I did wonder how long it would take them to be posted on here. I uploaded them ready for the update that has been passed to TAT
462  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: January 21, 2014, 06:52:18 AM
I have only just returned from the UK after visiting on business matters.I am going to provide TAT with a full update today, he will then publish this across all platforms.

Apologies for the lack of communication, everything is now extremely (extremely is an understatement) busy here as we make the push towards the starting line.

We may be quiet on here, however locally where our attention is entirely focused we are being extremely public, below is some of the print coverage we have received across December and today alone we had an intimate meeting with in excess of 50 journalists. This image naturally doesn't include any of the exposure we have received from the television and radio stations. When time permits we will upload every recording and copies of each article.

So, it has been almost a month from the last update. So far, not only we didn't have any major announcement, we have no annoucement at all. The big merchant? Nothing. Easycoin? Well, it is 9 january, and the only news was "technical problems that would delay it in 7-10 days". News about conferences with authorities? None. Any other relevant information? No. This is starting to get weird, investors don't get any news regarding a company that is supposedely working on very relevant issues regarding its future, yet all deadlines given are always delayed (weexchange issue, easycoin, big merchant, the last update, etc) and there is simply no information out there. Not only here, but nowhere else.

Thanks for the concern, however as we enter this stage in the "getting to market" cycle, we are extremely busy. I myself have spent the last 4 days in Zurich on business matters and the next 2 days are to be spent in Munich on business. The Big merchant will cause a shock wave of attention. So we are purposefully delaying that following how much attention the University Story brought to us. Easycoin is in a closed Beta stage, it was ready on the deadline. I never gave a timeline for an update because I know exactly how busy this period was going to be. I am certain, 99.99% people agree that getting everything delivered on time is absolutely of a higher priority than posting on a forum.

I have been preparing the updated prospectus during the time spent travelling. However adding multiple businesses into the new prospectus is no small task in itself.

All news and updates will be released on the Investors platform and through Havelock and people can discuss them anywhere they want to.

I tweet whenever I get the chance (Normally when I am travelling or at home) but it is not a source for official news.

"...The University is using BitPay (they twitted about it)"...

They are not, Max Keiser made a comment on using a service "like" BitPay. If they are using BitPay then I guess I need to send Tony the private keys to their wallets  Grin

Some of shareholders questions remain unanswered this week. I wonder if Danny is temporarily prohibited from thread because of his recent behavior, or he just feel offended.

Silence is not the best approach.

Through a combination of battling Man Flu and constant important meetings, press and media events with all the regular daily duties this week, I have not had spare time to be on the forum. My workload will only be growing more and more intense so I will not be around on the forum as much and Neo-PR will be providing all updates and answering relevant questions.
468  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Moving Forward/Resolution Process on: December 17, 2013, 12:24:32 PM
I haven't received a thing of what I am personally owed, Neo & Bee were not owed anything in the first place.
I won't receive a single satoshi, until everyone has been paid back in full. This was my sacrifice so everyone gets paid back much quicker.

Withdrawal successful.

I'd like to say a very big thank you to both Ukyo and Danny for all their work in getting this far.

I think it's been disgraceful to see the amount of abuse being hurled Danny's way when he has just been giving his time and expertise to help the situation. Danny, I would just like you to know that there are many of us who really appreciate what you have done here, and are ashamed by the behaviour of many forum users.

Thanks, your words are appreciated.
469  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Moving Forward/Resolution Process on: December 16, 2013, 05:51:41 PM
8 months is that all, I too have seen way too many scams and didn't want this becoming another. I do have an extremely personal vested interest in getting this resolved. One that will make many people struggle for words when they realise just how petty they have been and I have taken the stance that every single person will get their coins back before I receive anything.

If I talk about what has happened it will break US law. I am easily held accountable whilst I live in Europe.

It is now down to Ukyo to post the link. 2/3 hours and you want to string me up for it.
470  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Moving Forward/Resolution Process on: December 16, 2013, 05:02:36 PM
Ukyo will be positing the link where people can log in and action the withdrawal before he flys back to the US tonight.

TwentySeventy as an observer what promise have I broken in relation to helping get people their Bitcoins back? People can demand all they like, heck they can visit me in person. But it wont change the fact that I am legally bound to maintain silence for the time being with regards to the full story.
471  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Moving Forward/Resolution Process on: December 14, 2013, 08:59:59 AM
The time frame for the possibility of that information to be made public is beyond my control. If it was down to me it would have been made public a long time before I got involved.
472  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Moving Forward/Resolution Process on: December 14, 2013, 07:52:24 AM
Please do send lawyers after me, I have no liability to missing coins and my time is expensive, I am the one trying to get people their coins back. Like I have said before if you don't want that I am happy to not worry about certain individuals. More than happy to do that considering the attitude some people have towards me on here.

