i think trading is consider gambling too, you are playing against the market, you don't really control what the result will be and all traders are looking for the right time to exchange for them to profit.
Of course you don't control what will be the result of your trades. But you have the control when to exit a trade. You can guess wrong, and the price goes opposite your prediction, but if you don't exit the trade it is just paper loss. All you have to do is.wait until the price goes your way, and it will. Gambling does not do anything with my life, cause of I am trying to stay away from it. I gam plea several times before and only loose, that teach me that there is no 50/50 chance that you can win. So no gambling in my life. I advice you all to do the same.

I think the worst thing that would make anyone cry and probably get very violent too, would have to be about these poor people who tell these horror stories of how The won massive amount but the casino wouldn't send it to him (using their normal lame excuses such as accusing you of cheating or manipulating something or whatever) so that sure would suck.
It would surely make anyone cry if someone doesn't get the money he have won from gambling after spending that much time for it, but i think that doesn't happen often, i've never heard such a story where the winner didn't get the money he has won in a gambling site. I am still to hear this. I have not heard anyone not being paid yet in casinos. But that would be really painful if you cannot get the money you won honestly. But I do not think people will actually win big in casino unless it is rigged. Or maybe find some real life activities, like playing cricket, playing soccer and if you have no interest in these then try to watch movies and avoid gambling. Yes, that kind of activities can be very helpful as it can help the addicted people to get more entertained and involved in it to forget about their addictions ! I think its better to consult with the doctors if you are seriously addicted ! If you find a new hobby, that could actually help you forget about gambling. But if those activities you are suggesting do not appeal to a person, then even if they try it, they will just go back to gambling. I do not gamble to much but it always seems that when I do, I take the loss big time. For example, I have lost over 3 BTC in the BustaBit game online. It is fun and I like to play but I always get greedy with it. I have won about 2.2 BTC back, but I lost more than what I have won. For some odd reason, I keep coming back over and over. I do not know why I do it, why do you?
I keep coming back for the same reason as to why I joined in the first place ~ fun/entertainment. If a person doesn't blow off some steam then you could end up like an evil version of Spock .. Just be sure it just for entertainment, and you are not addicted yet. If time comes that habit of yours become an addiction, it will be a big problem to you. For me it can make me cry if my intended bet is 0.0001 and suddenly i bet 0.1 amount then lose and for that instance i can really roll in the floor and start crying in one day That is really a heart break if you made that by mistake. But if you do it intentionally well it's your fault. And how it would become 0.0001 into 0.1 there's a lot of difference for it's zeroes. Well if that happens to me also it will really make me cry. It can happen if you fat finger clicked max amount and roll. It happened to me once and my head ached. That is like few weeks of work in signature campaign and I blew it on two clicks. What hurts most is it is not intentional. It was pure accident and I hate gambling because of that. But if I won, I would probably have tears of joy. |

Yeah but not all the time. Sometimes people know when to stop to avoid the house edge take advantage on them. I saw some of the pro-gamblers bet in specific site in just 10 minutes then stop. Maybe they are just going YOLO and then stop it. If they win they win a lot because they YOLO on their bets. And if they lose, then they lose big but at least they did not spend too much time on gambling. It is a good strategy, but it does not work all the time and sometimes greed kicks in and you say one last time and you lose everything. |
