Notes have arrived - will be getting them to minerjones tomorrow - was supposed to ship direct to him but when ordering, by habit, I put my address in.

He will be in contact for reshipping/combining with other orders.
4402  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Looking for cheap and quiet ASIC on: August 10, 2021, 05:58:33 PM

what is the price you are selling it for? if he doesnt want it, I might be interested.

BEST OFFER, shipping not included

200-250? I haven't paid more than that for any of the 4 others I have at this point and even at that range these are likely to never ROI but fun to have for hobby miners and for playing the lottery

if you have a different price in mind, let me know.
4403  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [INFO]-Crypto Stamps- Collectable Blockchain postage stamps on: August 10, 2021, 05:54:39 PM
interesting - hopefully can get in on that - I missed the cs3 release completely.

you can have approx. 200 stamps of mine  Cheesy
for usd 15/stamp, selling only as complete package
5-digits (blue, green, black) + 6-digits (yellow, blue, green black)
plus shipping

lol not a bad price but I dont have any need for 200 of them. At most I would ever want is one of each color - the rest would be just given away in raffles and such.

let me know when you willing to part with 4 of them (one of each color) Smiley
4404  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [INFO]-Crypto Stamps- Collectable Blockchain postage stamps on: August 10, 2021, 05:48:41 PM
a new video on https://crypto.post.at indicates the issuance of two new crypto stamps on 21 Sept'21

interesting - hopefully can get in on that - I missed the cs3 release completely.

4406  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: GekkoScience NewPac / Terminus R606 (BM1387) Official Support Thread on: August 10, 2021, 03:44:49 AM
Hi guys,

I’ve just bought a used R606 Terminus on eBay, but it didn’t come with any cords. I’ve sourced a power adapter, but I can’t seem to figure out which type of USB cord the device needs to connect to my computer. Does anyone know what type it is? I’d really appreciate the help!

its a mini usb on the miner side and standard usb on the pc side.

4407  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Say. If somebody built another small miner... on: August 09, 2021, 03:53:22 PM
pre order is not an issue.

i want one where do I sign for it?

believe the link to 419 mining site is above which has it available for preorder - though it is a very short preorder as they ship next month, if I recall correctly.

the only reference is that he has never done a pre-order before so some I think were questioning the validity of the 419 sale.
4408  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: Pulling my L3+ units out of storage on: August 09, 2021, 03:22:32 AM
So - I've been under a rock for a while, but just realized that I have three L3+ units in storage.  At the time I stopped mining because they were worthless -- but now it seems they can make a profit.

Question is I see many options for firmware for these units.  One from the manufacturer to make it an L3++.  It supposedly saves electricity?

Any advice on legit firmwares for these units?  I upgraded to L3++ and I have not checked the power usage, but seems to work normally.

Thanks and I guess I am back into this hobby.  I've always used litecoinpool.org -- they same to pay the best (although it would be nice to receive DOGE coin paid out separately from LTC).

always use manufacturer fw in my opinion. and to think how much you would have now if you never stopped mining and just hodl'd the ltc/doge and litecoinpool.org pays out the best in LTC because they give you more LTC instead of the doge.
4409  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Physical Cryptocurrency Facebook Group!!! on: August 09, 2021, 12:11:34 AM
Do not be offended by what I say, but I doubt that nowadays someone uses Facebook, being the worst social network of all.

I use it to communicate with family - especially with picture sharing. I think the biggest hindrance will be the lack of privacy one would have in joining a fb group. Crypto people tend to want to limit or block personal information.
4410  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Say. If somebody built another small miner... on: August 09, 2021, 12:04:59 AM
Hey, I told you guys we were working on exciting stuff.

yes you did, I guess that we didn't hear it from you and that it is a pre-order threw a lot of us off.
4411  Economy / Collectibles / Re: FREE GIVEAWAY -- 1 Gibraltar NFT Genesis Collection. on: August 06, 2021, 09:32:21 PM

4412  Economy / Collectibles / Re: When life gives you lemons, sell them for bitcoin! on: August 06, 2021, 05:43:12 AM
Hi, you here too Smiley

Sadly the auction did not generate a profit for mee.
Oh well.. risks need to be taken, and they don't always pan out... so be it.

oh man no? sorry to hear - I wasn't able to watch it that much - what did it end up at?
4413  Economy / Goods / Re: Physical artwork from coins «Bitcoin Tower» on: August 05, 2021, 07:26:08 PM
So - you posted an auction here, people bid and then the bid apparently did not meet whatever reserve you admit to not setting/posting about, then you cancel the auction rather than honor it - and then claim there was no actual auction?

wow.

