It is difficult to say when will start a real bull trend, some tokens grow because it is very good project idea and many people want to buy it. But market volumes are not rising just flows from one currency to another, a green market I think we will only see at the end of the year.

I want to confirm if this is really the coming back of Ethereum, for the past several months it wasn't easy but now I can see that the market is gradually changing from the bearish market to the bullish market. presently Eth is $223.84.
due to my past experience once it get's to $700 i will sell to regain my lost which i have lost all this while, do you think i should do so or hold on since is coming back gradually.

Why sold everything? Why just dump half of your stash and then waited it out for quite sometime to see how it goes? We are all glad that ETH has somewhat regain and floating above $200 because its sad to see it goes below and even others are shouting that it will be a dead coin and other altcoins like EOS will take over. However, its going to be a long road for ETH to reach $700 this year, Its not over yet, we might see another round of dumps once big projects ended in the next couple of months. I can't really tell you want to do except do what you think is best for you. Don't let others decides for yourself. Prediction is always be the prediction. I personally don't really trust the prediction because it may only rise the hype. however, if we want to take it, we can use it as one of the terms to consider, not to determine our decision. In my opinion, crypto market needs more months to be bull market. October to December is only some few months and I think it is not enough. But, who know the future? If it really happens, I will really be very happy.
It is nice to be Optimistic for the coming month or so. congratulations to ripple for defeating ethereum. but this is only temporary, because if ethereum gets up, the ripple will return to its original place. I've seen keadaa like this and the average is only temporary. so don't expect that the ripple can defeat Ethereum. if the ripple price is still below ethereum, it's hard to survive.

I think you should consider bitcoin as safe house as it can save you from all the losses all the time. So see the Bitcoin always gains more weightage when it comes to buying which coins? The bitcoin shovel be invested more than 30% of your total investment into the crypto currency. I usually only buy Bitcoin but if there are any projects which are new and taking heads up then its always great to get them on board. For example, REMME coin is their, IOST, SCL, JNT etc. These are some of the newly formed coins which I am currently holding. You may wanna refer them from the CMC for more info. Investment is always dependent on our choices of coins we have for investment. Crypto to ALT COINS can't be compared it may have a lot of simelarity but still it is on the investors choices. Personally I have moved the majority of my portfolio into more stable coins, such as Bitcoin and Dash right now and liquidated all of my bags and trashcoins into USDT. I think that the strongest coins right now are EOS, Dash, Monero and platforms coins, ERC20 tokens are getting absolutely smashed so best to avoid them at all costs.
You have a good collection of coins which are relatively stable, I am not to much of a fan of tether as a lot of persons are scared of it too. Some altcoins are tending towards zero in value PATIENT is the Key during these time of Bear Market...Timing is also greatly important when to protect your investment and wait for the Stable Market for possible trading for profits. That's Speculative opinion..? it would be better if it was supported by Data.. It maybe said that a lot of ICO posting had experience down side after ICO Posting on the market. When you look at the prices of cryptocurrencies you can see people have bought at really high prices. If you have bought $1000 worth of DeepOnion for example at the price of $19 then you would be left with $86.42 worth of DeepOnion right now. But even at these low prices right now you can still see lots of dumping going on. Logic would tell you to buy as much as you can at these low prices and hold for the next bullrun but the opposite is happening. There are some ups these days but it get's dumped very quickly. I believe we haven't seen the bottom yet.
