421  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Almost All Currencies Down (RED DAYS) on: February 09, 2018, 06:46:45 AM
What happened today? As i saw in the market almost all the currencies is down even the BTC is super down. Is time to buy or not? Or do  we need now to sell what we hold or not? For you what is your best opinion or best strategy or best advice to all newbie.

I think the best thing for us all is to buying in more coins and wait for a long time to earn our profit. The prices are suitable for us to buy in and the lower the better.

Well of course, buy when everyone is needy and sell when everyone is greedy.
IMO, still there's some people who are didn't used of all these fluctuations and just easily believe in all fuds and got panicked. We all know that the market is too volatile, it can make us loss but it can also gives us huge profit.
422  Local / Pamilihan / Re: UNIONBANK LAUNCH BLOCKCHAIN PAYMENT SYSTEM on: February 09, 2018, 06:02:49 AM

http://news.abs-cbn.com/business/01/22/18/visa-unionbank-launch-blockchain-payment-system

Kaso once they recognize the blockchain technology expect that they'll put taxes to it which isn't a good idea after all and kapag hindi naman natin lahat dineclare lahat ng assets and liabilities natin pwede naman nila tayo kasuhan ng tax evasion. I don't know, maybe as long as pwede tayo mag cash out thru cebuana it will be all fine.
423  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what is your plan? on: February 08, 2018, 06:55:09 AM
my plan was as follows: I need to make 10 000 thousand dollars for 3-4 months, I think it is quite real

Then what's your strategy? I mean $10k is something to earn within 4 months and you really should be working hard for that. Good luck!

I have a long term plan in holding so I keep holding bitcoin until not everyone can afford to buy. Then I can put up my own business and my dream house.
424  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If you had $20.000 to invest in low market cap coins, which one would you choose on: February 08, 2018, 06:22:47 AM
Low cap coins have "High risk and High profits" status. These coins can give you far better return than top 10 coins. However, it can also make you rich in just a few days. Some of the low cap coins in which I believe and HODL are is IDH, APPC,  Spectre, and  Eidoo.

You've given promising coins but still undervalued because they're new in the market.
Those coins should be hold for long-term, if you plan to as once they completed their roadmap it's gonna be a huge one so better not to left out for these.
425  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph Official Thread on: February 08, 2018, 02:42:48 AM

So sabihin mo lang galing yung funds mo sa trading pag nag halungkat sila pakita mo ung exchange account mo sa bittrex or other exchanges.

Pero diba inadvise na sila ng BSP na anything about bitcoin can be an act of money laundering kaya nga niregulate ni BSP na ang bitcoin is not a currency or asset but rather just for use in online like paying bills and remittance.
Siguro depende din yan sa bank personnel kasi kahit same bank pero ibang tao mag interview sayo then narrow minded pa eh baka lalo ka lang mapahamak. IMO, maybe because I don't trust banks anymore.
426  Economy / Speculation / Re: TIME TO FORGET ABOUT HODL on: February 07, 2018, 06:34:26 AM
dumb people sell
smart people buy

choose your side !
People that sell their coins are not "Dumb". They probably sold their coins for their own reasoning.

Everybody has own perspective in life so if he sell it or not is none of our business. Maybe some really needs some money badly while some chooses to hold because of believing that soon it'll recovers. Some sees crashing a negative outlook in the market like thinking it's dead end but some sees crashing a good way to buy more and be wealthy in time as so let's do what's think it's right and respect others decision.
427  Economy / Speculation / Re: Keep calm, and take a coffee. A trader said... on: February 07, 2018, 05:57:58 AM
Keep calm, and have a coffee, said me a trader when lemhan and half  financial world collapsed in 2008. He said "Don't follow your ideas, follow the market! Remember that as the world goes, there will always be something to eat ".

Nothing could be more true!

If you are a trader, a real trader, you  will make your fortune when the market goes down and others sell! Short all & buy at discount. The sales time is starting

LOL, if that was me i will AFK from my PC for saveral weeks and take some rest time and going with my family.  ( dont be night trader ). If you know at this time BTC have start bouncing TO THE MOON
I must say that this is actually a very good piece of advice and this is the right thing to do in such kind of circumstances. Things are very much disturbed and if you will not make yourself calm, then things will get even worst. You actually need to relax your mind and you need to think of something other than that of crypto currencies for a while. Take a break and hope for some good event to happen.

