463  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Difference between Bitcoin and real money? on: March 15, 2017, 01:48:58 PM
The difference between bitcoin and dollar or real money? bitcoin cannot be use physically in the public stores outlet, unless the merchant business owner is accepting bitcoin as payment but most of the realy money was often to used. and bitcoin was decentralized that's why many of the community like it so much due to none of the biggest bank and government don't have the power to control bitcoin unlike the real money like USD , EURO and others are centralized.
to me i think the only difference is that bitcoin is virtual currency, while bitcoin is fiat currency, but still in some places bitcoin can also be use as fiat currency where the number of bitcoin users are more.
464  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where to Invest BTC? on: March 15, 2017, 01:46:37 PM
Saving? Probably the best thing to invest it is hold when price is low and sell when price is high but if you want a more risky way pf investment do some alt coin trading. Yet still i prefer the holding way of investment

Saving is not always the best approach and especially when speaking about bitcoin where volatility is an inherent feature. In addition, there is not only the price which fluctuates but the issue with the block size debate which may lead to a hard fork. Currently antpool switched their pool to Bitcoin Unlimited which nobody knows how this movement will influence not only the price but the course of bitcoin.
to me in current time the best option is to hold bitcoin and not to invest it anywhere. because the price of bitcoin is increasing continuously and i am hopeful that very soon the price of bitcoin will reach to its maximum. therefore it will be a wise decision to hold bitcoin and not to invest it anywhere.
465  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin bring any country on its knees? on: March 15, 2017, 01:41:34 PM
It could bring a country on its knees If that country didn't regulate bitcoin, If they did then I don't see how this could happen as they will tax it, and make whatever rules they want and since people use exchanges and don't really care about decentralization and their privacy, this is not going to happen. In fact, It's the banking system who will bring bitcoin on Its knees If this continues.
It can bring country to it knee as Is decentralized that is people can produce more bitcoin without government knowledge and that creates inflation in the country as government cannot control the currencies in the circulation.the only way government can control it is through regulatory agency or body but I see no one is trying to do that except china.
but i think currently still there is not a single country who have accepted bitcoin as legal currency. but i think if future there are more chance that government will accept bitcoin as legal currency, because the new generation are taking more interest in bitcoin.
466  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin has no competition on: March 15, 2017, 01:32:49 PM
Among all the cryptocurrencies , bitcoins price is high . It doesnt mean that bitcoin has no competition. Bitcoin is more popular and familiar to common people because it is the first of its kind and  people started to buy bitcoins. Because of that it price increases day by day and it always appears in the headlines of all news portal. All other coins are not so popular. Thats why people prefer bitcoin than other altcoins. Now altcoins also started to get popular. In the near future they can also become a good competitor to bitcoin.

Bitcoin just got the highest price thats why many people use it. But thay also use other cryptocurrency because they also want to earn bitcoin, if you know what I mean.
They mine other altcoins because it is easy to mine than bitcoin. Bitcoin is really hard now to mine, thats why we just mine altcoin and trade it to bitcoin.
yes that is a fact that people are purchasing bitcoin because they are expecting that the  price of bitcoin will increase more and and we can see that the price is trading above 1250 and still its price is continuously increasing

Yes bitcoin attract more because of  the price rise especially before the ETF decision by SEC. But is has competition on the alt-coins market, like Etherum who is gaining a good volume of transactions lately and even got it ATH as well. But I think bitcoin price will continue to rise up so even If there's competition, bitcoin will just leave them behind in my opinion.
yes not a single currency can compete with bitcoin, bitcoin is the world number one currency can will always remain as number i do not think that there is any single currency which can take the place of bitcoin.
467  Economy / Economics / Re: Which one is good, trading or investing? on: March 15, 2017, 12:09:08 PM
With trading you might earn more but you should also be happy to say goodbye to it.

