altcoin growth indeed slow, maybe because many traders still focus on bitcoin if bullish ends or let's say the price of bitcoin is stable for a month. i guess traders will return to their altcoin assets and pump all altcoins. I am very sure of this.

I think it's normal in cryptocurrency, some people have their own plan for their investment and not all of them are holders. Some people sell the asset when they feel profitable and some people keep hold and believe of their asset will increase more. That's because everyone's needs are different.

$15000 target is too high for now so maybe getting back to old peak near $1400 should be the first major target. May not get back to even its old highs this year.
Nothing is possible in the cryptocurrency world. Bitcoin last year went up from $8000 first months of the year then going the last quarter it starts to grow tremendously for almost $20K until January this year before going bearish the rest of this year. Who knows it will come that $15000 might surprise us against 1 eth. Look at the situation of the market especially the price of ethereum that most affected in this bearish. Personally I would allocate 80% on Bitcoin and Ether. 60% on BTC and 20% on ETH. And the remaining 20% of the total investment, I would put it on decent coins/tokens that I think could potentially increase in price in the future.