That's what I did this last few days when everything had crash and it hurts seeing your portfolio experience a big loss. I'd stay away from my blockfolio like I wanted it to uninstall but eventually I didn't and I can't. Grin
I kept myself busy so I won't think cryptos, I hang it with my family, went to mall and unwind and now that I'm back, it surprise me that the market is slowly recovering again while the good news about cryptos are everywhere.
428  Economy / Speculation / Re: Could the Bitcoin price by the end of 2018 only 4000$ - 6000$? on: February 03, 2018, 02:49:20 AM

It is good for bitcoin, great consolidations and lot more people will join to the bitcoin family!  I dont think we will see bitcoin at this price for so long! At the end of this years i can see bitcoin around 25K dollars!
can you provide the basis ?, so you say bitcoin price will reach the price of 25k dollars at the end of the year. while I see from the pattern of the previous year even the possibility is very small.

Not because you have these graphs does mean that you have all the basis as these are all speculations therefore don't easily jump on your conclusion. I don't know if you're just being pessimistic or realistic and I respect your opinion but I don't see bitcoin will end in that price rather it will be rise times 5 from the current price. Of all of these FUDS and trolling please don't easily believe from it so we can lessen those weak hands.
429  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph Official Thread on: February 02, 2018, 02:23:35 AM

Much better if we don't use bank as medium of cashing out kasi nga lagi nila sinisilip yung mga previous transactions and we all know mas madali nila itawag sa AMLC yung mga suspicious withdrawals.
430  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What CRASH? There's a huge sale! on: February 02, 2018, 01:50:32 AM
Buy when everyone's panic!
This thought should be always ponder in our mind and to ease all negative thoughts in being red of the market. Taking the other side of the picture will helps us to be less pessimistic and see things differently. So instead of mocking around why don't you look at the top 20 in coinmarketcap and see what will caught your eye, but for me I'll go with coins under $1 and just hold.
431  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 5% each day trading Ethereum on: February 01, 2018, 03:10:06 AM
Hi Guys,

When daytrading Ethereum, do you think a profit of 5% will be possible?

What's the maximum percencentage per day in terms of profit?
More than 5%?

Love to see your opinions.
Cheers
You can easily get a 5℅ of profit in daytrading if you work concentrate in your daytrading you will earn more than 5℅ but it is not a simple way. Because it is difficult to maintain a crypto world. I am not suggest to daytrading it is risky investment anytime raise or fall are happening in the digital market.

Well with the price of ether now this 5% of yours is fair enough to gain but your profit will all depend on how much you bought your eth, of course the cheaper the better.
However, if you want to get much more higher profit I would suggest to spare yourself from day trading and just do long-term holding. Lesser risk and you can get to be more focus in other coin.
432  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Friendly countries on: February 01, 2018, 02:12:58 AM
The country where I live is not a bitcoin friendly country, and I know there are some countries , they are quite friendly for bitcoin. even BITCOIN exchange ATM machines are there. Actually I would like to know what are the most Bitcoin friendly countries in the world at the moment?
We cannot control the certain government of a country. Try to migrate to other countries if you have a large amount of money that cannot be withdrawn. The most friendly countries in the world are korea, china, and the Philippines as far as I know.

Even among those countries you named Japan is the most friendly country for Bitcoin. You missed it.  Wink
Yes I agree with you If you have big amount of Bitcoin and your country doesn't support bitcoin. you better go to a bitcoin supportive country , a place where even Bitcoin ATM machines available that you can withdraw money easily at any time.

Indeed Japan is I think the most friendly one second to Canada. Well in Japan you can shop with just your mobile phone in your pocket and roam around in hundreds of merchants that accepts bitcoin. However, I don't see Philippines a friendly one as the government see it just a fraud and will scam their people and didn't see the beauty of bitcoin.
433  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook, limited advertising campaigns on: January 31, 2018, 04:07:53 AM
Scam is all over the internet crypto related or not, facebook is acting a government now. Well in that case there are a lot of social media alternatives and channels that are crypto friendly. Its purely business for Zuckerberg, remember the news regarding his interest in formulating facebook crypto? Anyway its not the end for crypto advertising.

