Ripple did very well at the start of the year going from nothing to about 24 cents, but since then (May) Ripple hasn't performed that well, it's currently sitting at 26 cents and the reason for that is in my opinion the anger from investors and everyone who doesn't want to get involved in it, for one main reason. Ripple is way too centralized and way too many coins are under the power of Ripple, that's really bad for the investors but obviously really good for XRP, the reason the price ain't going up might be that insiders are selling via bots little by little (in order for the price not to crash) and that could be the reason why the coin and value doesn't increase at all, it's been hovering from 20 to 26 the last six months, when will something new happen.

Hey, lads. You should give XRP some time. It is a coin with high cap and at present accumulating its power for future growth that will happen in 2018 and it will happen, noone can say now how high it will go. So just hold XRP and wait till good profit.

I agree ripple has a great dev team backed by banks and has a real use case. But if what your saying is true and xrp is so great, don't you think smart money would have already moved in here to take advantage of this fantastic opportunity? Maybe the big institutions know something we don't about xrp and they aren't touching it for good reason? All I know is that if you look at the chart, ripple is doing the worst among all top coins. Also I don't see how ripple is considered a safe investment? It's gone down more than any other coin, with massive amounts of losses now for 5 months. I don't see that as being safe?

The price sticked to $0.24 and cannot go upper sides easily. We need some news to make some action on ripple markets or bitcoin and ethereum are on the driver seat now. They will manage the market. Buyers are not coming to ripple frequently nowadays.

Network is already on air and used in production. As practice shows Ripple first does the things and than only announces after they are running smoothly e.g. BG Foundation, AMEX, and some other institutions that are using XRP. Price goes to 0.25 and it is 12 hours before it will start trading on Huobi.pro, for a week XRP hold strong above 0.22c if 0.5 will happen before year, than we are blessed! is someone wants to fully earn, don't sell it at $0.5 its going to be more than that once these credit card companies and more banks from asia are getting in. if you have hold it for a long time, waiting a little more would be worth. 0.5 is not selling point, it is crucial psychological barrier, when XRP went 0.20 from 0.005, everyone was waiting for months to be less than 10c, now everyone broken and everything below 0.2 is soo cheap. So when it will be 0.50, than everything ~0.35 is so cheap. |
