441  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bear market,a blessing in disguise on: April 08, 2019, 04:07:01 AM
Bear market is great is you have enough cash to invest and buy a lot of valuable coins with important discounts.

Real money and wise decisions are done mainly in bear markets. In bull markets you can afterwards sell for a good profit.
442  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Lessons from crypto in 2018 on: April 08, 2019, 04:03:57 AM
Best lesson from 2018 is that true money can be done in bearish markets, not in bullish one.

An year like 2018 is an year full of discounts,  just perfect to buy cheap when everyone is selling in order to sell high during the next bull run.
443  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Converted all altcoin back to BTC on: April 05, 2019, 06:09:10 AM
Only time can say if you made a wise decision to see all alts for btc or not.

From experience, when market is bearish Bitcoin behaves better than alts and losses less from its value. When market is bullish, some good alts can perform much better then btc. At least for now, bearish period seems close to its end.
444  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers will go after IEO soon on: April 05, 2019, 06:05:32 AM
Things will be different for IEO compared to ICO. Good exchanges will never accept a project if it doesn't have a good potential to develop and rise in the future.

445  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is not about ''get rich fast'' !! on: April 05, 2019, 06:02:27 AM
Neither early adopters who bought Bitcoin for a few bucks only didn't become rich overnight.

It took years for Bitcoin to be where it is today. The same will happen for today's investors.  Crypto investments involve not only skills, but also a lot of patience.
446  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO makes me sick on: April 04, 2019, 06:13:02 AM
Just because you interacted with bad ICOs it doesn't mean all ICOs are the same.

If you do a lot of research and take care of some key indicators (milestones, team, social media activity, references on other websites etc) I'm sure you'll find some great ICOs, too.
447  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: STOP FOLLOWING BITCOIN WITH SENTIMENTS! on: April 04, 2019, 06:08:05 AM
The only sentimental we should have is making money. Even the most excited holders will sooner or later liquidate their Btc agains the correct price.

So, we should focus more on our target and do our best to reach it.
448  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trading bots for crypto currency trading on: April 04, 2019, 06:05:16 AM
You will lose money sooner or later when trading with bots, as most of them often do huge mistakes. You should better have a look at other traders' ideas on TradingView. Check lots of them, stay tuned with the market trend.

Learn to recognize by yourself the patterns other traders identify and publish on the network.
Instead of playing with real money, I would recommend you to make use of demo accounts, at least until you own a winning strategy. Also stay away from robotrading and ATS, the only case you are going to make money with it is developing them on your own.
449  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Locking Bounty Rewards To Avoid Dumping on: April 03, 2019, 05:57:39 AM
Personally, I see the lock of tokens a sign of a weakness from the project. Good projects don't lock their tokens and still their price continues to rise constantly.
450  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Less price = more profit? on: April 03, 2019, 05:52:02 AM
Every investor I know is glued to the charts right now, moving their money around looking for exit and entry points, etc.

Fully focused on playing the game because these are the days where you can build a small fortune.
451  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC now above $5k, seem like its not just a pump? on: April 03, 2019, 05:49:42 AM
Everyone was a crypto and investment expert when the whole CRYPTO market was going up. There were threads opened everyday.. Even at times, the entire frontpage was filled with crypto threads. Then the market crashed and all so-called experts slowly vanished.
452  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not be afraid of making mistakes on: April 02, 2019, 05:54:12 AM
It is always important to learn from the mistakes you do and not to continue on doing the same mistake twice.

But, it's even better to learn from others' mistakes,  as it does not cost you anything. This is why in crypto you need to read and search a lot of information to remain updated with latest news.
453  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Knowing when to sell off your crypto investment on: April 02, 2019, 05:51:28 AM
There is no general rule for selling crypto, as everyone has his own limits to buy, hold and sell his crypto.

However,  just holding your funds without having any thresholds in your mind might make you lose a lot of opportunities that appear sometimes on the market.
454  Economy / Speculation / Re: Whats with the sudden surge ? on: April 02, 2019, 05:48:12 AM
I think 5000$ is a psychological threshold right now. If we exceed it, we have good chances to remain above for the next couple of days.

Now if a good time to buy alts with discount if you're in Btc Smiley
455  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Warren buffet now investing in bitcoin on: April 02, 2019, 05:45:31 AM
Warren Buffett is not a fan of Bitcoin,  so I would be surprised to hear that. (even in a different day than 1st of April).

However,  there are already a lot of big players on crypto market, so price will continue its rally started this morning.
456  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Wallet hacking is it possible? on: April 01, 2019, 06:05:57 AM
It depends on which wallet are you referring to. Online wallets can be easily robbed by hackers if you are bot careful with your private keys.

Cold wallets are much more secure as their private keys are built in and  they never leave the device.
457  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to check if ICO is scam or not? on: April 01, 2019, 06:03:17 AM
The problem is that some scam ICO are very professional and is quite hard to be identified as scams.

However,  here you jave some key points to take care:
- Whitepaper
- milestones already passed
- team to be verified
- social media activity
- references on other well known sites.
458  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are we not abusing decentralization? on: April 01, 2019, 05:59:42 AM
People are not getting scammed due to decentralization,  but due to lack of regulation and their ignorance.

However, naive people are daily scammed with fiat/credit cards, so why would crypto be different?
459  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you hate the most about your current exchange? on: March 29, 2019, 05:12:55 AM
I'm really curious about what other people hate about their exchanges, maybe if we start complaining loud enough the exchanges will improve or new exchanges will solve these issues.

Right now what I hate is the fact that I don't have access to the private keys of my funds, I don't feel secure because of that.

Also, I would for the process to be simplified and streamlined, I want to buy crypto with Fiat as easily as I buy stuff on Amazon.

So, what would you change? what would you remove? and what would you add?

The main concern regarding an exchange remains the security.

I will never feel the same when I open my Exchange account compared to when I open my Ledger Nano S one. If I don't access the exchanges for more than 1-2 weeks, I always have a weird feeling when I'm reconnecting 😊 This never happens with a hardware wallet.
460  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Waves will replace ethereum on: March 29, 2019, 05:09:29 AM
a lot of good news coming in wavesplatform
in the last few days, waves price growing hardly, even rise more than 100% my friend

is this a sign if waves will be the next ethereum ?

Lol, no Smiley
In crypto is normal to have some spikes of even over 100% but this will be usually followed by an important dump.

Most of ICOs are still based on erc20 platform and until this will not change I don't see waves or any other coin to replace ETH.
