Post your proof.
4642  Economy / Reputation / Re: Link to the trust forum please on: June 29, 2017, 12:14:54 AM
When the deal was done we took measurements and a wild guess on weigh.

Isn't that your obligation to do so, though? Sounds like it's your fault that you took a guess on the weight of the package and thus shipped it, misinformed. Considering you're saying that the package was cards, why not measure one and then multiply? If they are different weights then apply the same thing for each one. It isn't difficult. An 8 year-old could do it.

In factg we doubled USPS weight, but USPS would not accept the packages

Was the weight double of what you guessed or was it half of what you guessed?

so I had to take then to UPS, where the weight was WAY off. One package was over $50 and the other over $60, We had guessed the weight at less than 40 lbs total. When I informed the buyer, I got an "oh well".

And they forced you to ship it out? Did you not want to ensure proper communication and that the buyer was going to pay for the shipping instead of doing what you thought would have forced him to pay more for the shipping?
4643  Economy / Reputation / Re: Link to the trust forum please on: June 28, 2017, 11:00:50 PM
And you didn't see the fact that you had to pay extra for shipping because...?

4644  Other / Meta / Re: [SMAS] Signature Managers against Spam (light version) on: June 26, 2017, 07:03:14 PM
Not just you, so many people like you here still thinking writing more lines is not a spam. actmyname is another such guy, (observed him from similar complaints many times ).

Hey look, it's me! I remember you now that I look at your post history.

I admit, I do write a lot and can often use way too many roundabout sentences to convey my points.

And yes, I do have a lot of posts berating others - which may be exactly why you receive complaints [if you're telling the truth that is] - and showing off their spam.

A single word can work in certain spots but it's a rare occasion and should be seldom used in the forum for constructive discussion.

Think about the possible scenarios in which you would really have a single word answer for a reply to a thread. They would most likely be obvious answers in spam megathreads or potential ones.

One-liners can be fine but most of the time they aren't. And I understand quantity can still bring about spam but that would likely be from posts such as these:

Divert your attention to what really matters you and for most of us family is our main priority because we live for them also.
Having a problem is normal and regardless how big or small it is, the important thing is we have to accept and seek the help of the people who really cares for us, and also that problem like gambling addiction will never vanish if we will not change our interest in life, you need sacrifice to be able to quit.

It is very hard to do that, trust me because I have done this. I couldnt stop thinking about it and I have done alot of things to make me forget about it but I just cant control myself. I only play for fun right now to satisfy myself however in reality I almost spend nothing for this because the amount for bankroll is very small

Bonus one-liner:

Just do other things in your spare time, do not gamble, go play another game online or something buy a PlayStation.
You just need to stay busy with friends/family and remove all bookmarks of your computer/laptop.

Avoid any type of Games which Comes online ,

I will suggest to go on vacation and Get mind fresh , MaritiJames3 point is right try to spend time with your family
4645  Economy / Gambling / Re: ◥◤ NitrogenSports.eu ◢ Join the Future of Betting ◣ Play POKER with BITCOIN ◥◤ on: June 25, 2017, 02:28:34 PM
You should add more popular cryptocurrency. Nowadays Bitcoin transaction is so much high rest, then other altcoins transaction. Use multi cryptocurrency in gambling sites that are way to success in online gambling.

Sometimes what the site already have is it's identity. So far the site have done good. Adding altcoin can spoil uniqueness of the site but it can be good to have alot of coins as option too.

What in the hell are you saying?

Adding altcoins changes nothing about the uniqueness of the site: that makes no sense. You're saying that people would leave or have an issue with them simply adding in an altcoin option? That seems highly unlikely to me. And considering the high transaction fees you're forced to spring on Bitcoin nowadays, altcoins seem like a perfectly viable option that would be beneficial to both consumers and NitrogenSports.

