Take this for example: Real estate - isang magandang investment din kasi parang gold, ang lupa ay hindi nag dedepreciate. The more na tumatagal ang lupa, mas tumataas value nya so maganda rin sya pang long term investment. Given na marami ngang nag-succeed sa real estate, it doesn't necessarily apply to everyone. There are still factors to consider. It's true na permanent ang lupa but does it automatically increases in value over time (not considering inflation)? Depende pa din yan sa location. Before investing here, better check if there will be future developments in the area. Kung sakaling may plano magpatayo ng daanan dyan at magiging mas accesible yung area, malamang tataas value ng property dun. Take into consideration also yung timing. Yung mga lupa kasi may market cycle din yan eh, may time na tumataas at may time na bumababa kaso nga lang napaka tagal bago kumita dito kaya naman isa ito sa mga long term investment. Sa dami ba naman ng downtime ng PCOS machine dati, tapos isama pa natin ung data breach ng COMELEC[1] nung 2016, tingin ba nila kakayanin nilang i-handle ung ganito? I don't think so. Probably i-outsource nila sa isang reputable na foreign company ung development(though may malaking risk rin to of course). Very risky move to be honest dahil sa nakikita ko ngayon mejo incompetent parin ang IT ng gobyerno.

Coming to the topic itself, the design seems decent in my opinion and the UI is fine though live chat would have been better instead of telegram support. Is your game provably fair and what is the HE op?

Over time, these types of black swan events and hacks will weed out all the structurally flawed projects. It's for the best in the long-run.
This is the honest truth but we haven't seen too many altcoins with advanced technology live a long life but that could be due to them just being new. It'll be nice to see how far some of them are developed after they have been around for a decade. Because all of the doesn't have long term support that's why they fall down but some of them intentionally hype this up just to gather attention for scamming purposes but I really still want to see a new alts that have advance technology that will last long since if we keep seeing scams these days for sure it will affect all future projects. I use to see this kind of projects in the altcoins and they were boasting about this new kind of tech but I'm not impressed at all. This will be the same as the first ones that didn't find success in the cryptosphere.
They keep on renovating ideas that will be hype from the very start but once it's already launched and operating, the problem will pop out. DEFI, DEX or what they call it, that doesn't matter because they still have the control over it although we truly want pure and real decentralization being applied.
Yeah the same as you I'm not impressed with it since to much word is so bullshit and actually I want an actual result, and those DEFI and DEX thing is for me a accessory for them to get more attention and money for their projects. |

In my country bitcoin is not legalize yet, but not illegal too. People can use it as assets but still can't use it as payment. Maybe only need time for government to make it legal, because what really can make bitcoin legalized is government from the country. Same on ours but the good thing there is I can see some progress of adoption aswell I see some institutions are looking on it so for this we can determine that even for now that this currency is not legalize yet there's still a high chanc that government will adopt and treat this one as digital assets. But the one I really want to look is the stoppage of hyips,pyramid and mlm's since this platforms are putting some dirt on the image of bitcoins. |

It's similar with ETORO you will copy his trade and for example if he wins 30% from his trade you will earn the same also, but If he lose you lose your money also but I wonder how good the trader OP is since the market is unpredictable and I saw similar platform running the same as what OP offer and all of them lose when the market dump so hard.
