Ralf Rangnick have been permanently become new coach for Manchester United although as interim coach position, exactly he will be manager for Manchester United for few months later and he has chance with primer league and champion league. All rumor about Zidane and Blanc have gone right now maybe depend next primer league season will Zidane change his mind or not, how ever Germany coach get good effect like Chelsea under Tuchel give champion league trophy for the fisrt year and Klopp success give primer league and champion league trophy for Luverpool, now United fans waiting for what can give by Ralf Rangnick, will be success like Tuchel and Klopp or not.

His contract at United is only 6 months and will immediately be appointed as one of the analysts there for two years.
of course it will be interesting how the gait of Rangnick in the EPL.
Will it continue the good trend as did Klopp and Tuchel who are both from the Bundesliga or will Rangnick just be an ole who will be sacked again in the end.

Rangnick is a weird choice - I was really surprised when I saw it announced. He's a tough character and not an easy person to work with, and his last role in Russia was more of a back office one.

Maybe it's United's idea to test him like this in order to potentially give him a back office role at the end of the season - I heard that they are interested in that. I don't understand what will they be getting with him as an interim coach though - maybe the players will have to impress him if he will be in charge of assembling the team for next season.

Actually, I am not trying to compare Blanc and Zidane. I just assume Blanc is a better option than Ole or Bruce. If we are comparing Blanc and Zidane, surely Zidane is the best option. But we must think about the possibility to sign the coach. I ever heard that Zidane is probably not to come to Manchester because his wife doesn't want to move there. While for Blanc, there is no clear information yet. We even don't know if Man United management is interested to him or not.

With Honesty, I don't think Zidane was ever interested in the Manchester United job and I doubt if he will ever got to United.

For a quick fix, I wouldn't put him in that role. He will give his opinions on players and methods, but will not be able to interfere like he did at Leipzig. And my other concern is that Rangnick haven’t coached any team for the past 2 to 3yrs as he have been more of director for his club in the last 2yrs and His biggest achievements have been in building sides from the bottom up - most notably at Hoffenheim and RB Leipzig. I feel for Ralf. He's a good coach but the players he will be managing may let him down; Paul Pogba, Harry Maguire and the English Media.

AS much as most Manchester United  fans would have preferred to have Zidane as their coach, I don't think he would have lasted in England. The premier league is tough, and every game needs a different approach and before you get to that ...United is a team that's currently in the ICU, and people want an immediate impact of a new coach to be felt which wont happen immediately! United should have kept Carrick as the care taker until such a time when a coach was scouted, but since its been done lets see what happens.

Now that it is official that Rangnick will be the next coach of Manchester United i can only say. Congratulations ManU. In my opinion Rangnick is one of only a few coaches in europe or even in the world that really have their own style of playing football and that are also able to communicate that to a team and once that style begins to be implemented and executed by the team it can really make a difference. Other coaches that are also able to do that are Favre, Tuchel, Klopp and maybe Pochettino.
I don't really understand why ManU fans would have wished for Zidane as coach. Just because he has a big name and was one of the best players ever? That does not automatically mean, that he is a good coach.

Man United does have few options in choosing a new coach, but that doesn't mean they have to rush to sign a coach. Well, even though Ralf Rangnick is only an interim coach, but he hasn't coached any club in 2 years, while the problem that Man United is currently facing is quite complicated. If only as an interim coach, Carrick should be given the opportunity to live it because he has been with Man United for a long time and he has made a good start against Villarreal in the Champions League.

I agree, the mood was different with the team, and the guys played cautiously against Villarreal because of several defensive drawbacks, but overall it was a better performance which reflected on what the manager wanted to achieve. Given more time Carrick would have patched the team back to winning ways but it seems the board and whoever is calling the shots didn't want this and brought in a replacement to manage the team.

I think in my opinion Carrick also deserves to be the interim coach compared to Ralf Rangnick who was brought in from Lokomotiv Moscow.

There is a lot of expectation from the fans for Manchester United to atleast take top 4 or to win the UCL and honestly, Carrick might not be suited yet for this.

@tokeweed I’m a Manchester United fan, but I don’t want Carrick in the managerial role, I would prefer if he leaves Old Trafford gets more experience and then comes back to coach us. Also Ralf will an upgrade for us and he’ll lay good foundation for the next coach, plus he’ll also join as a consultant consultant which I’m sure will help us improve in the long run.

But we have to see from the Chelsea vs Man United match whether Carrick is able to overcome it if it comes to a win then I think Carrick will be better than Rangnick who is the current candidate, but that's what many say that Carrick still has no experience but I think if he is still given time with a few games to go so he will probably do his best in terms of formation and also the strategy of Man United's game.
For me, the important key for Carrick must be to beat Chelsea to prove to the management that he is worthy of being a manager.

Rangnick is prolly one of the most important figure in German football, if not the most important.  Klopp is influenced by Rangnick and so is Bayern Munich manager Julian Nagelsmann and a couple of other German managers.  Rangnick is also the originator of the ‘Gegenpress’..  Look it up and read about it then watch Liverpool matches and see it in action.

But yeah I get it.  He’s relatively unknown to people new to football.  But I’ll take Carrick to take over too and take it a notch higher...  Make him permanent manager for the entertainment value.

We recognize that Ronaldo and Messi are the best footballers in the world, but for this year I don't think Ronaldo and Messi deserve this award, because their performance so far at the club is far from perfect, maybe Messi has succeeded in bringing Argentina to the Copa America champions, but instead his performance at the club is still very far from expectations, I think lewandowski and benzema are more deserving to be able to win the award this year than ronaldo.
I don't know what basis is taken in determining whether or not someone deserves the award, but if it's just from the vote, it's clear that Ronaldo and Messi have quite a lot of fans compared to other players in the world.
