441  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are you using a trading bot? on: May 26, 2020, 03:18:59 PM
I've used Haasbot, ProfitTrailer, GunBot, EONbot.... The works.

And what I have found is that none of the built in strategies will help you during a bear market. However, during a bull market they can be used to turn a fair weekly profit without much oversight, particularly if you're using conservative strategies.

I'm now looking to try Bitrage from the creators of gunbot. Apparently it can identify and execute on arbitrage strategies automatically. Not sure about paying the crazy price for it though.
442  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⭐ MultiCoinGames ⭐ Dice🎲Slots🎰Roulette💎 ⭐ Get 10 Free Credits Now 💎💣🎰 on: May 26, 2020, 01:39:30 PM
💎100% Bonus Only Today💎

Deposit from 0.01 BTC and Get +0.01 BTC Bonus
Wager: x20 in Slots Game.

Doubling your deposit by the click of a few buttons sounds like a pretty sweet deal to me, especially if you're not forced to play. I can see if that was the case then this would be a not such risky investment - in effect doubling your money and then engage in an exchange /withdrawal.

Btw do you know if that's the case i.e. get 100% back on your deposit without playing?
443  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What to do when price is dump?? on: May 26, 2020, 11:30:32 AM
This can only be possible if you truly know how to read trading charts. If that's the case, the best thing to do in this regard will be to convert all your holdings or the specific token or asset that you are certain will dump to a stable cryptocurrency like USDT, USDC, PAX etc. This way, you maintain the value of your asset and even get to rebuy more when the price must have dumped or dipped.

I agree with you that converting the crypto into stable coins is a good way to prevent further losses in a downward trend but the issue with that like any other strategy is the question of when to do it right? Only yesterday I was faced with this exact same dilemma and it turned out that after I decided to convert to USD of course the market recovered so its always about timing because technically now I'm a loss since I'll have to buy in at the new higher market price. The timing of when to act is always a gamble  Angry
444  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If we have great ability, is capital from bank loans safe for us to use trade? on: May 26, 2020, 09:54:11 AM
I have a friend who has quite great trading skills, almost every trade he manages to make a profit. But I see he always uses capital
under $ 500.If in my opinion he should use a large capital of at least $ 5,000 to get greater profit. I suggest to him to borrow from
the bank as trading capital, but he refused with the reason too risky and insecure. I want the opinion of you members of this forum,
whether to use capital from bank loans unsecured and risky if used trading by traders who have good skills? even though in my opinion
safe as long as we can make a profit and smoothly repay loan installments to the bank.
Well it seems to me that your friend is taking a calculated risk with an amount he can probably afford to lose if he ends up with a loss. The thing with loans from banks is that obviously you'll have to pay an agreed interest rate on top and that would increase exponentially with the loan amount. Even if the person has great trading skill sis important not to overstep those fine trading boundaries as sometimes one tiny mistake can lead to huge losses and in the case of your friend I think he's doing well - he might not feel comfortable with a 10x increase in loan.

As for you, remember it's important to not get too greedy.
445  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Small assets, trade or invest? Good decision? on: May 25, 2020, 10:56:57 PM
I suppose the answer you give depends on whether you're a trader an investor or an asset collector. AS it is, in my case I prefer some asset investment followed by a little trade - I actually got burned recently by investing so I'm keeping my distance for a while - at least until i can recoup the money lost. However, each in their own way are good avenues to make enough profit if one knew them well enough!
446  Economy / Exchanges / Re: From UK, Understanding Investing Jargon help on: May 24, 2020, 11:43:02 PM
I personally use BestChange to find the best exchanges. The site is extremely easy to use and has been around for quite some time now, making it one of the more reputable platforms.

For more in-depth info, I use CoinGecko, since this allows you to categorize exchanges by trading volume, number of trading pairs etc. This will help you find the best exchanges for GBP markets. CMC, however, is absolute trash.
447  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The One Biggest Lesson you've learnt from Bitcoins Investment on: May 24, 2020, 10:33:31 PM
I've learned to do my research before investing or trading.

Back when I first got involved in cryptocurrencies I immediately made quite a good amount of profit. However, this led me to believe that I was some sort of market expert that was infallible... I was wrong.

I learned the hard way that it's possible to both gain and lose in this market. But if you know what you're doing and are well-read on the subject, you can ensure you win more than you lose.
448  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 💩 We are now in the “shitcoin” season? 💩 on: May 24, 2020, 09:31:55 PM
I don't think we're now in a bad season for any crypto coins but instead there's a time period whereby the market is experiencing a natural price correction and it is my belief as well as the speculation of others that this period will predate the next bull run which I expect to start seeing signs of around autumn time.
When do you lot expect to see the recovery?
449  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is ETHEREUM UNDERVALUED OR OVERVALUED on: May 23, 2020, 09:32:36 PM
In my eyes ETH has not had the strongest support or to put it less bluntly the support it should have. As a p2p network the cryptocurrency is still suffering a deficit of value depreciation, particularly falling at less than (expected) interest from people. This may well be due to lack of knowledge and/or ignorance but it seems that the gap is getting smaller and more people are at least becoming aware if not supportive of the blockchain network in general. So it seems that time may correct for the undervalue of ETH and perhaps other coins too!
450  Economy / Exchanges / Re: How to exchange crypto-currency in Malaysia on: May 23, 2020, 07:48:18 PM
So this is a blog article that discusses which exchange platforms to use in Malaysia and it seems that Luna is the most popular. The article also highlights the fees and pros/cons generally associated with each of the platforms talked about. Source of article: https://www.bitpremier.com/buy-bitcoins/malaysia

