Arsenal continues to show good form as they beat Newcastle two goals to nil and to bag a clean sheet, simply impressive.

Talking of impressive, today we have title contenders Liverpool playing against Southampton and they are beating them 4 goals to nil and good to see other guys getting the goals unlike the usual name like Salah, Mane etc. Well with this result coming from the reds, Chelsea is definitely under pressure to win their coming games, of which they will!
4262  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- Group Stage! on: November 27, 2021, 02:51:56 PM
I think all the teams that played in the Champions League before, and ended up having to play in the Europa League. They will definitely be
disappointed and their efforts will decrease, they realize winning the Europa League is not as proud as winning the Champions League.  [...]
This is not entirely true, and I will explain why ... every year the same teams get into the Champions League for the most part, but the level of leagues in different countries is very different, so 90% of the teams that constantly play in the Champions League never win or even are getting closer to victory.

For example, Shakhtar Donetsk and Dinamy kiev have been qualifying for many years, but in the table they always occupy the last line simply because this is not their level. It's another matter when Shakhtar got into the Europa League and won the title, then all of Ukraine and even their worst enemy Dynamo Kiev wholeheartedly shared the joy of victory with them. The structure of the Champions League is not perfect, and the gap between the world's top clubs and mediocre teams will only increase over time.  Cry
@BuNga_cute has a valid point! Imagine Bayern dropping from the elite champions league and going to the europa league, i don't think they would have the motivation to dedicate resources to this competition and play with that conviction they have always had...
But what i think the Europa league does...is give a second chance for teams that have lost their spot at home for both champions league and europa league to get a free golden ticket to the bigger league while facing less competitive teams Tongue.
4263  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does someone use trading bots? on: November 27, 2021, 01:28:06 PM
If a good number of people is using a trading bot that uses the same indicators/strategies, it might end up not being profitable. Hence why the general recommendation is to learn how to actually trade yourself, so you can use your own strategies on a custom-made bot.
I think these are one of the disadvantages of having bots which are used by many other traders, it gets to be less profitable as some of these manipulative brokers can easily go for stop losses to take you out of the market or manipulate market to go the opposite which could force traders to prematurely close trades or open new positions which could end up losing and  broker walks away as the winner.

But overall bots are good for taking out profits, price alerts, opening and closing traders and nothing more.
4264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can SHIB rise to 0.1? on: November 27, 2021, 01:20:06 PM
At the rate at which the shiba army is growing its very much possible! And incase you missed it, Shiba and Newegg just partnered up which is more likely to see more crypto users flocking on to this project and demand is the likely outcome which should translate into a price rise... but 0.1 is far fetched for now but maybe after some years go by as Shiba has coin burns in its tokenomics setup.

The Arsenal-Newcastle United match is only a short time away.  I don't know what kind of game Newcastle United will play, the last of the league.  I expect a high-scoring match result from Arsenal.
Arsenal playing cautiously against a Newcastle side that has "not" recorded a win in a long time and so far the first half has not produced any goals which suggests this is a low scoring match in spite of Arsenal having almost 80% of the ball and still failed to break the Newcastle defense. Am expecting this game to open up after the 65th minute when players get tired and desperate to get a result off the game otherwise a possible 1-0 is likely for either teams.

4267  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is cryptocurrency making new millionaires every day? on: November 27, 2021, 08:12:44 AM
Everyday I do not think so, because markets are not always posting positive numbers like it is right now...so we cant literally be getting millionaires everyday , if it was the case we would have been seeing lambos everywhere .And tbh I do not think in todays investors we have many people that invest in cryptos to secure a load full that will make them millionaires. But were we have a high possibility of getting millionaires is when we get into a bull run phase  and the hodlers portfolio grows in  value chances are high of getting a few millionaires here.
4268  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Its Official SHIB x Newegg on: November 26, 2021, 10:20:03 PM
Just saw this tweet posted by both official twitter handles of shiba inu and Newegg of a potential partnership . Could this be the partnership that could turn tables around and bring more crypto investors on board? Just so you know, Shiba is currently the popular coin on twitter as it stands and Newegg among the biggest ecommerce platforms will this benefit cryptos in general?

