421  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What trading tools would you guys want? on: April 17, 2015, 04:11:02 PM
I would like to have a trading tool which automatically informs me by email when particular chart technical events happen like breaking the 200 day moving average line long and short for instance.
i was considering that but i was thinking of a very minimal paid fee like $3-4 but i wasn't sure if people would really want this.
My idea was to mail arbitrage updates
422  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: How to make a mining calculator on: April 17, 2015, 01:34:15 PM
if you know how to code it, then it's just a matter of simple formula of diff and hash

http://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/questions/18629/what-is-the-algorithm-to-create-a-bitcoin-mining-calculator

http://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/questions/118/how-much-bitcoin-will-i-mine-right-now-with-hardware-x/135#135

for any alt it should be the same, just change the parameters
yes, i was looking for the formula/algorithm involved.  thanks a lot. ill look into that in a while

It isn't really your website to promote, you should consider changing topic title. It is very misleading
433  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Did Satoshi expect Bitcoin to last this long? on: April 15, 2015, 09:58:04 AM
I doubt that Satoshi was yet another drunk bloke on a university.
Yeah, same here. I guess it was a group of people but I'm not sure.
Moreover, I don't think he thought Bitcoin would last this long

Thanks for the bid, current leading bid. Glad to sell this amazing website to an established service
436  Economy / Auctions / BitcoinPriceLab.com complete source and full RIGHTS on: April 14, 2015, 11:43:23 AM
Description: BitcoinPriceLab.com is a website I have been involved since October-November 2014. I primarily started this website as a web app which aims to capture crypto currency traders, and moreover, i have been trying to add as many features as possible, but now, its time to move away from it due to the foreseeable future demanding a lot of commitment from me, which leaves little or no time for me to focus on this website. Moreover, I may/may not start a few simple websites which don't require regular monitoring, but I have finally decided to sell BitcoinPriceLab.com and I might sell more of my web properties soon.

Website info:
I'd like to quote a small excerpt from the website.
The live-updates on the site are powered by Meteor. The charts are displayed using the awesome c3.js library. The basic frontend is made using Semantic-UI.

lastly, feel free to get your doubts/queries cleared.

Starting bid: 2.5 BTC
Minimum Increment: 0.25 BTC
Buy it now: Not decided(will update with a post if I come to a conclusion on the BIN)
End date and time:3 weeks from the time of post
Payment methods accepted:Bitcoin Only BTC

Additional information:
The website uses MongoDB database. and updates the data every 1 minute, we use the API's of the respective changes, and we also, have another page: BitcoinPriceLab.com/charts but it takes a bit too much time to load, and this is due to the nature of the charting library that we are using, and also due to the fact that the website runs on a 512 Mb server from BitHost.io. I was planning to hire lophie for reworking the charts a while back, but I couldn't do it due to the finances.
NOTE: The website BitcoinPriceLab.com doesn't have a menu implemented because I haven't updated the website with the new package, the testing website is at LiveBTC.meteor.com. If you are the winner of this auction, you will receive the updated package with the menu.

I earlier made an appraisal thread, and received interest from 2 individuals and 1 established service.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:
  • Complete unencumbered rights over the code, and you will be the only person who will be able to use the website commercially
  • The dev package
Note that I can help you to develop this web app for a monthly compensation by managing my developer. I am in talks with the owners of MyMonero for the same.

Lastly, happy bidding Cheesy Grin

438  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [APPRAISAL] Website on: April 13, 2015, 06:00:15 PM
here are some stats,

the only selling point is the design and the code. but I can't see how you'd market it to make a return.

I'd pay between 0.5 - 1 BTC
The website was being actively developed from November until last month. I never laid my eyes in traffic not did I want to monetize, I was focused on the application. I was going to start working on SEO and marketing in the first week of this month but I'm really busy with a few other projects and I am developing something else. The code is worth much much more than what you appraised it for in my views.
Thanks for the appraisal though.
439  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What trading tools would you guys want? on: April 13, 2015, 04:24:45 PM
What about multiple currencies and not just USD?

By the way you should make your own API, that could really help the growth of your user base.
Well, future plans might  include that, but I'm only into developing the website now. Already received 2 buy offers from reputed members of this forum, but I am going to o keep developing this website

I would recommend more graphs and live data, use angular.js for live price feed. Also focus on the UI/UX design its one of the most important parts to keep users coming back.
Yes, you're right, UK and US really matter and hence, we use awesome ui
