A whitepaper is an important document of an ICO and it should be taken seriously and definitely shouldn't be plagiarized at all.

I changed the topic to "possible scam" until they came our with team members since it appears to be "under construction"on their website.

There is so much identity theft, and impersonation around at the moment, that I thought it best to block the use of the name. It is not my intention to use it for posting here.
