My account is also working and I quit useing this messed up service, I just withdrew my bitcoin and it was successful, I won't be messing with these guys anymore.

what exactly is so messed up? there was a temporary issue - fair enough. But we are talking a new and developing service here with not many, if any at all, similar ones (the ones that are around are mostly copycats, whereas E-Coin/Wirex is pioneering the services, which inevitably will lead to mistakes along the way). Are there many similar services in the bitcoin space that never have issues?

Hi, I now see the "mistake" I made. I clicked on topup. But one has to use "load Card" which is at the verry top.
Those seem to be two different things.
Now it worked! Smiley

How long dose it take untill the funds are actually on the card? I take it it won't happen on weekends?

card load with BTC is instant

I have sent 3.75 BTC to my wirex / e-coin wallet. I attempted to send the 3.75 BTC to my card and it did not go through. My account shows 3.75 BTC but I cannot transfer my BTC out now to the original wallet that transferred to my wirex BTC wallet. An email was sent stating I do not have funds (which I do as shown in my wirex / e-coin account) and customer support has gone unanswered. Very concerned, have had an issue in the past as well.

it has been resolved, correct?
426  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin debit card on: October 02, 2016, 12:14:31 PM
My funds vanished from the account. The support is so slow.

That website is useless now, i sent funds some days ago and the only thing i do is waste my time trying to get them back. Nothing is working, no withdrawals no card, nothing.

Just time and money wasting.

They must take the website down and come back when its working. I dont get the point of having a webpage online that just creates problems to customers

what's your registered e-mail?

This Wirex is crap now all the funds that were in my account vanished, what the hell is happening here? and I keep getting messages that my ticket has been assigned to someone, 4 different people and no one has contacted me with a solution yet.

what's your registered e-mail?

Hi, I ordert a card a few month ago as my old ANX Card is soon expiring. Now yesterday I wanted to load some funds to the card and got a message that I need to upload documents for KYK.
But when I ordert the card, and also still today, you clearly state that there is a 2,500 € limit for loading the Card if unverified.
I am a bit reluctant to send some company, that is constantly having tech problems and I know nothing about who they are, my Passport and other documents.

So is there a way to charge the card without sending those documents?

It depends on how you wanted to load some funds , I have the card and I never had to provide any documents. However , when I click "Top-up" on the card , they will ask me to provide real information's.
So for now , the only way to load the card without providing info is by sending BTC then load the card or by linking the card to your PayPal account and send from PayPal to the card.

Sending the bitcoin to where? You mean you sell bitcoin and then load the money with PayPal on to the card?

to load your card with BTC via our service, you don't need to verify the account if you don't want to.
If you want to use other loading options (bank transfer, alternative payment methods), then you need to verify the account - that is the requirement of the issuing bank.

Those are the looks of the Fees, I don't quite understand about this. I just withdraw 3 times from my card, but these are the fees I've to pay
3.50+1.15+3.50+2.26+3.50+0.33 = 14.24 USD

It just seems too much for me Sad

looking at the list, $3.50 is the International ATM withdrawal fee (when you withdraw cash in a currency different from the currency of the card). Plus, there is a 3% commission that MasterCard/Visa charge for the currency conversion.

Does this sum up, according to your calculations?

Both these fees are clearly listed in the fees page mentioned above, albeit, they are not charged by Wirex/E-Coin, but the issuing bank and Visa/MasterCard themselves.

In my opinion it looks like withdrawal was made in foreign (not as on debit card is written) currency. When i used my EURO bitcoin debit card and i withdraw other currency from ATM it was this same.. Sorry, but rules are rules..
At the beginning I was upset as you, but if you do not want to pay commissions and other stupid things you have to wait for someone who will create a similar service in your country! .. Do not wait! Be the first! Wink

guys, we are able to add more currencies, however, it comes at a rather hefty cost, so, would only make sense if there is sufficient demand. This forum is one of the sources of information for us to see where such demand may be sufficient, so, please, do share your wishes

This latest outage is unbelievably frustrating. Finally the web and mobile apps are back, but I can't load my card.

all should be working. are you still facing any issues?
438  Local / Бизнес / Re: Биткоин дебит карта on: September 06, 2016, 02:05:19 PM
