421  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Wallets with best fees on: July 27, 2017, 05:06:56 PM
What are the most inexpensive XBT, ETH, ETC, LTC wallets or marketplaces (Kraken, Poloniex) in terms of sending out fees from the wallet / service?
I understand that on most services you can set your own network fees, I am just looking for the most inexpensive way to send out different crypto from wallets. What are your suggestions?

Thank you.

Bitwala.io is a web based wallet and from there you can choose yourself the fees you are going to pay. This wallet lets you import the keys if you want to import in another soft.
Paymium has zero fees for outgoing transactions but it may not stay forever
422  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: What is the best wallet for ethereum and tokens? on: July 27, 2017, 05:01:35 PM
I don't know if it is the "best" but Myetherwallet can send and receive tokens (not all i think) https://www.myetherwallet.com/
Create a wallet and see which tokens is used in. You will see on the left "show all tokens" or something like this
423  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi Nakamoto's decision on forking on: July 25, 2017, 11:02:03 PM
Huh

where is the creater of this shit? driving people crazy. I am surprised why the man is still hiding and seems lost the control of the ship?

LOL your post is funny Grin
Yes where is the creator, he can't create something and let people in the dark? Maybe he is reading the forum and making fun of us. Maybe in secret he created the mess to get more fun with us. Damn man, he really needs to show up
424  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin Volatility Be Controlled? on: July 25, 2017, 10:46:15 PM
Guys you forgot one thing. Controlling the volatility of a cryptocurrency is not just about pump and dump, investing a large amount of money, or implementing the regulation. A single voice can manipulate the volatility and so the opposite as well controlling.  As well a propagande or a campaign call it as you wish (no i am not talking about signature/twitter campaign Cheesy )

Nice to see Microsoft established a partnership with Tierion ... Using Bitcoin blockchain is far better than using a Like ethereum protocole in term of security

426  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is now dropping again on: July 25, 2017, 10:24:05 PM
Didn't know before reading this thread. Checking preev yeah it's true. You give me a good news man. It means it's time for shopping! Make my wallet great again!
Guys you know, most people in fear are still waiting the last moment to sell their coins, we will see again at least  1 or 2 drop like this one
427  Economy / Exchanges / Re: BTC-e hacked ?? on: July 25, 2017, 09:29:53 PM
They do have an issue but with their data center this is what they say. The problem is you are able to ping the website btc-e.com  and traceroute too! so in this case, is it really a data center issue? Just before it went down a sell order was placed worth 414k BTC
The API is working so far
428  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is a lot like eCigarettes on: July 25, 2017, 09:19:42 PM
If you know about the battle between Tabaco companies / Governments / Pharmaceutical companies VS eCigarette

companies, then you will know what I mean. We all know cigarettes are one of the main contributors or causes for a wide

variety of cancers and illnesses and eCigarettes is the possible solution to this problem. { Disruptive technology }

The eCigarette companies has proven that their technology are better and less harmful than cigarettes, but Tabaco

companies, with the help of governments and pharmaceutical companies { nicotine patches & tablets } has started a ALL OUT

war against this technology, because they stand to lose BILLIONS. Some countries have BANNED eCigarettes, because the

Nicotine is harmful to people, but they allow cigarettes that are more harmful.

Bitcoin is fighting the same kind of battle against paid shills and sinister groups that are trying to destroy it with the spreading

of misinformation and "divide & conquer" tactics.

Will we win this battle against these giants or will we surrender in defeat?  Huh

The medical experts are now seeings all the bad effect that e-cig can bring, it is not really less dangerous than traditional cigarettes as per their studies. On top of that Ecigarettes is a fresh and still young niche to give a judgement about it
It's like Bitcoin it may be a 10 years old currency but still young. There will be always something or someone to fight it
429  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do males make up 97% of the Bitcoin community? on: July 14, 2017, 05:27:23 PM
I bet the stats come Google Analytics. So in this case you can say it is totaly unreliable. I don't know about Bitcoin but I can tell you in the Blockchain there are lot of females. Sometimes I g to meet up and there are 50/50 male female.

Power to females
430  Other / Off-topic / Re: What wallets do you use? on: July 14, 2017, 05:18:33 PM
I use electrum and exchanges.

For personal use, electrum is the best wallet I've used, hands down! It is not the most versatile for the professionals, but it is good for newbies - advanced users. It has all the features you would use most of the time. Also the best part is that you don't have to download the whole blockchain which is a total drag!
yes you are very right that coin is always save in the local wallet much saver than in other wallets that are available in markets  but I would like to say that coin base is also a very convenient and easy way to use and it is also very secure and save coin than others.