They are already successful running with just bitcoin and i would like to see them add more options but it is a hell lot of work for the team to implement other currencies and they have to spend extra dime to enable other alt coins, more over there will be extra work for the entire team which would disrupt their smooth running and it is highly unlikely they will start adding new coins.  Smiley

In a business sense, if things are smoothly then that is good. That's fine. But wouldn't you want to maximize your profits by offering to a larger demographic or by allowing your consumers to enjoy your service using a method that's better for them so they'll continue to come back? Theoretically, altcoin implementation can really be seen as an investment. If there's any issue, NS could also run a simple poll asking whether users would use altcoins were they implemented or not. Simple as that.

To simplify the problem of altcoins in poker since that is PvP, an exchange system could be set up so that there is one fixed currency in the poker system to avoid a barren climate there.
4646  Economy / Reputation / Re: what is the use of trust rating If people do not understand his interest??? on: June 25, 2017, 02:20:58 PM
With -512 in its Trust rating this Legendary Member continues to collect some miserable sum in bitcoin from people that I don't understand their obstinacy to invest in the most oldest method of scam.
With a btc address a lots of unconfirmed transaction that will probably be double spent, He managed to bypass the intention of the members and makes them believe that everything is in order, but that did not surprised me since most part of them are newbie, And misinformed how to obtain bitcoin.
An action of the wise men and moderators of this forum is recommended urgently.

It's because idiots see, "giveaway" and all of the sudden the negative rating means nothing because: hey look, free money! And thus you have everyone clammering to get a piece while amaclin sits back with his negative rating. Nobody reads when there's free money to be given. The same thing happened in the (Free 100K Sats) ★FlippyBit.io★ thread where I had already stated multiple times that this was a scam and that not only did this gambling site not have a provably fair mechanism that worked but that they were unwilling to provide proof of solvency for a small amount of 5 BTC.

Well, natural selection at its work. Roll Eyes
4647  Economy / Reputation / Re: I now think that kiklo is totally right on: June 25, 2017, 01:55:02 AM
I don't want to put myself into these controversies, but I just want to point out some facts. I don't mind being red tagged or banned as I am quitting the forum as well.

Okay, let's see these facts.

I am also having delusions for a few days with some negative feedbacks.
What are you saying here? Are you stating that you don't have the self-control to accept negative feedbacks with a grain of salt?

I think most people would not understand how it works even after using the forum for months, some might not have any feedback after months.
That's not the community's fault or anybody's fault but them. This is a public forum and all the answers are in Meta. Do a little research and you'll discover all the answers.

I think the whole design is to deliberately let people to have delusions, so as to mask the default trust system. Because otherwise why mix the personal rating 'noted' by us on a few others with the whole publicly shown ratings by default?
You're not being articulate with your points and thus deliverance is stunted. I'm not sure what you're trying to say here, I'd like some clarification.

The whole purpose is to mask it from most people, as most members after months don't even heard of the default trust thing or understand the system.
Again, it's their prerogative to check.

So there is no point to continue in this forum, as it is just a waste of time to post, as when after you post few hundreds more you may suddenly get banned or something.
If that's true then a lot more people would be banned.

Because the real and only power is on default trust, nothing to do with the rank (hero, sr, etc.). The rank itself is just to trick you to have incentives to post more. The DT can use some vague excuse like trolling to ban an account afterwards.
First bit: true. DT has power in terms of giving out trusted feedback. But isn't there also power in green-trusted members too? Ranks don't really matter that much and they have little incentives (that don't relate to signature campaigns). Perhaps some businessy members would want to stylize their personal signature for their own advertisements but apart from that the other 99.9% of members don't care much for the forum-based incentives.

I think using some decentralized forum elsewhere is the only way forward.

There's going to be spam and scams in both settings but I feel like SOME centralization is necessary otherwise you'll be rampant with bullshit.

