The airdrop is closed. We have successfully given away 10 million AmsterdamCoin to 3333 people. Seems like the first step of my plan is working.

Airdrop update
The airdrop is nearly done. There is only 105000 AMS left to give away. That means that we have given away a whopping 9895000 AMS to 3298 people!

I have spoken with BlackSmith (Yobit admin) and he will check my request to update the wallet. He happened to be on the chatbox when I was there.

Guys as the Op of 2 coins for 1.5 years, when a new wallet has been sent to yobit, it takes about 2-3 weeks for them to update it. It has always been this way. Until they update it, they put it into maintenance mode. The best way to speed it up, is for as many people as people to speak with admins at yobit. You can safely buy coins at Yobit and withdraw when wallet comes out of maintenance , thats all.

Chart looks very bad. Need a new stock exchange for trading.  leave yobit ams alone, first : the wallet of yobit is not working no withdraw or deposit to it , second i dont think its the same coin..... There are not the same coin? But OP said the Yobit is the right exchange.... If they are not identical, which one is fake? It is the right coin only the wallet is in maintenance. We should focus on sustainable growth and not intraday prices. The LONG TERM is what counts here. |

It is a bad idea, it's a terrible idea actually.
Paying for getting listed is stupid; no half decent coin ever needed to pay, only horrible scam coins do that.
If we can't get listed through our collective community efforts, then we shouldn't get on any exchange.
You know what? I think your right. Already had this feeling about it. Maybe except for Cryptopia or bigger exchanges. |

Dev AMS does not want to spend money to enter ams exchange. Yesterday vote c-cex not one person wants to vote for ams OK. Then I want to suggest such action. Choose escrow and everyone will be able to donate . when I typed the amount of 0.25 BTC will be able to add currency to the exchange and start trading on it. Can we crowdfund this? I think 0.25BTC is a lot of money for such an small and relatively new exchange. |

Gentelmen, I have the latest wallet and downloaded the bootstrap but it shows the message:  Any ideas ? Runtime errors generally signify that a wallet has been compiled using a dynamic linking. To get it to work you have to determine which libraries are deemed missing and include them in your system path. Much better solution would be to compile it using an environment with statically linked libraries. And make sure you have 2013+ microsoft redistributable packages installed. This has nothing to do with dynamic linking. I mean, read the error. It clearly says that the file is missing from the AppData/txleveldb folder. Just unpack the bootstrap zip again and overwrite all. Make sure your wallet is really closed and not running the last bit of the closing action in the background. So close the wallet and wait a little while before unpacking or watch the taskmanager to see of the wallet is really terminated. |

I guess the dev is so busy with this airdrop, sent the request yesterday but still got nothing (it's cool, not complaining). If you send me the community wallet private keys, i could help with that My home internet is down at the moment and that is were the community wallet is. Now working from my laptop that is connected with my mobile phone I did create the transaction and your gift is in there as well . All payments are in that transaction and it will go through when my internet connection restores. |

I now have software that filters the AMS addresses from a copy/paste from my PM section of this website:  That makes life a bit easier for me Only thing I had to check were newbee and duplicates.
