I'll just leave this here

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e91q5BtlxK0

When the game detects you're running an illegal copy, it spawns an immortal scorpion which follows you and kills you troughout the game

This is how we should battle pirating, it's a million times harder to crack it + way cooler Cheesy

So if itunes notices you're playing a pirated copy of "in the end", it will freeze your computer. To unfreeze it, it gives you the option to delete the file.
4263  Economy / Speculation / Re: [prediction] Next spike $560,000 14 months from now on: September 28, 2014, 12:48:44 PM
it only takes ONE major entity; bank, company, government, person to buy in and others will follow, not wanting to be left outside.

This is wishful thinking. Tim Draper already jumped in with >30000 coins purchase. Nobody followed him, sorry.
Second market stagnated as well.

I hadn't even heard about that. Shows that the media isn't picking up on what should be picked up on.

All these n00bs that don't remember 2011...

History often does not repeat itself. As humans we try to find patterns in everything to try to make sense of what is happening. These patterns are mostly nonsense (eg log graphs)
4265  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC $1000 Poll! on: September 28, 2014, 12:45:15 PM
In several years it may come to stabilise at $1k. As long as it is steady and stable I m grateful.
4266  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Address Changes on: September 28, 2014, 12:44:12 PM
You are using a client wallet, correct? You can avoid having to generate a new address every time, by using a web wallet
4267  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: BTC Transaction time on: September 28, 2014, 12:35:45 PM
How is regular shoping going to work if it takes a while to confirm? like you go to a supermarket with your phone and then pay, what happens if you have to wait to get it confirmed??

One way is off-blockchain transactions.  So if then exchange had a deal to be a processor for the supermarket and you can send funds from your Exchange account so it all happens within the exchange.  There could also be deal to use "green addresses" where your online wallet sending address is trusted by the supermarket.  So if you sent funds from your exchange wallet and the supermarket trusts the exchange.

Or, the supermarket will accept your 0-confirmation bitcoin transaction as long as it has minimum fee attached.
Double-spending is extremely hard unless you have a significant proportion of network hashrate, and so it is very very unlikely a casual supermarket customer has the ability to double-spend successfully.

As far as I know, there hasn't been a double spend in over 2 years. I doubt there will be one ever again.

Sell your services or goods in the marketplace section. Make sure to use escrow to avoid getting scammed.
4270  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I have Bitcoin what to do on: September 28, 2014, 12:33:39 PM
buy some stellar when the price drop...you can surely  make some profits but buy when the stellar price drop so niche....

Feel free to pm if u need any help  Smiley

I wouldn't recommend buying any altcoin. Just hold onto your bitcoins until you need the fiat or want a bitcoin-purchasable good.
4271  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What the hell is this? on: September 28, 2014, 12:32:44 PM
Just ignore the small transaction amount. It is known as blockchain spam and is often used to advertise.

How do you benefit from buying invites? Please use escrow.

Gyft has enabled me to buy items from amazon, so occasionally I do that.

Reducing volatility isn't something that can be easily accomplished. Centralised exchanges will help with this, but that's going against bitcoin.

Are they running stable at 1 TH/s per box?  How are the temps?  Any other problems experienced?

It's only a few hours, and they are not yet on definitive production site, but we have 6 boxes running each stable at 1Ths.
It makes a lot of noise and the heat is huge, especialy with all the units stacked.

What was your order number and paydate?

He has said his pay date was Mid Dec/2013