Note that this is for online users rather than physical ATMs, if this is of interest this post lists the cities where crypto ATMs are available https://coinatmradar.com/country/129/bitcoin-atm-malaysia/

Hope this helps Smiley
451  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as Means of Donation on: May 23, 2020, 04:23:58 PM
I wasn't aware there was a need for people to make crypto donations and in BTC also. And by donations I do not mean donations to other members but instead a charted organisation like charities  Huh In any case, these should in theory be possible through a smart contract though I'm not sure about the legislation side of things...
452  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading mistakes on: May 23, 2020, 03:00:16 PM
There’s so many thread about the trading mistakes, and they are all correct and as long as a trader didn’t learn from their mistakes then it will continue to happen to them, they’ll keep losing money.

One of the biggest mistakes when operating is that the plan that is made must be followed and must not be changed, when the probability of failure is very high when changing at the last moment, apart from when the main focus is on technical analysis and not on understand or try to understand the market.
Yes, trading is about sticking to the plan and always following it. As a trader we must come ready and prepared because if we don’t make any research then our trading will be failed. Mistakes is normal but don’t do the same mistakes all over again.

I'm mean yh there's that sticking to the plan but sometimes there are circumstances mainly caused by the market volatility which does not allow the trader for any flexibility within that well devised plan so best to stick to familiar contingencies when that happens.
453  Economy / Services / Re: I will be an assistant manager for a bounty/airdrop manager. on: May 23, 2020, 12:02:17 PM
Are you really offering to work for 40 hours per week for just $50?

You do realize that's around $1.25 per hour?

I'm sure plenty of people would pay you to be a general assistant at those rates, don't generic spreadsheet or research work.

Let me know and I'll send you a message later as I could use an assistant at the moment.
454  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Binance is a good exchange but don't expect forever surge on: May 22, 2020, 10:57:12 PM
Well, Binance keeps coming out with more and different projects so at least for that duration of time the surge should be real but afterwards it would still be a matter of performance and I'm sure at some point the price won't stay forever up but just by taking into account he time factor that's to be expected anyway
455  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which Trading Exchange Platform Has Never Been Hacked ? on: May 22, 2020, 09:59:27 PM
Coinbase, Etoror, Ftx,Primexbt, Bitmex these are the ones I can think from the top of my head which I think have never been hacked at least thus far. Though, this may just be due to improved security or else no targeting attempted as hackers probz went for the lowest hanging fruit!
456  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Asset Insurance on: May 21, 2020, 09:30:44 PM
Great resource, glad to see some that somebody is compiling useful information about DeFi into a manageable format.

I'd like to see an article on the different types of DeFi products, right now there aren't that many, e.g. hedge funds, lending solutions, stablecoin issuance platforms etc.

Would be nice to have some categories to help define DeFi as it grows, maybe help define some terms that will become the standard.
457  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is Up by 16% Post Halving on: May 21, 2020, 06:08:18 PM
Might want to check it again, Bitcoin is now trading at around $9000 after collapsing by $400 earlier today.

I think there's a lot of room still left for further losses, but I don't imagine we'll continue spiralling for more than a couple months or so.

It's playing out exactly the same as the last halving. Brief pump before, flatline, then dump (today).... The only next step is another huge pump, similar to that seen in 2017, but that might take a couple years.
458  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: HODLing is great but why not use Options to insure what you are HODLing? on: May 21, 2020, 03:37:02 PM
Options are quite an advanced trading product, most of the people here on the forum are complete pleb noobs that have no idea how to trade and yet come on here and try to spout their "wisdom" and "secrets".

Very few of them even have a substantial portfolio worth protecting, so they're highly unlikely to look to options to hedge their risks.
459  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Send Ether and Ethereum Tokens from Multiple Ethereum Addresses on: May 20, 2020, 09:15:24 PM
You can import the private keys from all of these addresses into your Ledger wallet, then spend the entire balance of all these at once.

As far as I'm aware, using a Ledger is the only way to do this, but you might also be able to do so on a Trezor wallet.

You'll need Ledger Live installed too I believe.
460  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: Receive $300 (30000 CNG tokens) just by registration before May 20 on: May 20, 2020, 07:31:24 PM
Goodluck to those who will participate in this airdrop,  it sounds to good to be true, that much airdrop to participants is very strange,  no project is given this much this days, i have never participate in their airdrop, i don't want to disclose my personal information for a possible fake airdrop.

That's because it is too good to be true.

These random exchange utility tokens rarely go on to achieve their expected value, leaving all the people that wasted their time earning them, or their money buying them in a hole.

Nonetheless, it is only a registration that takes seconds, so it wouldn't be too much of a loss if they never become worth $300.

Just be sure you don't use the same password as you use elsewhere, since the whole airdrop could be designed to still login credentials.