https://twitter.com/Shibtoken/status/1464347621066100741

What do you think, is this a bullish or bearish partnership?
4269  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Europa League Discussion Thread on: November 26, 2021, 10:00:23 PM
to be honest, I did not quite understand this moment with the shaking of hands - it seems that the coach of Spartak is in no way innocent of the unsuccessful results of Napoli, Spalletti has only himself to blame. In general, his behavior looks ugly.
As for the Leicester-Legia match, I am surprised by these odds:
1.17 - 8.0 - 18.0
It's like the Brazilian national team against Liechtenstein, which does not correspond to reality at all.

Ahahahah, I certainly understand that Leicester can lose, but to give such crazy odds on his victory as stupid as possible, or bookmakers know something). I hope Leicester win. In this match, if any team wins, the winner leaves the group in first place most likely, unless he loses the last match. So the intrigue for this match is insane, and I'm already starting to think that Napoli won't make it to the 1/8, though....

Leicester proves that the odds are foolish lol. Leicester managed to jump to 1st place in Group C, passing Spartak Moscow. the hope for Legia to qualify for the next round is very small.
I thought the bookies were spot on with the odds they dished out to us! In a game that was a must win for Leicester which was suppose to move them from the elimination spot to the qualification spot....Legia stood no chance! These guys were never going to lose this game and the odds tell the story so did the final score... But if I were to be honest Legia did have several goal scoring chances which never looked like an 18 odd team which was quite unfair for the bookie to be economical on the  odds.
4270  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2021-09-24] China Says All Crypto-Related Transactions Are Illegal on: November 26, 2021, 09:45:48 PM
The negative statements made by China had a serious impact on cryptocurrencies in the previous months/years. When we look at it now, we see that negative statements do not have that much effect.
I thought with time we got immunized over negative news brewing from that part of the world which always pop up year in, year out. If i can recall this first started off as fud about cryptocurrencies a few years back , then the moved to ban miners over carbon emissions and succeeded to push them away now seeing the market tanking , could these guys be behind the recent bearish trend...

Newcastle United have become the latest club to join the race to sign Chelsea forward Christian Pulisic, who is also a target for Barcelona.
According to Calciomercato, Christian Pulisic has become one of the most in-demand players in the transfer market, as clubs look to prise him away from Stamford Bridge in January. The Chelsea forward is believed to be unhappy with Thomas Tuchel for his lack of game-time and could be set for a move elsewhere.
Barcelona have been heavily linked with a move for Pulisic. However, it appears Newcastle United and Genoa have also joined the chase for the American international, as he looks to take the next step in his career.

4272  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: November 26, 2021, 08:21:32 PM
It looks like Arsenal are going to have one of their easiest games in the Premier League this weekend. In the first game of the weekend, Arsenal are going to play a home game against Newcastle.
Did you just say easy? Well this team has made history on them according to the history books of Arsenal and if you recall there is a fixture between the two which I recall well , were Arsenal went up 4-0 but Newcastle fought hard and drew the game 4-4 to share the points and I expect a tough game to happen.

And Newcastle are still having terrible days in the league as they are at the bottom of the standings. They didn't even win a single game so far. However, they still scored 15 goals in 12 games which is good for a last-placed team. But they are the most conceding team too with 27 goals. As long as Arsenal take advantage of their high vulnerability in defense, they should win this one by a decent score.
I would be happy to put money on a team that hasn't been winning to win a game than putting money on a team that has been consecutively winning because these guys Newcastle are desperate to win a game and will do anything to turn things around...and this might happen to be that game of change.
4273  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BNB to $1k? on: November 26, 2021, 08:11:16 PM
$1k is closer than I thought for BNB but every time we move two steps closer to our prize, markets turn bullish and we are 3 steps backwards which is something am not liking to see on the markets as it keeps dragging us off course. And this being almost the end of the year and do not expect much to happen as people get into the holiday spirit. But come 2022 we should be bullish again and am counting on mid year next year to see this to come true.
4274  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: November 26, 2021, 12:20:56 PM
I think Manchester should be able to provide an opportunity for Carrick to show his capacity as an interim coach before they find a permanent coach in the future.
Carrick was stepping up to the role already, dishing out a hot suit to match the status of the MUFC coach. we already saw a significant better play from Manchester United's last champions League game, he should have been given a little more time IMHO to the end of the season to proove himself worthy.
I agree, the mood was different with the team, and the guys played cautiously against Villarreal because of several defensive drawbacks, but overall it was a better performance which reflected on what the manager wanted to achieve. Given more time Carrick would have patched the team back to winning ways but it seems the board and whoever is calling the shots didn't want this and brought in a replacement to manage the team.

