I can't imaging the project being very good if everyone is an armature, unless it's porn maybe.

the most important features of a good project:
1. an innovative idea or better implementation of current products.
2. a strong team of developers and advisers
3. own start-up budget (prototype, etc.).
4. clear description of the project, contact with investors, good marketing.

You pay for the hosting service, your part of the insurance, the price for renting the space and you also pay for the security. As I said earlier, our prices are negotiable. The only way to objectively verify/review a project is to contact their CEO and let him share his plans for the coin. I know they are busy people but giving 5 minutes out of their busy schedules to give investors an overview of their project wouldn't be impossible. That way, your website directly gets first-hand opinion from the CEO and if the CEO is ready to give such talk, there is some sort of confidence in the investors about the project's team.

The calcultated price is 70.38USD$/1000W for one month. I posted earlier it was 125 CAD$/1350W per month.

I don't think you understand what Divistock aims to do that well. Divistock wants to tokenize assets/securities with legally binding SMART CONTRACTS, (which are just smart contracts that require the input of a legal document before or while executing whatever function on the blockchain such as creating a token). You wouldn't need a "global police" to enforce this, you would just need to customize each legal document to the countries of the users who are tokenizing assets and to make sure that they are in compliance with their laws.
