What do you want to reach? Bounties are more familiar with a long term investment and you do not need any funds to participate in them. Just do a bounty, get your reward and wait. Trading has more risks and it also need a capital to start.

It depends on what do you like the most about exchanges. If you prefer a high trading volume, Binance is the number one exchange. If you are a decentralisation fan, I would prefer folkdelta or idex. Bancor is also great, but it was hacked not so long time ago.