When it is POSSIBLE to release the full information as to what happened, that information will be posted and many on here will quickly become quiet. Has no one given it the thought that by revealing too much information could result in a decreased chance of getting those coins back?

The reason why the coins will be available for withdrawal to your own wallets on Monday is down to the precaution of making sure the remaining funds don't go missing too!
473  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Moving Forward/Resolution Process on: December 13, 2013, 07:58:21 PM
As was announced earlier, most of the coins that were stored in WeExchange.co are now gone. We are still limited in what we can share about how that happened, and what is being done about it, but we do have some updates.

There are still approximately 386btc available in the wallets. These coins will be paid proportionally to all owed users, based on current user balances, by Monday night.

All old withdrawal requests will be removed and each user will need to initiate new withdrawals when this new balance is ready.

Full instructions on how to access the site to process these withdrawals will be provided by 5pm (GMT+2) on Monday 16th December, when you should be able to withdraw the portion of available funds allotted to your account.

This is far from ideal, but it gets every satoshi that is available to those with outstanding balances. When we are able, we will announce more details on what is being done to repay the remaining coins that are owed to WeExchange.co users.
474  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: December 13, 2013, 12:33:46 PM
Danny, I'd like to ask you what is your stance about the European Banking Authority saying they are studying Bitcoin and think they have the authority to shut it down, even if they still don't have the slightest idea on how to do it. Do you think your contacts in Cyprus will make a contact with them in a near future?

It is just making people aware of the risks, it doesn't say anything about shutting it down. People should be aware of the risks. If it makes it into the media here I will issue an official response from Neo.

Maybe I should ask for a notice on the dangers associated with holding Euros.

With regards to people suggesting I do not come on the forum and waste my time. My Reddit time is generally when I have my coffee or I am winding down of an evening (Am I not allowed this time?). Time on here is when I am between tasks, researching other aspects or in my own down time. I had already made arrangements to move away from posting on here myself with more details of that coming in tonight's update.
475  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: December 13, 2013, 08:21:10 AM
No the true indication is in the share price as towards confidence in me and Neo & Bee
476  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: December 13, 2013, 08:16:04 AM
Im sorry, my focus at 4am was distracted. Many shareholders inbox me pretty much everyday with regards to how much they like what I am doing. Including this morning in relation to exactly what you made a comment about.
477  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: December 13, 2013, 04:18:45 AM
Is the update in regards to distribution and WeEx or strictly N&B?

2 separate things, but I will be giving more info on both today as previously promised. Each will be in its own relative thread.
478  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: December 13, 2013, 04:08:57 AM
Deal!! Which State? Whoever succeeds on a profit basis across both businesses wins and the other person must close their Bitcointalk account and never return. I am sure I will have plenty of support from people around here.

On a more serious note;

I will be providing an update later today (Friday) for shareholders, this will be pushed out through Havelock and to those on the direct site then posted on here by Neo-PR
479  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: December 13, 2013, 03:44:35 AM
Everybody at Neo & Bee is involved but on a personal level, well you can exclude the cleaners and receptionist but everyone else I have obtained thoughts and ideas from. Sure, that could and should have been clearer from the outset but to accuse me of lying is something else and very personal. You seem to be a lone voice holding this sentiment against me.

Accept my challenge and you will see what I am or is it too scary to step away from your keyboard? If you are scared of the world outside your window, seriously it isn't that bad.

Competition is a great thing.
480  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: December 13, 2013, 03:30:56 AM
I have never lied once about the matter. It could have been clearer from the beginning that I certainly agree with.

I assume you are confident in your own abilities considering you are in a position to write an opinion on me. So yes come to Cyprus and show me how it is done, or is that too much of a challenge?
If you have no abilities other than making personal comments whilst protected by your keyboard, then I shall ignore you as everyone else does.

Oh and I never drink.

Danny.  To suggest that i need to be a better bankster than you to point out that you are lying like a rug is absurd on its face.
You're asking me to show you "how it's done"?
Depends on what it is you are trying to do.  Do you want me to better you in lying to your investors?
Do you really expect me to come to Cyprus and start a business just to show you off?  This is a thing in baking now?

I am far from a bankster, I haven't lied.

Show me how to do business. Your the pro it seems and with everyday being a school day, its always good to learn from the best!

So yes PLEASE do come and show me how business should be done, are you all words with no substance? Surely not.....