I'm looking forward to MUFC's game this weekend with gladiator Chelsea, will love to see the tactics that Carrick will dish out against Chelsea, I am certain it will not be an easy game to win MUFC unlike when the team was still under Ole.

Chelsea will have United for breakfast! These guys are in good form and if united dont play collectively at the back this will be another 5-0 or something but depending who is fielded a different result should come through.
4275  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can you make money day trading Bitcoin? on: November 26, 2021, 12:09:38 PM
For starters it depends on which platform you are using and type of trading mechanism you are taking part in, certain platforms will allow you to buy and treat these buys in your capacity of hodler which depends on when you take out your profits...other platforms have the leveraged trading which could be considered higher risk as profits and losses have a multiplier effect which can eat up your capital faster if price goes against you but give you higher profits when it goes your way. Whichever trading platform you pick you can certainly make money, either day trading, scalping etc, just remember to manage your risk.

4277  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: where are these cryptos going;!!! on: November 26, 2021, 11:02:39 AM

Are cryptocurrencies losing their appeal? Where do you see which important crypto money in the future? How do you interpret the sudden fall of cryptocurrencies? Apart from BNB, SOL, BTC, ETH, do you think there are other cryptos that can be popular?
For starters you can not compare blockchains to tokens in one category as these already have a role to play in the crypto ecosystem of housing several tokens on its blockchain which guarantees its relevance and demand, so already this is some unfair advantage. By the way I think as of today we should be moving into the 3rd or 4th generation of coins which means these have different usage beside being speculative like the first gen coins were bitcoin and others belong. Todays coins are more of utility based tokens which should be appealing to us and not necessary losing it...I think its all because we have too many coins entering the market which makes it difficult to sieve out the shitcoins.
4278  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is not meant 4everybody on: November 25, 2021, 10:50:44 PM
Not trying at all is failure on its own, besides no one trader started off as a profitable trader right from the onset! It takes losses for one to change losing trades to winning trades and lots of practice goes into the process to gain experience and confidence! Afaik Trading is not  some kind of a calling, its a skill that requires time to learnt it, just don't rush the process.
4279  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: November 25, 2021, 10:26:07 PM
So manchester united found a new coach and it is not Zidane who probably wants France after the next world cup.

He was very close to joining Milan last year. He has for sure the Ferguson manager style. Let's see he can survive at Ronaldo.
AS much as most Manchester United  fans would have preferred to have Zidane as their coach, I don't think he would have lasted in England. The premier league is tough, and every game needs a different approach and before you get to that ...United is a team that's currently in the ICU, and people want an immediate impact of a new coach to be felt which wont happen immediately! United should have kept Carrick as the care taker until such a time when a coach was scouted, but since its been done lets see what happens.
4280  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Europa League Discussion Thread on: November 25, 2021, 09:08:55 PM
impressive first half for Leicester city who are almost guaranteed to collect maximum points thanks to their 3-1 lead at home .

If they hold and win they should go top of the group thanks to Napoli slippage who will be left out form the round of 32,what a disappointment for the Italian team...at least they get to cheer on for other teams.

Other premier league team that was in action was Tottenham who got more than they bargained for as the got beat by Mura 2-1, what a shocker!

Spurs really need to do more work to rebuild their team.
