Alcurex got many interesting coins listed lately, so I find myself returning to your exchange pretty often. This are good news..
However!! Every time I have to login to the exchange, I really get nervous!! The login procedure is just painful.. I understand it might be more secure, but it is ultimately inconvenient, and I find myself logging in only when I absolutely need to do that, and very often just closing the browser window with alcurex instead of logging in..
To log in, you need:
1. Enter the username/password, thats ok
2. Enter the ugly captcha with random letters every single time I want to login.. Could this be made optional? Or at least replaced with captcha which is easier to type?
3. Go to my mail client, and press refresh many times until I get the confirmation letter... Sometimes the delay is pretty big.
4. Copy the PIN, and go back to the alcurex to enter that PIN...
So I have to go back and forth between windows, wait, copy, paste, type captcha by using caps and switching between letters and digits (on a tablet keyboard it is specially inconvenient). Its like I am doing a hard work every time. Other exchanges do not request that at all. Can this be made optional or removed?
Look, it was easier for me to write such a long post, than to made those
stupid annoying actions every time just to login and make few adjustments to my buy/sell orders
. This issue may seem minor inconvenience, but it is not. Over time it makes you not wanting to login at all, and use alternative exchange when possible. I am sure there are other people annoyed by that, it could not be just me.

Need to think how make it more friendly but keep it secure.
I leave alcurEX page open, then it will keep me logged in all the time.
captcha can be shorter. It is not security risk even if we take it off,
but some vise guy will make bot to request login id and that way lock accounts.
email 2fa maybe not nice to use but extremely important.
Other methods can be phone or google account.
I like email PIN more but maybe we can have various methods for 2fa.
Need to think about if offer to it take out, or if we use cache for storing user session on PC.
