4281  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What encourages you to invest in any altcoin? on: October 11, 2017, 06:40:35 PM
The potential for massive gains is what is so attractive to me.

This is one of the major reason why people looks to invest in altcoin. Also another reason is that it is available  very easily and cheaply especially if you are buying during ICO stages. If one can identify the potential of the coin then its better to invest early so that when it is launched and rise in future you will have good profits and make be millionaire if it rises too much.
4282  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Giving up gambling is not easy on: October 11, 2017, 01:23:20 PM
I agree that giving up gambling is not that very easy. It's like smoking cigarettes, once you get addicted, that's it. You will have no limits and it's like an itch that when you feel, you really need to scratch. I guess the best way is to have more self control. Cheesy

Discipline in life brings everything and if you are a disciplined nothing is impossible as you can have a self-control on your acts.  Actually people who are addicted are those who do not have self-control and mostly of them would have lost a big amount generally. Its is difficulty but not impossible if some one has those desires to leave the gambling over a period of time can manger to do it.
4283  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Bitcoin can ruin a Country? on: October 11, 2017, 01:12:49 PM
for me bitcoin is a big help to people like me who are a stay at home mom to those people who cannot able to work, bitcoin is a blessing for me at least i can help my partner and i can have my own income. so i disagree that bitcoin can damage a country.

Infact rather than ruining the country actually cypto currency if regulated properly by the government can actually be a boon for both people and the country too. I know few friends who are in college and have started to earn through bitcoin which helps them to use it as a pocket money and also few who are now full time in this business related to btc. So overall it is helping people to earn a livelihood.
4284  Economy / Economics / Re: Can we totally eliminate all the banks in this world? on: October 11, 2017, 06:33:35 AM
What is the future of cryptocurrencies when all the government need to do is to close the bank accounts of businesses or exchange?

https://www.coindesk.com/bitcoin-businesses-face-bank-account-closures-in-singapore/

I dont think so. But for banks totally adopt crytocurrencies. Because we know how cryptocurrency help and make our lives easy.  Grin

Eliminate banks totally will never ever happen in this world anywhere. Yes you can add the cypto currency as a function in banking , but no country can eliminate the system of banking which has being existence from decades and also will the banks will adopt it , is also the question which needs to be an answered buy them.
4285  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Sell Litecoin for Bitcoins? on: October 10, 2017, 02:18:02 PM
I sold LTC.

BTC is promising now.
It ll have forking,
Free money.
Hold it and later you can buy cheap altcoin from that forking.

I would also do the same had I being holding the LTC . Though I am not a fan of LTC because I feel the time was last year and before that but going forward its better I will invest in some other altcoin. Also at present its a good time to get the btc. Hope so hard fork is good for btc this time as well like last time.

4286  Economy / Economics / Re: 1Bitcoin as a gift from someone on: October 10, 2017, 02:15:14 PM
It depends.  If the price looks high,  I will sell it right away.  However  if the price gets lows, I will save and wait until the price gets high.

Same here too. Depending upon the situation when I get it I will analysis and check if the price is high then will sell it and can later purchase at lower price or will hold for some time of price can still rise ahead . Also will convert some portion to another altcoin and will save it for future.
4287  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what makes you trust a new altcoin? on: October 09, 2017, 05:11:32 PM
Transparency, active team in the community. Possibly one of the most important stuff.

Along with the transparency I also check what are the unique features the coin offers which is not being offer by other coins. This will help the coin to create a huge demand and has a potential to grow rapidly in coming time. This will help in rising of the price of such coin quickly.
4288  Local / India / Re: Indian Ambassador needed for Signals - Data Science Powered signals for Trading on: October 09, 2017, 03:27:24 PM
Firstly can you introduce yourself here like who all are you and where are you based from. Are you looking for translators who can translate from English to which language if that is the case? Also to become the ambassador what is your criteria or any one can become the ambassador?

4289  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Europe participates "little" in Bitcoin? on: October 08, 2017, 05:37:36 PM
Because you can find many services allowed in euro (most money services) so that bitcoin hard to take place in there Because trans time

This is possible that due to bitcoin becoming very high cost and transaction time and fees is also high due to which people might be switching to other cypto currency and may have manifold returns in coming time so people might be investing such coins rather than buying btc.
4290  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Could Unobtanium be hidden gem? on: October 08, 2017, 05:34:19 PM
Looking at its current price($128) it seems to be obvious but the way it works made me wonder if there is still x20-x30. Only 250.000 coins and valuable merchandise, this coin can easily hit $1000 to 2000. What are your thoughts about that?
We should wait for a proper speculation, this sudden rise in price doesn’t mean it would not stop. To be honest, altcoins normally seem very attractive as all the promotions in the start yield big profits but these promotions and everything else fail in the long run. So to make a proper speculation we should wait a little bit more.
Since March 2017, it's constantly growing. It's very organic though. I'm not saying it will keep growing but this is already big.

