That's a huge amount of money for me. So if i'll be given 1 BTC from someone, i would keep the half of it (knowing that the value of BTC is surging up high) in my wallet and the other half for trading.

I would first hug that person and offer him/her at lunch. Giving huge thankful notes and much more besides joke, yeah it will be a huge chance for me to make my beginning to better future. I will do same as you intend, half for trading and half in wallet.

If I ever get a chance of getting such a valuable gift from someone, then I thin k that person will be the one for whom I am very much important. There is no doubt that this one gift can change your life. It all depends on your own planning and skillset afterwards. You can easily make out a good amount of income by this gift.

when this thread started I think the value of btc can still be considered as a gift for someone who you really adored but now I think if you
will going to give this as a gift that person might be one of your close relatives or closes friend ever.

I agree with you because you are actually giving the person $5k and that is not a little price we are talking about. They can buy whatever they want i think it would be great as a wedding present or when your son/daughter becomes 18 or even for your best friends but no one else can deserve that much.

It would be my pleasure but definitely, I would invest it immediately. 1 Bitcoin is a really big investment and with a proper implementation of strategy there would be a chance to double it and if that happens then I would continue it until I reached my expected income though let's face it Greed will surely be there and temptation will be high. Even though how cautious we are, there would still be a time that we will get tempted to break your/our own rules.

Everyone has his own point of view. I’ll suggest you to keep it for your bright future instead of just selling it for the sake of your local business. Bitcoin can give you much more than your earnings from local business. You should keep it and loo for the ways through which you can earn more bitcoins and then plan for trading.

If I would be given a chance to obtain 1 BTC, I would likely to convert some of it to cash, say for example the 0.25 BTC is the one I will going to convert and the other 0.75 is the I am keeping, hoping its value will rise in the future and also in that way I can have investment which I can be use for my future needs and wants.

That is a lot for a gift to be given, but if I will be given that kind of amount then I will decide what I see fit in that situation. I guess I will hold it first then try to find a good ICO to invest it with. I'll try to make the most out of it since 1btc is a lot and you can do many things with. I will do my best to make that investment grow and earn a decent amount.

it depends upon the situation if you will use it in an online business or local business to make a profit to your 1 bitcoin investment that they gave you. If you are a bitcoin expert you will HODL it because you know the potential price of bitcoin from now and into the future price of bitcoin.

If I were given a bitcoin, I will split it in half. The first half will not be withdraw and will stay as bitcoin so I can wait for it to increase its value in the future. That's good of you, because you think as a common man thinks as well doesn't have over expectations. With me if that's the case, whether the price is increasing or decreasing I'll be keeping hold of it within the wallet. Only if it's an emergency I'll cash it out.
