Forget the high frequency trading! Can you imagine the dividends?! The politicians will be going "Why the hell have we suddenly come out of recession this year?" Tongue
4362  Economy / Services / Re: Selling my signature - Sr. member on: June 21, 2014, 11:00:41 AM
Im not saying im interested, but what does that mean? What is your signature? I don't get it.

He is selling his signature, looking for people to rent his signature.

0.012/week, i must say that's low considering you can get 0.1 - 0.15 per month for 50 post (MinerSource, GAWminers, Cloudbet, Genesis-mining)

I think what he's wanting is something without posting limits which is why the rate is low, frankly, I can totally understand the 50 post minimum and so on is far too high a requirement if you actually won't to write something meaningful, I'm on here constantly and even I can't reach that many a week/month on a regular basis because otherwise you're just spamming.
4363  Other / Politics & Society / Re: VSEM PIZDETS. Hunderts tanks in hands or Russian Ukrainians. on: June 20, 2014, 05:09:18 PM
Now that looks very legit, aren't T-72 cold war era type Russian tanks? If so it would explain why the Russians were able to get their hands on them, I would definitely think it possible to take tanks from that place and re-activate them with some skilled engineers, just a matter of knowing how to fabricate the bits and put it all together safely.
4364  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Anti-Vaccination Movement - bringing diseases back to life on: June 20, 2014, 05:02:02 PM
This kind of thing is precisely why I think children should be given the vote and be allowed to make their own major decisions in life like whether they have vaccines or not, I couldn't even make up a better reason than this, these people are definitely too stupid to be having children, I'm generally open minded but doctors are one of the few people in this world you should really pay attention to.

Fair enough if they don't want to get vaccinated, seriously, I don't care that much, but when they force their children to go along with their stupid choices then that's when they cross the line.

you can't really force parents to do that.. even if it's the right thing. besides, if kids had their own choice, i'm sure most would rather.. not.

You vastly underestimate the intelligence of children.

True, but after a lifetime being brainwashed by idiot parents, many of them sadly beleave what their parent say when there is no-one around to teach them the truth. Then the next generation of idiots starts with the same bs and we have it going

Honestly, it doesn't happen as easily as that anymore, granted a few years ago you may have been right, but I can tell you that because of how easy it is to get access to information and the internet you'll find children quickly realise whether their parents are crazies or not and are telling them lies. Even if they get banned from it there's nothing stopping them from sneaking on a phone and getting a free wi-fi hotspot etc. even more so now with Bitcoin you'll inevitably hear stories about them buying stuff with Bitcoin right under their parents' noses.

I fucking love this kind of stuff, my only worry is that facebook has bought occulus rift.

What's wrong with FB having bought Oculus Rift?

Knowing facebook they'll force you to sign in and create an account with them in order to use Occulus Rift eventually and then you'll get annoying notification spam while you're trying to play games.

Those are de-activated tanks, you can tell from the things on the turrets, they could be re-activated I suppose if you had the knowledge to do so but that would take some effort especially with that many and even though tanks would be very effective on land against air power they're useless.

Assuming any of this is real of course Wink

Seeing how a few posters would side with the aliens to become their pets but keep their life I start to doubt this community.
Too many back stabbers here Wink.

You can trust the Anarchists, they thrive in chaotic enivironments Tongue

Total Recall the woman with three breasts  Grin

Nothing strange about that, in fact I approve

I was actually thinking that but my reputation is bad enough lmao! Tongue I'd say it would depend on where you put the third boob though Tongue

If he is actually obviously trolling, just report the post. Trolling is not allowed in these forums.
This, and one can stop it in their own thread. Stopping it overall on the forums isn't that easy/possible.
How would you stop trolling on the internet?

Not a 100% sure that's true, I don't know about trolling, but if he's spamming you he could certainly be reported for that, calling it trolling though is wrong that's more like harassment and blackmail, you find users like this end up digging their own graves because they resort to spamming you especially if they get put on the ignore list because they don't like the fact they aren't getting any attention.
4376  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Sexual violence in UK gangs 'similar to war zones' according to BBC on: June 19, 2014, 04:30:48 PM
Well that's just what I stated, they're doing it for the whole country, much like how a poll uses the "87% of Americans believe" line and then you dig into their mathematics and they've only done about 1000 people to represent the whole country. You can't use this kind of maths as a way of measuring the thought process of other human beings or the crime rates of an entire country, it's all completely fake. In case you couldn't tell, this is actually one of my pet hates about politics in general and it really ticks me off Tongue mainly because I've had to go and re-learn mathematics while there are morons out there who are being paid to make it all up.
4377  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Sexual violence in UK gangs 'similar to war zones' according to BBC on: June 19, 2014, 04:20:32 PM
And there's the extra problem Niothor, like with political polls these will have been carefully sourced to the political ideology of the person putting out the statistics, when your have per 100,000 people, which areas are these in? Which states? One thing I've had to do is re-learn mathematics later in life and ever since I did that this kind of thing has become more and more obvious to me and it's pretty amazing how easily people fall for it.
4378  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Sexual violence in UK gangs 'similar to war zones' according to BBC on: June 19, 2014, 04:05:12 PM
This is what happens when scum from abroad is imported and placed into ghettos.
In London you have the same tribes playing out the exact same tribal warfare that they emigrated to get away from.

London is disgusting now.

Where the fuck have you been? London was always a shit hole lol! Do I need to dig through history and provide you examples of extreme pollution like smog and the London fires to prove it to you?
4379  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are girls using Bitcoins? on: June 19, 2014, 12:48:24 PM
This is a tricky question, OP.  Next, we'll be discussing the racial and ethnic makeup of the current coin holders and requiring a more "balanced opportunity" consistent with societal demographics.

I'm getting really tired and fed up of these kind of discussions but you're exactly right, they don't stop either Sad

It's like this obsession lately with people claiming that we 'need' more women in the engineering industry/sector, if they're interested good for them, if not then they're not, leave them the fuck alone, the worst thing you could do is hire someone who has no interest in their job and hire them just because of their gender or race because they'll do a worse job than somebody who is interested in their work and that's just a fact.
4380  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Sexual violence in UK gangs 'similar to war zones' according to BBC on: June 19, 2014, 10:19:40 AM
You can't compare the U.S to the U.K for one thing the populations are too different so of course crime rates are going to be lower because there are less people to commit them, even if you gave everybody in the UK a gun the result would still be less than the U.S purely because of land mass and the population numbers.