As from January the btc price were rising constantly so is this coin has being rising. I am curious to understand what is making this coin so popular that people are buying due to which its price is rising. Hope so it does not fall in one go else it would be huge loss to its investors if ever this happen.
4291  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you see trading as fun and games? on: October 08, 2017, 05:14:30 AM
Depends on how you treat it, if you trade because its one of your source of income then you have to take it seriously and make a wise planning investment to get a good result. on the other hand it can be fun if there is no huge capital on the line and just trying your luck if you can be lucky when you trade. for me its fun, its like a real job and you need to do your best to get compensation.
Yeah trading is a game for those who have any secondary source of income more efficient than bitcoins, they have no effect of losses or winnings for them it is just a game but for some people trading is fun because they know it better than anyone else and the thing most important for them is to make huge profits from it by trading.

I feel so if the people are ambitious and enjoy what they are doing then its a fun for them. Its like your living you passions and working for it. So rather than considering its a work they consider it as a spending time on their hobby and thus they treat it as a fun which I feel is also right as per them.
4292  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Question really stuck me! on: October 07, 2017, 03:26:39 PM
OP - Where did you get the data from and how authentic are the numbers. I am not sure if this numbers are right. May be to partial extent that may be correct as the top people who would have created including Satoshi would own the good amount of btc and rest may just be some distorted facts.
4293  Economy / Economics / Re: Prediction: Everyone Will Have 100+ Sources of Income Within 10 Years on: October 07, 2017, 06:29:17 AM
Its would be good if someone complete those or mention the different avenue sources of income currently does exists for now so that its easy to identify which suits somebody and can try to gain some income though that source as well. It will be such a great idea that we higher the number of revenue models so that more and more people could join them and earn for their livelihood.
4294  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Taiwan not banning ICO like China on: October 06, 2017, 06:03:03 PM
It's great news for crypto-community; one more country becomes tolerant to ICOs and cryptocurrencies. I hope it's long-term.

Yes this is good news for the cyto enthusiasts and for the Taiwan. Any idea how much does Taiwan contribute to the total % of the bitcoin ? I hope other countries may follow the Taiwan way in legalizing the bitcoin and not the China way.
4295  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi Nakamoto "who" or "what" is it! on: October 06, 2017, 11:34:20 AM
Its is still so unclear who is Satoshi, nobody in the world is able to figure it out and who know such companies could have come together and created it for their use or this may just not be the case. This is still so nothing less than a task for the wold to identify actually the founder of the bitcoin.
4296  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: October 06, 2017, 11:20:40 AM
Bangladesh after winning the toss decided to field and would not be happy with the start SA have got it. They are 162 without a wicket means 500+ runs should be on the board easily fo SA and Bangladesh will be in the tremendous pressure right from the beginning itself.  Both the opening batsman are playing well are at 78 runs each.
4297  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Does BTC control a lot of the other altcoins on: October 06, 2017, 06:16:19 AM
Yes 100%, because a lot of coins are traded against the value of Bitcoin itself, so if Bitcoin drops so do the altcoins!

Its being observed that most of the altcoins price does change as per the btc price movement. As the btc price increases so does the other altcoins keep up and vie versa.  This I feel happen due to other coins were born after the bitcoin or due to bitcoin it resulted in other altcoin so invariably other coins is depended sort of on bitcoin price.
4298  Economy / Services / Re: BitMixCoin Signature & Avatar Campaign(FULL) on: October 06, 2017, 05:50:52 AM
Hello Sir,

It seems there has being deletion happening of the old posts due to which my posts count got reduced by 10 posts. From Tuesday I have made 13 posts excluding this one but if considered as per your spreadsheet count its would be just 3 till now. Hope I do not have to post 25 + (10 extra) to meet the criteria for this week.
4299  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your reason to gamble? Fun or profit? on: October 05, 2017, 05:50:29 PM
When it comes to gambling, the most important thing you will hear is that "the house always wins" and that's very true. I have never heard about a gambling casino going bankrupt because of too many winnings before. So to profit means your winnings are really someone else loss and you can't win all the time too. Gambling is both for fun and profit but when u really want to win, you end up losing.

Its the fact that I have also observed is that very few probably may go down which may file for bankruptcy . Casinos do make a lot of money as greedy people will not be rational when it comes to gambling. They will put all the money till they win or even borrow to an extent. But only who play for fun will have a better way to make some money.

4300  Economy / Speculation / Re: is bitcoin bubble? on: October 05, 2017, 10:26:48 AM
Nobody knows the future. You can only say it is a bubble after it has burst. But as long as its up, its not a bubble. For years now bitcoin has shown long term growth consistently. Let the haters say its in a bubble, and let the few that are willing to invest out of their comfort zone, like those who still believe in bitcoin (count me in) reap the benifits..

So far its being the best which has provided the users huge earning potential on their investment if made at correct times. Though I have read in couple of news paper and JPM CEO says its a fraud and bubble is about to burst. It seems to be incorrect for now as the price is in the range bound currently and hope it rises a smooth ride in future.
