A day trader rely most on the daily trading volume and it's easy to find a high volume coin, Bitcoin has the highest volume but there are also altcoins which are billions of trading volume so I'm sure they are most of the  coins that are heavily traded in a daily basis.

In addition, volatility is very important as well, even if they have big volume but they rarely move, that's is not good for trading and I know day traders knows that.

Day trading really gives a lot of opportunity for experience traders who are consistent in making profit to maximize their income as they can do that daily, I even think that it's more profitable than holding provided you have a decent amount of capital.

If you want to lock that money, don't put it in an investment as investment does not guarantee you profit.
The best way to ensure you still have that $1 million usd after the time period you stated is put it in a bank for time deposit, I know you have already mentioned that in the OP but I don't see any option that best suit in your situation. Try to make an arrangement with the bank for that long term deposit and just be more discipline not to touch it over an agreed period, I know you can as you are smart to be able to make that huge profit.

It could happen, bitcoin has been the only coin that has been consistent performing thus far, but at least this is better compared to last year where the entire market is so bearish. It absolutely that XRP won't go that far, even $5 can hardly be achieved. Investors are not impressed by what it showed in previous pumps and being a centralized coin, it never to think that it will follow the market demand.

But I think there are some advisors who are not really acting based on the job, their names are just use to gain investors and they might only get paid for using the name but not on the actual job.

There's a lot to name but why would we look at the rating when ICO is not anymore profitable to invest with?
We have to change as the market is also changing, the new trend now is the IEO so I guess if we are smart, we will not waste our time in ICO when there's a better opportunity that could make us profitable.

If there's a campaign like that but not manage by a reputable bounty manager, honestly I would not join, but if the project is has a good potential then I may consider. Bounty just have a simple rules but I'm sure if the project were able to raise a decent amount especially if the hit their hard cap, they would sure not reduce the bounty, they may even increase it, however, the trend does not say so as bounty nowadays are not as good as in the past.

Martingale is another type of betting strategy, I tried to experiment that in the past but I have no success on that, if you will be hit by a cold streak, it's hard to stay discipline as you loss more and more.

Anytime we can possibly be in dumps, or we can be at $10k tomorrow, how this last chance makes sense if the price will drops down from its buying price today? It surely a big regrets for us.
