Seeing that the team has a lot of backup I really can't see xrp failing or collapsing. From my perspective it can only go up, but it's too early to be sure. Maybe the shell will be cracked in the next 3-4 months.

Does anyone knows about when ripple will effectively start escrow? I have read by end of 2017. Probably this might have a certain effect on the xrp price too? The only thing worrying thing to me in this regard are the yearly inflated 1B XRP, what might pressure the price..

I agree ripple has a great dev team backed by banks and has a real use case. But if what your saying is true and xrp is so great, don't you think smart money would have already moved in here to take advantage of this fantastic opportunity? Maybe the big institutions know something we don't about xrp and they aren't touching it for good reason? All I know is that if you look at the chart, ripple is doing the worst among all top coins. Also I don't see how ripple is considered a safe investment? It's gone down more than any other coin, with massive amounts of losses now for 5 months. I don't see that as being safe?

No information regarding this, as far as I know. I'm just holding now, no matter what news are coming to us. I'll hunt it below $0.2 for long term investment and I'll try to sell them about $1 each. This is not a far possibility for ripple. You aim too low. Hold it til you see you got tons of USD already. Say you only bought about 10K XRP, you only have to wait for price to say $20. Its not impossible when banks are already going to be using it. It will probably be even used by more institutions and yet you only bought it for less than $0.25. |

As a matter of fact huobi pro did not affect anything in liquidity what was pretty unsual comparing with shit-coins that ended up gaining 100%+.. off course, its long term investement and it will massively gain in future and currently THE one and only coin with real value.. but apart from that, I‘d like to see the reason behind that!
