I think there could be some sort of middleground. We should not act like they are charging 5% for everyone, that is not the case here, they are charging 5% for a person who deposited and then wanted to withdraw. Now I am not saying he is not right, he should still get his money back but I just wanted to make a clear distinction between charging 5% to everyone and charging 5% from certain situations. I can't really find a solution that would work for both sides in this situation.

If the nitrogensports gives up and pays the guy then there would be a lot of people who launder their money here for cheap, doesn't mean ninja is a money launderer but allowing ninja would open here for real money launderers, however is this ninjas problem? It is not so there should be some sort of problem.
