How do you plan to raise more funds after the initial IPO?
The 50% profit that the company gets will mostly be used for expanding alcurEX and for raising capital to get legal fiat markets listed as soon as possible. The IPO funds will be fully used for the same purposes. We will also sell 50% shares of any profitable services we make. These IPOs will also be made the same way as the main exchange IPO. The personal funds we have so far and what we will gain from our personal investments (with our own funds of course) will also be used for raising capital until fiat markets get listed. Good to know there is plann to expanding alcurEX. This may be good time to build whole consept arount the alcurEX: exchange - market payment integration + easy, secure and cheap fiat transactions. Most projects has fail some points and focused too much for trading only. I have stong feeling about alcurEX. |

All i can say - BUY now, while its cheap. Week ago prices was .00000200, .00000160, .00000120 LTC, now its only .00000100 - its all alts rates fall down because of BTC and Mtgox issues... soon they all come back.
Also much more people started mining. After alcurex and other projects (YES, MRC has more to show) price raises for sure.
Endeed. I also understand this coin will get also other important service than alcurEX exchange. Actually if alcurex play cards right, micro may be strong challenger for internet payment systems. I mean if they/we can offer whole consept: Currency - exchange - market implements + easy, secure and cheap fiat transactions. Bitcoin is fail some of them and focused too much for trading only. For microCoin, most important is, that consept is planned ready before blockreward 1000. |

Backup your wallet first just in case something goes awry. Then start the client from the command line with the -salvagewallet command tag (ie microcoin.exe -salvagewallet). It takes a while but it gets you back all the coins from sent transactions that got stuck in limbo.
This did not work... and I want to say that it is my wallet that I received microcoins with that my coins are stuck at unconfirmed, not where it was sent from 1. Is those unconfirmed transactions last one, or is there any confirmed coins after unconfirmed? 2. what is unconfirmed transactions id? We can look what block chain info show. I'm not really trying to recover any coins I'm just trying to remove the recent transaction that's in my wallet (in overview tab not transaction tab) that has been stuck there since launch day... For example, If I receive coins from my pool today it will show up in recent transaction to the right of my balance and after the coins are confirmed it goes away, but the other coins from jan 10 never ever goes away Oh right. Can you just make new wallet on other computer and send all coins there, then use that one? Or miss I something? |

I vote for 100% reinvestment to the company to rapidly increase the profitability of the company. I would be fine with this until it raises the capital needed to exchange fiat. interested +1 also, just an idea, itd be nice to have multi language features the major ones atleast That's a great idea. We'll try to get chinese and russian translations of the website as one of the first things. Sounds promising feature. Exchange may get way more customers with Chinese lang. I think russian traders have no language problems but would be nice service for them. Great, keep on going. |

Exchange IPO is looking flakey as fuck and I am worried it is just going to drag this excellent coin down if it turns out to be a scam like MCXnow.
alcurEX is very much a part of MRC. I don't know if you realized it yet, but they're both made by the same team. Well the separate them. Seriously, you made a good coin. Instead of trying to use it to promote an exchange that's doomed to failure, market the coin and get it on cryptsy or coinedup. Totally agree, jack of all, master of non. Keeping the talk on topic won't scare people off. If they think you're not focussing on coin & are just trying to flog your exchange. Talking about it everywhere and linking it to coin, that others seem to be doing all the leg work to promote. Possibly leading to failure of both when one could have been successful. I think all services for microCoin = focusing microCoin. Get the coin in alcurex exchange = focusing microCoin. I think it's every coins dream to come main focused, supported and developed coin on exchange and on all services. As more services there is for microCoin that more it have "real" value. microCoin is separated from exchange like all "decentralized" digital currencies are. If some service fail where microCoin is, not hurt decentralized coin more than if this service was not ever exist. |

What are the proof of stake minting time parameters going to be for this coin?
I remember dev say somewhere on thread; it may change if needed but anyway stake amount will be irrelevant small to collecting profits. That's all I know about that. |

Been searching and searching without finding so I guess I'll throw myself to the sharks and ask what has most likely already been asked:
Did anyone encounter microcoin.exe crash on the very first launch? I literally downloaded the wallet a few hours ago and followed the not so advance readme file. But when I try to launch either microcoin.exe or microcoin_old_port444.exe it just says "microcoin.exe has stopped working".
What to do?
Check can you start it without .conf file. Maybe you have something wrong there. Fail type in conf file is most common reason for crash. |