You don't own your bitcoin with coinbase. No private key No Bitcoin. You are just trusting someone and their infrastructures (limited if I can say, when we see what happen to the site each time there is an important change in the bicoin value)
431  Economy / Economics / Re: Your plans for 1st august? on: July 11, 2017, 02:53:14 PM
Héhé My plan is to buy as more as I can before the end of this month. I made a large transfer this week to buy some Bitcoins and hopefull this week I will also able to make the same Grin
432  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about Pump-dump groups? on: July 06, 2017, 01:28:32 PM
Not worth the money and time in my opinion, it's only to manipulate the people joining it, so they are helping them instead to getting something with it
433  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: SunContract Twitter Campaign on: July 06, 2017, 01:26:08 PM
And the twitter bounty worksheet, when will it be changed? Success to the project.

I guess never, the campaign manager doesn't answer. I'm living this thread.
Maybe the OP has a life outside? ^^. He may be busy or something, it is not his own interest to abandon a running campaign.
434  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is working fine! No change needed! on: July 04, 2017, 11:21:52 AM
The scaling debate is hurting bitcoin more than something else. it doesn't help at all
435  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin cannot drop in price on: July 01, 2017, 01:19:55 PM
Saying that Bitcoin cannot drop in price is a bit wrong, we saw a good exemple some weeks ago. Bitcoin may be from now at the top of crypto  because it has managed to attract the biggest amount of fiat (dollars, euro, etc) as you say but keep in mind that compared to other currencies Bitcoin is the oldest, it wuold be better to compare them at the same stage
436  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Mobi Visa Card on: June 29, 2017, 10:42:17 AM
I use Wirex now. I can't really tell that they are good or not. The conversion rate (Bitcoin to Euro) is pretty bad.
But I've had this card for about a year without using it and I didn't have to pay for that period, which I find a normal behavior.
Now I've been using it for less than a month, and until Monday it worked well. I made 5-10 online payments and all went thru nicely.

But since Monday the unverified Wirex card limits are very low (250 EUR for total lifetime of the card) so I have to wait and see if my account gets verified.

I may try to see other card providers' offer too meanwhile, so threads like this are interesting to me, although you may have not started with the best card around Smiley (but maybe I'm wrong).

The "deactivated" term is pretty strange and may be confusing, my advise is to ask their support for sure. This way you'll also find out how fast their support does answer (in my case Wirex used to answer in ~12-18h). In my eyes, since they say "while your card is deactivated", it should mean temporary (and then the inactivity is not as bad as I first though if you tell them about it - I edited my other post to avoid misleading).

All cards have now a limit of $250 after that you need to send some documents to be verified. This news limit has been set up by the company issuing those cards (Wave Crest). You will get the same limits with any other services offering thos bitcoin debt cards.
437  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Best Bitcoin debit card, real users experiences pls on: June 20, 2017, 12:49:43 PM
The point to have a card loaded with bitcoin is... guess what, spend your bitcoin like you spend your money euh
Yes you can use it offline and online like any traditionnal card. You can use it at the supermarket, ATM, ect
It is very rare to see your card refused, most of the time it is because the card is not issued from your country so for paying mobile line you may get refused, for exemple. It happened to me only once (when i wanted to pay a mobil bill) and i use it more than my tradittonnal card
you don't hold bitcoins on the card, you exchange the bitcoin with dollar, euros ot gbp in your account and then load the card with the funds exchanged
Forum members continue to ask because there is a huge interest with using those king of cards

For the OP
You won't see much differences
All those cards are near the same, with near the same fees and the same conditions. As it is issued by the same company. The difference is the support you can get from the wallet services. For exemple I would prefer get support from Cryptopay than Coinbase, wich is non existant yeah i know coinbase doesn't have card but you get the idea)
438  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What was the value of 1 Bitcoin when you first mined/purchased? on: June 03, 2017, 11:48:28 AM
It was about 150$ for me. So even if the bitcoin value fail from 2800$ to 2000$ and the 2500$ it's still good to me, i am still safe Cheesy
439  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin receives a massive increase in mainstream media attention on: May 29, 2017, 01:50:00 PM
This is the sad thing about it. The main reason is attributed to the cryptocurrency’s increase in price. If the price incrased with just 5% it wouldn't be enough "swag" to be talked about. And still, the advantages of using it are not debated correctly.
You can tell me about 5000% incrase about something, but if i don't know what it is, then, i don't care a lot
440  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many things is the bitcoin blockchain being used for? on: May 29, 2017, 01:41:42 PM
Yu can add Walmart testing it for food traceability in China, And a subdivision of ATOS using it for traceability of cars. Smiley And to verify the diplomas/degrees/graduations of sudents. I don't remember the country starting to try this. Blockchain technology is going to be huge in domotic and robotic as well