4649  Economy / Reputation / Re: Lauda -> Proven to Abuse Trust (Corrupt + Poisonous) on: June 24, 2017, 03:56:50 PM
The OP has posted in Chinese recently, and used to post in it before the recent change in attitude.  If the OP really wants to prove that his account was not compromised he could sign from the address 1Ed7y6jGzXgA42Vsbvd9oB7Pzt5SsJQi7e, but I consider it fairly unlikely that the account was compromised.
Are you sure? Because the thing is, the entire style of writing changed from crappy English to semi-proper sentences, to proper sentences. Look in the account's history and you'll see what I mean. Also, I wouldn't say that the 1Ed7y address is a good candidate for full verification of the account since that was posted after the change to half-coherency.

This is an older dogecoin address: D8iAawN2bVKbemM8CdmpjkysDJtEdquWFV from 2013.

I find it unlikely that, in order to defame Lauda and argue with them, the account would start using proper grammar as opposed to their previous history. It would make for less suspicion to carry on the same style of writing and thus I would be more inclined to state that the account was compromised at some point especially considering its age.
4650  Economy / Services / Re: Bitsler Signature & Avatar Campaign (Rates Changed)(up to .0375/week) on: June 24, 2017, 12:19:32 AM
If you are not accepting new members anymore please kindly update it in the thread title - it's misleading else. Thanks!

If you're not even able to read a reply on the latest page that shows the campaign is closed for new participants, what makes you think that your common sense is at a basic enough level to participate in such a signature campaign?

If you can't even look before you post, then what kind of posts would you bring to the campaign?

I would really like to join this campaign as a long term goal but am waiting now for a kind reply to the PM I sent as we are told in the OP not to put in the signature or avatar unless we get the green light. I think the rates are great for long term steady income.  Smiley

And you should do the back reading first mate, Baryom did announced already that he will not accept any new applications for now and won't be adding new participants for this campaign as quoted;
Hello guys,

Payment sent. And I won't accept new members for now.

Cheers,
4651  Economy / Gambling / Re: Most trusted/transparent/reputable site for bitcoin poker? on: June 22, 2017, 10:56:56 PM
I'm not a huge fan of poker.
But I think https://oshi.io have some sorts of poker (and a lot more) and for the site I'll give it a + for the user experience. Though the games API loads slow, the graphics and gameplay are great.
I'd go for provably fair video poker on https://www.crypto-games.net. Royal Flush payout x500, up to 30 BTC.

And of course you don't know what they're asking for.

You just see the title and jump at the chance to comment, huh?

Not casino poker. Real poker, where you play against other players. Like Hold'em, Omaha, Stud, etc.

p.s. I do not need to be paid for this purely-berating post
4652  Economy / Gambling / Re: Chain-Bet.com - 15x Winning | On Chain | Provably Fair on: June 22, 2017, 02:56:34 AM
They tell you that with this hashing algorithm and server seed you have 50% chance of winning. But in reality you have like 30% chance of winning...
This is just flat-out wrong. You can verify each bet and see the algorithm in which they determine results. It is PROVABLY fair, meaning there will be no inconsistencies with the result and what they advertise.

Here the house edge is 6,25%. So it is 6 times higher than other games but here I win. So I don't care about how much I potentially pay more if in reality I don't

Anecdotal evidence is not a reliable source. Suppose we do a coin flip and it's 50-50 odds but I lost every time to you.

Now suppose I do a coin flip against another person with 25-75 odds in their favor but I won two times out of three.

Anecdotally I won more from the 25-75 odds but in reality it's better to bet on better odds.

Your experiences will not have any impact on the mathematics. Don't try to say the house edge is something it's not.

- Jr. Member: Links allowed. Max 150 characters.
- Member: Unlimited length.
- Full: Color allowed.
- Sr. Member: Size allowed
- Hero: Background color allowed

Badges

I added a system of badges to SMF a while ago, though only two are defined now. Here are the current badges:

Bitcoin expertDev&Tech only. People with this badge know enough about the Bitcoin network to reimplement something very like it from scratch. They are capable of intelligently discussing the Bitcoin network: current protocol, possible attacks, proposed changes, etc. Criteria: Recommendation by an existing Bitcoin expert or core dev and approval by a forum administrator.
Bitcoin-Qt core developer Dev&Tech only. These are the core developers of Satoshi's Bitcoin client. They are listed here. Core developers are among the top contributors to Bitcoin-Qt, and they are all bitcoin experts, though they don't also get that badge.
The Glider(hacker symbol) Awarded for people who have responsibly disclosed forum security flaws.

