421  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Capital invested in crypto, whats yours percentage ? on: May 13, 2018, 11:57:12 PM
My investment in crypto currencies have already given me more than 150 per cent in net profit. I think that now that I have gained experience I will only improve my performance.
422  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will the governments kill cryptocurrencies on: May 13, 2018, 11:53:02 PM
I think that some countries will continue to try to regulate the cryptocurrency issue and protect their citizens from its harmful influence Grin Many countries have already recognized cryptocurrencies, when there will be most countries that will be able to get along with cryptocurrencies, then those countries that oppose it recognize it.
423  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum SCAM? on: May 12, 2018, 08:57:19 PM
I don't agree. Ethereum of course can be called a coin that is sold at an inflated price, but you can also say about almost all other altcoins and Bitcoin in particular.
424  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it safe to participate in ICO's? on: May 12, 2018, 08:55:10 PM
To invest in ICO projects, it's not safe. Even if you studied it up and down. But still, despite the rather large percentage of scammers who create ICO projects, there are good ICO, which deserve that you would invest in them. Moreover, it is advantageous to both parties.

You can contact Danny on Twitter. He seems to be quite active there.
Twitter @btcDanny

Thanks, managed to get registered on the new site. Is there any solid stuff on his claims of legal cases? He's said he would be publishing something about the current situation but AFAICT this is till unavailable.

Feel free to PM me if you have any color on this.

I post mostly on the management platform and on Reddit when questions get asked on there, I almost always respond on Twitter within a day or so if I get inboxed there.

I'm also on working getting BtheBank ready whilst waiting for any meaningful progress worth mentioning.

The maximum redemption value will be limited to 0.0035 bitcoins per token.

Way back when I started the project, I made an agreement that I would share that amount with those that backed the project before taking anything myself so thought it to be an amount to set as the limit to get people back what they had already written off a long time ago. It is going to take time to build towards that figure, however as people exit their positions earlier as the redemption pool grows it will accelerate the whole process.

can you buy partial orders

The simple answer is no, the site only acts as an escrow agent between two people that want to trade, the escrow completes and sends the coins to the selling party once confirmed on the Bitcoin network. I didn't want to take the time to start a stock exchange, it is a path I really don't want to tread tbh.

havelock wont confirm their share counts, so that number of shares wont be included in the calculations/cant be redeemed.

They didn't and it was something I wanted to avoid, Havelock totals are taken from the final balances when trading of the NEOBEE ticker was officially halted. The whole NEOBEEQ thing was Havelocks own doing, I have my own ideas as to why they will not provide the data, however I have first hand experience as to how speculation without any evidence can get out of hand online, so going to refrain.

I don't frequent this forum much at all, if you want to contact me you can reach me on the NEOBEE site through the support ticketing system or on Twitter @btcDanny
427  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: April 02, 2014, 08:29:36 AM
So this thread has gotten out of hand and will be locked following this post.

My recent silence has been forced due to the actions of two people, one of which has been posting on here thinking they know me and have the inside knowledge about my life which is largely false and they really should obtain some better sources, however those posts had much wider ramifications than they probably assumed they would have, so I hold them partially responsible for what has occurred since their posts.

I left Cyprus on a short term temporary basis for reasons that will follow, I haven't shipped anything from Cyprus and I certainly haven't run away with company or peoples money or bitcoins. Following those posts on the forum, I received direct threats targeted directly at my daughter, they have been reported to the relevant authorities, Once those threats were made I took the advice to remain outside of Cyprus and remove contact with anyone that could be responsible for the threats, this included not speaking with members of staff that could be responsible.

My reasons for leaving was to raise additional capital for the business through the sale of my equity as we had run out of liquidity, I had exhausted all of my own liquidity too through directors loans to the company. Every single Bitcoin raised and spent is accounted for, any claims of embezzlement are nothing but empty claims with no foundation. There were coins lost in BitFunder/WeExchange which I personally covered and assumed that debt of 1420BTC to ensure the company could continue unaffected, UKYO also owes me an additional 260BTC separately from the 1420BTC. I also have 369.8BTC of my own Bitcoin stuck with MtGox that would have been given to the company to settle all creditors and continue operations whilst more capital was raised. Having funds on MtGox was a personal risk that I assumed and no company funds were ever held on there.

My original plan was to raise more capital to allow the company to achieve its potential through the sale of some of my equity. The moment threats were made towards my daughter this plan changed and I decided I would sell all of my equity, allowing the new owner to appoint a new CEO.

The whole process will be completed and handled through an agency that specializes in these matters, once the final details are completed, the agency details will be made available to interested parties who wish to purchase 100% of my equity in LMB Subsidiaries Ltd thus taking full control of all subsidiaries. I shall also be providing the new owner full rights over the Bitcoin debts currently owed by BitFunder/WeExchange as I know people are working on a solution to recovering those debts for everyone that has funds stuck there. This process will also write off all directors loans I have made to the company and I shall not receive any financial compensation through this sale process.

My biggest mistake was using BitFunder/WeExchange during the initial stages of fund raising, had I not had to cover those losses my pockets would have been deep enough to cover all creditors and OPEX for the foreseeable future allowing the company to achieve a positive cash flow during that period, the choice was one made by myself and for that I am responsible for that decision. I am working towards having this entire process completed within a short period of time to enable the business to recover, to ensure that those invested do not lose out following this process.

