, we initiated an offical legal procedure against the OP and deposited funds to an arbiter account.

All official documents are available at the following link.

Not much else to really apart from 1xbit shills trying their best make stories up and trying to deflect from the facts.

1XBET is a household name in my country and it is not a scam please stop creating fuds and saying that no one is playing on 1xbit, which is far from the truth as 1xBET has one of the largest registered players and 5th according to the gambling market capitalization. Get your facts right next time before making comments such as this about a platform.

You gotta be kidding. 1xBet is probably the shadiest bookie in the gambling world.
Basically, it's a fraudulent bookmaker that operates under several brands including BetWinner, Casino-Z, Z-Bets, Melbet, 22bet, and Astekbet, as well as hundreds of mirror sites to circumvent the Russian ISP ban on 1xBET. 1xBET and other brands from the group just looks and acts like a legitimate business, but they are not.

That is very kind of you.

So far funds have not been sent from the 0.09934 BTC yet but donations from non-crypto sources have been made and they have been received with much gratitude. I still hope to send the BTC soon, just having to wait on a few details beforehand.

I cannot donate to this great cause and I deeply regret that. At least I can bump it since it hasn't been bumped for the last 24 hours as my little contribution and I genuinely wish the family is safe and healthy. Jolly not that I want to ask personal details but honestly if I by chance was in the same country as the family, I might have helped more than I am able to right now.
4153  Economy / Gambling / Re: bustabit – The original crash game on: July 23, 2021, 10:59:16 PM
What has the amount of profit he might or might not be making got to do with him hiring or not hiring people to help him out?

DarkStar_ has mentioned reasons why Bustabit and other websites might not need or want to have staff handling customer emails, it seems certainly plausible. Even some huge corporations employing hundreds of people inform customers to wait 24/48/72 hours for a reply, some even cite a week. If devans is replying sooner including to someone who has opened multiple tickets in 7 hours then that statistically is excellent and he deserves credit which is why your post baffled me.

After reading your post I thought it was worth a look in to your recent posting history therefore I posted about you for not being the original owner. If I have written anything wrong please free to post in that thread to contest it or correct me but allow devans to keep this thread about Bustabit: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5350853.msg57530459#msg57530459

Yeah, I answer all support requests myself. Generally I respond to all messages within 24 hours. In this case the longest response time to their multiple tickets was 7 hours and 2 minutes, which I think is reasonable.
Lol, why though? I mean you must be making good enough profit to hire someone else for helping you out right? I have zero clue how much you make, it is probably easy to calculate based on what people made and lost since the start of the year on the investment page and then calculate your cut on that. However even without doing that, I assumed that you were making good enough profit to hire some people, not even just one person but more like multiple people to help you out, could be about coding, design, support staff and many things like that.

Why do you end up doing all of that all by yourself without getting any help, is it more about trying to protect the website from someone to come in and change something and ruin it? Or maybe some support staff acting unprofessionally and destroy your reputation? If that is the case we all know you already, I doubt we would put it on you when they do a mistake.
4154  Economy / Reputation / Re: Forum Members Using Purchased Accounts For Signature/Bounty Income on: July 23, 2021, 10:34:27 PM
I spotted member dezoel (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=311970) make a post in the Bustabit thread and it seemed like a half-hearted attempt at making a post for the sake of making a post for the sake of getting signature campaign fees. I wish I had not looked at previous posting history but I did and had no choice after that but to tag the account. I think this person is operating several accounts simply because of the way he posted almost immediately seeking his signature campaign fee.

It seems between post #428 and #427 some interesting events occurred, that would be between April 2017 and November 2020. The commas and spacing seems to have improved drastically. The level of English has jumped up from bordering low-level non-native to excellent level native. In fact his English has improved so much so that he no longer writes in the Indonesian local board.

All the posts it seems since the 2.5 years the account remained inactive have two paragraphs at the very least and they have a certain amount of minimum characters to obtain the signature campaign fee. Either the account changed hands or dezoel learned excellent English while being away from this forum. I am not giving him the benefit of the doubt but he can sign an address if he wants to - that will make things interesting  Grin

self-moderated in order to stop this thread being ruined by signature spammers and trolls

I recently created a thread about apa don (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1317853) using a purchased account, I thought was trying to build it up and use as one of his farmed accounts which as being used to generate signature campaign fees. A special thank you to lovesmayfamilis because after some excellent work he showed some other accounts connected to apa don which he listed in that thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5350485

I then spotted several other accounts which were probably not associated with apa don but were not being operated by the original user therefore I decided I should post about them. It is not right to make a thread for each and every alt-account therefore time permitting I will update this thread periodically and encourage others to post here with details about those that are bounty and signature campaign abusers and/or are operating farmed accounts.