Precisely, it gives better profits than investment. But the things you need to know and all of those are strategies used, the primary key is set on the strategy you use. If you can not use the strategy properly, then the profit obtained may be much less or may not gain the advantage/disadvantage even. Keep in mind that it's trading on the market and if you can't conquer the market then the only loss you get

that is not only in trading but in investment we also have the same situation. there is also risk in investment. but if we are not taking risk ten we cannot make money, therefore risk is too much important to be take.
468  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin business idea on: March 14, 2017, 09:08:39 PM
I prefer freelance job because i dont want to use my funds. You dont need capital to do freelance job. You only have to do is the tqsk they want you to do. Trading is good too but im not expert at that thing and i dont have enough capital. Lending is too risky for me. You'll lose huge amount of money if your clients screw up. Selling stuffs is good but i dont have stuffs to sell.

Exactly, freelancing is best option when there is no other option available. One can earn good amount of money if he has right set of skills and the sense of using time more effectively. The best thing about freelancing is anyone can enter in it and start offering services, there is no capital required in terms of money but skills are must. One can learn and acquire various skills online without paying for it.

Yes. Freelancing is the best option you far. No risk involved just your skills and portfolio will match on what the clients need. But based on my experience, I think luck is also involved here like in my case for example, we are five in a team of freelancers, but the manager decided to give me the most profitable task of all and the other thing is they thought that the job was hard, but when I handled it, it was easy for me as compared to when I was part of the team. So I was thinking why the client gave me the job out of all of us? I estimate is that I got lucky to be choosen among the 5 team members.
to me i think trading alt coins is the best idea, but in present time as the price of bitcoin is continuously increasing therefore i think in present time the best option is to hold bitcoin for a long time and not invest it any where else.
469  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What type of wallet do you use? on: March 14, 2017, 09:03:55 PM
two of the options in this poll are not even a wallet. such as exchange (i have no idea what faucet credit is!) and physical bitcoin (this one is a collectible not a wallet.)

and the poll should be multi choice not single choice, because technically anybody should be using multiple wallets in my opinion. at least two: one hot wallet for spending and one cold for long term storage.

and my cold storage is not in the poll Cheesy
i use a live linux with its network removed and encrypted for log in with Electrum on it.
to me i personally use two types of wallet, although both are online wallet. one is blockchain and second is yobit wallet. to me online wallet is the best option but i keep a little amount of bitcoin in it because of security reason.
470  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In what situation would Bitcoin die? on: March 14, 2017, 08:59:29 PM
Looks like we are running into those direction, making bitcoin a bad investment due to the high fees being charged, i dont know if bitcoin will be able to survice if we reach at some point big fees at any ammounts, because bitcoin were amazing to micro payments, now looking better others altcoins then those, but time will let us know.
bitcoin might not be dead, given bitcoin is one of the best investments that exist for today. other than that bitcoin has a high price for this time, and it probably will always ensure that bitcoin will not die.
yes bitcoin cannot die in any condition or situation. i think it will continue just in a better way, although there are situation that can effect bitcoin up to certain limit but still it cannot cause bitcoin to die, for example the increasing transaction fee can effect bitcoin a lot.
471  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin money? on: March 14, 2017, 08:58:36 PM
Bitcoin is kind of electronic money but all i know its money that you can bought things that you want and Bitcoin are rarely use in any transaction.Bitcoin is money and i considered it.
I agree with you, Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency which you can buy with it in the internet, so It's considered a money, but It's not enough, Bitcoin is more big than what you said, There is more a good thing that bitcoin offer to the community.
-Anonymous transaction (Untracked transactions)
-Low transactions fees (In some wallets, transaction done without fees)
Etc..
but infact bitcoin can also be use as currency in offline shops. although bitcoin is the world number one crypto currency and it will be use for both purposes, it can be use as online payment system, as well as it can also be use in our local shops for shopping using bitcoin.
472  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will happen when 1 satoshi is $ 1? on: March 14, 2017, 08:55:58 PM
In your dream maybe but in reality its impossible to happen. I agree with some people that bitcoin can reach $100, 000. Even if some people manipulate the market on bitcoin not even a chance.
although it is looking impossible but i think anything can happen in this world. i think if it reach to that point so the bitcoin holder will be millionaire then.
473  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are the most expensive things sold for bitcoins? on: March 14, 2017, 08:50:58 PM
I think the first pizza which was purchased by Bitcoin was the most expensive thing sold for Bitcoin. That pizza cost more than 10000 Bitcoin and according to the current price, it is more valuable than any houses or lamborghini car. Damn it, I wish I was the guy who received those Bitcoin.
to me i personally have no idea  about this, because people may be using it for purchasing different thing, i think people will even be using bitcoin for purchasing a house.
474  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin overcome Paypal? on: March 14, 2017, 08:48:20 PM
Well looks like we are using already paypal if we take into considerationt he high fees we are being forced to pay to let our transactions get confirmed, something paypal doesnt require. Bitcoin is far away to reach bitcoin, because even with bigger volume of trading at bitcoin its in the general users buying and selling bitcoin not buying and selling products.