And so in order:

1.The auction was not held here (I wrote above). Read the post carefully!
2. Bets are placed, but these rates do not correspond to the reserve price! I apologized!

I read that post many times and it does not specify there is no auction here - and the link to twitter is dead (at least it shows me nothing) and there is no mention of a reserve.

sounds shady as fuck.

let me ask the bidders here - were you guys contacted by op and told your bids were invalid because the auction was on twitter? or did you receive some other sort of message stating they were basically sorry that they were not honoring the auction because they forgot to list a reserve?

I ask because if the auction was on twitter not here, no one from here should have been contacted (as their bids were not "real") and we should then be able to see the auction on twitter - or was that conveniently deleted?

what I see is simple, you made an auction - (forgot to list reserve - honest mistake) the auction ended with a bid lower than you wanted to accept and you are conveniently using the "I forgot to list a reserve" and "the auction wasn't even here, it was on twitter".

As honest as a mistake that can be - the right thing to do is to honor the bids and provide the item to whoever was the highest bidder. Instead you deflect, ask for forgiveness and then "cancel" the auction after it has already ended. And now claim there was no auction here.

I would bet there is even more evidence of your shady behavior and I hope the bidders here share any further insight.

seller never contacted me after the auction was over to let me know if I had won the auction or not. Seller contacts me a few days after the auction is over to apologize for not indicating a reserve price. I feel like the seller is attached to her bitcoin tower and deep down doesn't really want to sell it. Seller should familiarize herself with the rules of the forum and the rules of hosting an auction. Seller dropped the ball on this one ....

I wrote my opinion and apologized to all bidders! I didn't sell my art here: there was a link to Twitter! I apologized for not listing my reserve price! Thank you all, I took into account the mistakes and constructive criticism, but I will not sell my art here anymore!

Was nice artwork. What would have been your price if you sold it?

Let's play pretend and list it with a reserve minimum.  Would it be 0.005 minimum plus shipping?

I WOULD BE WILLING TO BUY IT AT A REASONABLE PRICE.

I would then sell it to the winner at the price he won it for.

SO THE WINNER WOULD NOT BE fucked.

I would only ask that the seller gets forgiven for the fuckup.

That's how nice the art is.

It would strip the bad karma away as that piece of art deserves to be freed from the karma cast on it.

I would use my philipma1957  main account.

I was told the reserve was 1 btc or that it was .1 btc - the twitter thread linked no longer works - at least not for me.

4417  Economy / Goods / Re: Physical artwork from coins «Bitcoin Tower» on: August 04, 2021, 01:34:14 AM
Guys,

1. I did not write that there will be an auction of my work here: I wrote the auction and the location of the auction: Twitter! (I don’t know why you decided to write rates here?)

2. Even if an auction was held here, I apologized for my mistake, because I did not write the reserve price!

3. Anyone can offend an artist!

Thank you! Excuse me! Have a good day!

just for clarification - that part does not specify that the auction is exclusive to twitter. and again - if the auction was not held here, why did you message the bidders to ask if you could keep the item instead of telling them that there was no auction here?

I thank everyone for their input - I was able to get someone with a valid BitPay account to log in and make the payments (there were two invoices to pay, 1 for the logistics/shipping company for 45.45 euros and one for 1007.5 euros - paid with their equivalent value in BTC)

I will advise everyone once order has been received and we will work on getting them reshipped to everyone.

I apologize for the hiccups but I am glad we are back on course Smiley
