the money is gone. even if you are successful in court. hashfast files for bankruptcy and the story ends. And we get all the chips we want at fab cost. Fine for me. yes, that might be a possible outcome. the only problem: to sue them, go to court and receive the final judgment lasts at least several months. so we all could gather the chips in late summer at the earliest. i dont think that those chips will be worth anything in summer. |

I dont see any refunds happening.
- First of all there wont be BTC refunds. You may sue them and maybe you will be successfull. But initially there wont be any BTC refunds after the 31th.
- So the only option thats left would be to take US$ refunds. But why should any resonable person do so?
A babyjet was around 5000$ if i remember correctly. Thats about 8 BTC right now. So you have got the choice, take 5000$/8BTC now or accept the babyjet and additional MPP.
I think its pretty obvious that the babyjet+mpp will be worth more than 8 BTC easily. So nobody will opt for the US$ refund, period.
Only if you paid them $5K (in USD). I didn't. I don't know about you but I paid in BTC so refunds by nature are done in same quantity and amount they took so not I'm not worried about it irrespective of what the f*k HF does with those BTC, which is not our problem. Does the MPP state ROI in USD? No. it's also in BTC so stop jerking off mentally cause USD refunds don't make sense. :p That'd be total fraud right there getting filed with the Attorney General right away!!! may i quote myself: a bitcoin refund is just completly out of space. even if you successful sue them, which is very unlikely imho, there just wont be enough $funds to buy back BTC at this horrendous price at the moment.

Seriously? They charged 50btc for an OCTOBER delivery knowing full well that they wouldn't ship until December. December units are worth roughly 12btc and they knew that in August when they were happy to take our money. A refund is the only chance we have of at least breaking even. These people deserve jail time. lol! a bitcoin refund is just completly out of space. even if you successful sue them, which is very unlikely imho, there just wont be enough $funds to buy back BTC at this horrendous price at the moment. those funds have been invested in hardware, thats it. learn to deal with it! denying reality wont help you one bit. |

LOL, only on the Autobahn (only after you see the black-slash sign of course). And it's "reasonable and prudent": anything over 130 kph is considered "unreasonable" if you crash (and don't die). But yes.  yes, you can go 300 km/h on a german autobahn. but most fun you will get from such a fine car not on the autobahn. instead one should go into the hills somewhere or a racetrack. thats where those cars really start to make sense. going 270+ is nice but its not even close to what everybody thinks how much fun it is. |

Sehe ich nicht so. Der Trend bricht wenn sich das Käufer/Verkäufer - Verhältnis dreht. Punkt. Jeder Trend bricht irgendwann, siehe die Rally bis 1.242. Im Moment der Spitze dachten alle 1.500 wir kommen, trotzdem kam es nicht so. Die Masse machts. Die 1.242 haben mich auch sehr überrascht. Die Rally ist mittendrin abgewürgt worden. Im Vergleich zu den vorherigen Blasen hätten es locker bis 3.000$ gehen können. jepp, das sieht man gut im log-chart. im gegensatz zum april oder gar 2011 eher ein "kleiner" anstieg, welcher durch china zumindest ausgesetzt wurde. daher wäre es imo nicht verwunderlich wenn die geschichte noch nicht vorbei ist und wir im frühjahr erneut ansetzen. eventuell auch schon im januar/februar. ich selbst bin bei 1100$ mit 1/8 meiner bestände raus und werde diesen teil auch in fiat lassen. der rest bleibt. |

Sorry wenn wieder ein Noob dazwischenfragt, aber woher wisst ihr das alles? Dass es eine Person ist, dass sie auscasht? Woran erkennt man das? Das mit deen Eier leuchtet mir ja noch am ehesten ein, mal die anderen Dinge vorausgesetzt man weiß sowas natürlich nie genau, aber allein die tatsache das eine order von 4000 auf einen schlag auftaucht und dann auch als gesamtes im limit bewegt wird macht eine zufällige marktkonzentration äußerst unwahrscheinlich. folglich ist es ein marktteilnehmer. |