I believe the @apa don account has been sold to other parties.
Yes, that's right - It certainly looks that way but it has changed hand more than once, it seems that way.

This account is like whore, passed around like it's nothing. This must be those kind of accounts that they use to sell merits using a different account to prevent it from being flagged as a merit retailer. I hope that when the person who sees the tag of this account would give up on using this account.
Very strong words from you because it seems clear the account has changed hands more than once. I did not see anything related to merit abuse but the account has lost credibility therefore has rightfully been tagged.

I see that a lot of posts were deleted by him. Posts made per post deleted: 298 (Rank: >1000th)
This may indicate that the user had some kind of compromising information that he tried to hide. Nevertheless, his ETH address: 0x22c88Eb12703FbBE3F08C957d2d9B978CA92F500 detects connections between at least two accounts that are currently active and subscribed to one bounty company. They have the same style of writing, starting with consent.
I don't have enough time now to accuse them of cheating. But I think this account is also an alternative to those two.
JollyGood, good find. And as we can see, this account is not outraged by its tag, as it still hasn't replied in this thread. And this can be understood as consent.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1138507
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1169153
Searching through addresses he posted to get bounty was going to be my next step but you got there first  Wink

The fact that there is no obvious outrage or attempt to defend himself gives the impression he does not care. He probably has several alt-accounts farmed for bounty and signature campaigns therefore will give up on the apa don account and will probably concentrate on trying to increase rank on his other accounts while maybe trying to buy more accounts. I will check the links you posted to associated accounts, thank you.

OP, a couple of years ago I had that same boredom and free time and used it to catch a number of alt accounts posting in the same threads using the same technique you did: finding patterned writing styles, like in this thread, this one, this one, and this one.  And I'd say most of the time I was right, but damn did it get tiring after a while, and I don't think my efforts to snag these idiots ever amounted to anything as far as the forum is concerned, because as you've shown yourself the problem is still as bad as ever, at least in the altcoin section.

But props to you for sniffing out Mr. Yes That's Right and exposing him.  Obviously his English is severely limited, and thus his posts pretty much all begin the same way (and that sort of thing drives me insane).  Keep up the good work, but don't burn yourself out finding these morons.
You really had been busy as can be seen in the links you provided. It goes to show what can happen when people get bored. I had a quick look at the links and it can be seen you did you research, it must have taken a long time to compile all the work involved. This one in particular stands out because of the number of posts quoted and efforts involved: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3363270.msg35226256#msg35226256

Thank you for the tip. It is very easy to get burned out going through the forum trying to pass time and trying to escape boredom but I have no intention of getting burned out. I have enjoyed my time over the past couple of years making most of my posts outside the Reputation and Scam Accusations boards.

I needed a break from the Reputation and Scam Accusations boards and have enjoyed posting elsewhere, I rarely post there now because investigating and compiling evidence with screenshots takes time and sometimes is too time consuming. I am probably going to give almost all of my time over a 1-2 month period in the near future to go back to the Scam Accusations board to list any scam I can find because I miss that part but moderation is the key. Thank you again for the tip  Wink

I have removed your negative trust and added a neutral instead.

If it was an oversight on your part trying to join a scammer signature campaign then do not worry about it but please do some research in future before you enter in to deals because you could end up endorsing a known scam therefore try to apply due-diligence.

I wish you success in the German and global threads. Take care.

The negative trust he received must have dented his plans to use his sam00 farmed account for signature spamming purposes.

Hey, what do you mean with "farmed account" ? This is my only account and I am not farming anything. I have never participated in any signature campaigns on this forum. Looks like you are putting me into one basket with alle the 3rd world country signature farming people in this forum. I wish I could have resolved this in a normal manner but it looks like you are not willing to accept my excuse here.
I'll stick to the german part of the forum then and some  giveaways.

edit: I registered in october last year and just recently earned my 10th merit. Does this look like I am farming accounts or whatever to you ?