Maybe you are trying to say that bitcoin is far away to reach PayPal. And the fact that bitcoin is still on it's way on overcoming PayPal. Most of the people that are living on internet will always depend on PayPal as it offers transfer to bank service. And in bitcoin, we need to use exchange for it before converting it to fiat.
to me i think bitcoin has already crossed paypal. those people who were using paypal for payment method so majority of them are now using bitcoin, the online stores are now also accepting bitcoin for shopping online.
475  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why would there be just one cryptocurrency? on: March 14, 2017, 08:46:03 PM
one crypto currency is possible if there is all country and all people is using in the same time and not depend on one currency and the most important is the internet connection. because if we only do it with offline, then its really hard to do, but with internet connection everything become possible. and for now, i think not all country have the same internet connection and this is the big problem for one community if they want to make one crypto currency. but i think it would be happen in future and we can not see this is really happen because we do not live in that future.
One crypto currencies for the whole world sounds very similar to one fiat for the whole world and that is simply not possible, different countries and different people have different needs, for example bitcoins average fee was half a dollar a few days ago, that may not be much for a person in the first world but for a person in the third world that fee is several hours of work.
i personally do not think that there will be only one crypto currency as there are already a lot of crpto currencies but still bitcoin will the the world number one currency.
476  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: To speed up transaction via fiat money is a Shame for Bitcoin on: March 14, 2017, 08:42:08 PM
The fees isn't very high, but no longer suitable for micro/small-transaction. I still prefer to pay higher fees than use this kind of services.
This is sign for community miners to choose to support BU/SegWit/other solution very soon Roll Eyes
yes it think the fee must be regulated and not to let them as free option, there must be a regular check on the increasing fees of the exchanges and not to let them as free handed.
477  Other / Off-topic / Re: How are you earning BTC? on: March 14, 2017, 08:37:04 PM
I earn my bitcoins from faucets and freelancing jobs.
I recently come to know about the signature campaigns so i'm thinking of joining one.
free lancer can be ok but i think faucets is just the wastage of time. as one cannot get such a good profit from faucet, i think signature campaign will be more better idea that faucet.
478  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you save bitcoin for fun or for future purpose? on: March 14, 2017, 08:35:16 PM
Currently I'm not saving any but back in the day I tried it and saved a bunch of coins for a few months and profited a crazy amount of money, before cashing out! I would probably do the same in the future!
i think bitcoin is a currency and it can only be save for investment and not for making fun and enjoyment, i already have invested a lot of money in bitcoin for making a good profit if the price of bitcoin goes more and more high.
479  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The reason why people do not get Bitcoin. on: March 14, 2017, 08:33:40 PM
Well, I think it very easy to get bitcoin, even people who are very easy to get if they join the site faucet. Well, I think it's very easy to get bitcoin although it was only in small quantities. Most people give up before trying, so it's normal if they do not get bitcoin.
yes no doubt that it is really very easy to get bitcoin, but in fact there are still so many areas where people do not know about bitcoin, and that is the reason that they are not putting trust on it. hope that when they will know about bitcoin then the will better understand the situation and will start taking interest in bitcoin.
480  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to explain bitcoin to teenagers or children on: March 14, 2017, 08:31:34 PM
Teenagers shouldn't be hard to explain to, if they have interest in these kinds of things though (The same for adults, you wouldn't get anything if they have no interest in technology or payment systems)
Children would be difficult to explain to if they are particularly young IMO.
but i think teenagers do not need to explain bitcoin to them at all. bitcoin is currently is using as investment and not as currency, therefore hey still do not need learn about bitcoin.