Yeah that's why facebook now is minimizing or the best if they can eliminate these scams ICO as now facebook had become a medium for everything and it can really gather a good audience. And regarding in creating their own cryptos, this is the best plot twist ever.
434  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Fixed income with BTC trading? on: January 31, 2018, 02:54:08 AM
There is no fixed income in trading because the price of every coin is unstable. I know that we are aware that cryptocurrency are really volatile. Ther is a time that the price is increasing and there is also a time that the price is decreasing.

Yes just look now how bitcoin is behaving, it's below $10k and sure many weak hands will panic any time soon but a real trader will surely happy about it as they can make a good entry point and it meana huge gains sooner. So with this, how can you have a fix income in bitcoin that now is falling? It's a bad sign when you bought yours when the price is $15k and above and it's really alarming. You see brother, even you trade btc or alts you can't have a fix income and you'll just depress yourself.
435  Economy / Speculation / Re: The target of bitcoin lays between 40k and 100k USD on: January 31, 2018, 02:06:43 AM
40k-100k is a fantasy at this point.

Yeah and we don't need it right now and we what needs most now is the reality.
Bitcoin straggle a lot this month and its stagnant price that keeps everyone thinking if bitcoin will continue to fall or it will rise soon. If bitcoin will perform a great job and can surpasses its $20k ath then this $40k will happen but not this time and bitcoin will sure undergo a lot of fears, uncertainty and doubt before it will have a good price and we can have a good night sleep.
436  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: MERIT POINTS on: January 31, 2018, 01:35:50 AM

I support this merit system to regulate the users here and to make a good quality posts, this forum should be a informative one when it comes in cryptos but things suddenly change when it got crowded. Hindi pang gulo ang merit system thus it help to teach others a lesson.
437  Other / Meta / Re: Send merit to friend, is that allowed?? on: January 30, 2018, 05:30:48 AM
Because this merit system is launched, merit will not have some impact to know!
But merit is meant to reward good posts!

But some good posts aren't even notice and not everyone are generous to give merit to others. I bet we have thousands people in the forum and a lot of posts everyday so there's a big chance that our post will not get even notice or read.

I just hope this merit system will be fair and square to everybody and those spammers will soon be gone here.
438  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Mga holders ng Altcoins kaya pa ba? on: January 30, 2018, 04:47:59 AM

Sabi nga nila holding is real kaya hold lang natin hanggat pwede and in time for sure it will be all rewarding. And of course, don't panic when we see it in bloodbath and don't sell just to cut lose. Right now I'm holding trx, plr and mco and hope to see these in the moon.
439  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading sucks, I'll just hold my coins on: January 30, 2018, 03:12:37 AM
You don't need to trade it everyday. Day trading is risky. if i we're you i will hold my coins and it's safe just keep it in your wallet and sell it when it's alts season. Always remember patience is the key to all success.
We all know that patience re making to our success for cause this is the most common thing that may ever happen for , patience of that this is you may able to hold for are taking you to have patience for.

Patience is the key to success but not all time we need to be patient, we need to know first about the coin we want to hold for long term. sometimes it is OK to sell our coin when it's totally get profit.

And being greedy is no good for everybody so just set a target or limit to your coins and when you hit that then sell it especially when you profited good.
OP, trading isn't for everybody, and maybe it's not your cup of tea so better just be a bag holder and who knows being a holder makes you rich in time as we all know that many gets rich just by holding. No hassle, no pressure.

I'm sorry but I beg to disagree with this, paano nakaapekto and pagtaas at pagbaba ng presyo ng bitcoin sa ating ekonomiya kung HINDI NAMAN ITO KINIKILALA NG BSP NA ISANG CURRENCY na katulad ng dolyar? Wala itong direct effect sa atin ekonomiya at kahit bumagsak pa ang presyo ng bitcoin, still it's business us usual. Never in our history and it can just affect our economy when our central bank will acknowledge bitcoin as a currency, but not for now.