I apologize for my silence but I would like to reiterate that ZERO customer funds are under my control and none have been lost or used for business purposes. My decisions are based on what I deem to be the best option for my family.

There was a round at 0.001 for 600k shares, this was prior to the original prospectus being written. I had an idea that had been developed in my own head and I had made some important contacts, I was also somewhat unknown in the community. The risks for these people were beyond huge, I only made them available to test the water with all intentions of choosing a different route to funding if it was a failure but they sold out in less than 12 hours and thus Neo & Bee was born.

Apologies for the delay in getting the videos online, I will do it first thing in the morning when I get to the office. The second merchant conference went great, it is true that education is key, once people obtain an understanding from somewhere other than the media, perceptions change. We had several merchants take a decision right there and then to accept Bitcoin payments with Bee.

I will provide a full update tomorrow which I will pass to TAT for publishing. It has been a busy few months and now the adrenaline is wearing thin, I need to get more than 4 hours sleep tonight.

Again thanks for the support!

Quick post whilst Dr Vlachos from the University of Nicosia gives his presentation.

Neo does not have any coins in Gox.... the warning signs were there.

Hi everyone,

I am now at the second merchant conference, the response has been overwhelming in a positive manner, we have had some great surprises at yesterdays event and the organisers stated they had never had so many people attend one private companies conference. I have received the news coverage from yesterday and will post it to youtube later today.

I have received many offers from mainstream publications for interviews that I will complete in the near future.

The big merchant is delayed on their end still but it is coming, along with many other merchants.

The final share count will be released in the next couple of days when we get a chance to get caught up with everything.

I will cover MtGox and my thoughts on the situation when I have more time and solid information.

I would like to personally thank everyone here who has been supportive and constructive with any criticisms, we are only at the starting line and the real hard work has just begun.

Shares bought directly have no fee to transfer them to Havelock.

Today has been one crazy day and having 5 mins to see the responses on here and Reddit has been impossible almost impossible. I am certain there is a good few hours until I make it home, ready to return at 6am for the start.

434  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: February 23, 2014, 04:18:34 PM
Is 2FA setup on lmb-holdings broken or something?

After scan my friend got : Invalid Barcode error

The barcode 'otpauth://totp/https:// ...something... is not a valid authentication token barcode.

he would like to pay for direct shares, but can't without proper 2FA secured account.

IPVO will close at midnight PST, any support tickets will be answered but there will be a slight delay due to how busy things are here.

If you overpaid the invoice amount for shares you will be contacted by support and shares released to your account and a refund sent for the overspend.

Hi guys,

This is a flying visit for me on the forum today as we are snowed under right now with getting the final preparations made for tomorrow.

All the newspapers have our cover on them today and we have blanketed the island with information about us and Bitcoin over the last few months. We have had statistical indications from external sources that our marketing campaign has achieved more discussion and penetration than any other campaign before in Cyprus.

We have also partnered with So Easy Stores, they have 41 locations on the island where people can buy anything you would purchase from a mini market. They will also enable people to buy Bitcoin though their Bee terminals and also sell bitcoins too. This has ensured our services are accessible from almost every city, town and village on the island.

We have many more updates, but please bear with me as time constraints right now are somewhat extreme.

Many thanks for the continued support.

Coopers do not advise us, BTC is not a currency in Europe so it is currently treated as an asset, when reporting annual accounts. We are pushing for it to be considered a financial instrument as per the BaFIN clarifications.

We are somewhat writing the handbook for Cypriot accounting when it comes to Bitcoin and accounting.
439  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: February 11, 2014, 06:47:49 PM
It is currently impossible anywhere on the planet to pay up share capital denominated in Bitcoin.

What does that mean in layman terms? I've no idea what you mean by share capital. Is share capital something different to dividends?

Will dividends be paid in bitcoins? Yes or No?

Yes dividends will be paid in BTC.

Share capital is what you pay when you incorporate the company and shows on the balance sheet that way, it cannot officially be paid or registered with the Registrar of Companies if it is denominated in BTC.
440  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: February 11, 2014, 06:04:39 PM
Bitcoin profit shares are not a muddy area, trading an unregulated financial instrument (ie options/futures) is a muddy area, until we can pay share capital in Bitcoin and we start offering equity then there is nothing to debate regarding legality, however we do have a proposal with regards to paying share capital in Bitcoin.

Hi Danny,

Timing's not too great an issue for me, but could I ask for some clarification regarding this final paragraph of yours?

- "until we can pay share capital in Bitcoin"

I was under the assumption that dividends would be paid out in bitcoin on each IVPO share held. Is this still the case?

- "until...we start offering equity"

I was also under the assumption that owning 1 share gave a person a 1/16,000,000 stake in Neo&Bee itself - equity in other words. Is this not the case? Do my shares actually mean nothing?

Many thanks,

-Nano

1 share is 1/16,000,000 of the profits from the entire group of companies. Your shares are bound by a contract that we deliver said profits to everyone who owns those profit shares.

It is currently impossible anywhere on the planet to pay up share capital denominated in Bitcoin.

We are covered in what we do in relation to offering profit shares denominated in Bitcoin