A core dev does not "outrank" a bitcoin expert (or vice-versa), and it's possible for someone without a badge to contribute meaningfully to a discussion with experts and core devs.

Limits on posting

Code:
waittime = 360;
if(activity >= 15)
        waittime = (int)(90 - activity);
if(activity >= 60)
        waittime=(int)(34.7586 - (0.0793103 * activity));
if(activity >= 100)
        waittime = max((int)(14-(activity/50)), 4);

Limits on PMs
I've adjusted the limits to make spamming more difficult.

4654  Economy / Gambling / Re: Chain-Bet.com - 15x Winning | On Chain | Provably Fair on: June 21, 2017, 05:15:53 PM
I can tell you from experience, I have thrown away thousands of dollar in sites like SatoshiBones. I play now like one month here at chain-bet and won about 1.2 btc here. All losings are already calculated into that amount. So at the moment the edge is on my side Cheesy. The only thing is, you need to choose your number wise ;-) If you change your decision to often you gonna lose.

What I am saying is, if you know a game where you can choose the exact numbers by your self and not bet like at SatoshiBones or high low stuff.. then tell me. I like the concept of this game very much.. and if you go to a casino to play roulette the house edge is also about 6.25%.

That's American roulette, with the two zeroes.

Moneypot has a roulette game. House edge about 2.5%.

So does crypto-games, and it's provably fair and verifiable. But this one is 2.7%, the same as European roulette.

Be as it may, despite your current winnings, you would still be at an overall disadvantage playing this game.

Why would you pay (possibly) 10 times more to play a game you enjoy a little more? (Especially when you play with high amounts of money) I personally prefer blackjack to dice but that's perfectly fine for me since the house edge there is also usually low (<1%).
4655  Economy / Gambling / Re: [POLL] Moneypot owners accepting Rain..... on: June 19, 2017, 09:08:00 PM
And again, your problem is with them accepting literal cents.

I am not sure how old you are so lets assume you are already 18

let me ask you how often you tipped or rained the owner of any casino? whom would you tip/rain in a casino? the owners or the employers?

I know the answer and every player knows this answer but because JPR said this then it must be wrong LEL

JPR could say that the wembley gras is green then all the sig spammers and MP brown nosed will jump in and will post NO the gras is red

just get real and all is fine

NO ONE WILL EVER TIP/RAIN ANY CASINO OWNER! but you and some more Smiley will huh
if MP owners would be fair and real they would say JPR is right!

I agree: I would not tip casino owners and operators. But your complaints are completely ridiculous. You're saying that they can't be in chat and accept rain from the bots: which have a value of a few cents.

about 26 bits rain for him

here about 20 bits

If you really have a problem then you should be asking the casino operator to prevent tips to the Moneypot staff - a blacklist for them. But really, would it make that much of a difference?

So they chat actively, wager and then gain a few cents for their troubles. And is that that much of a deal to spout off about? You're trying to argue over something that can be picked up in a parking lot.

And suppose they DO collect the coins. You expect owners to be slaving away at a website making a quarter an hour? It seems improbable.

Keep in mind that again, the bots could be modified to blacklist owners. Do you understand what I'm trying to say here?
4656  Economy / Gambling / Re: [POLL] Moneypot owners accepting Rain..... on: June 19, 2017, 12:20:47 PM
Yes, the statement that he likes a cryptocurrency called rain was very explicit and 100% what this thread was about.
And the rain thing, I'd say they're allowed to accept them because other people give them away. Not them.

LEL just read your stupid posting again and again and as soon you understand your problem just edit it and apologize

did you reach already 18?

Clearly gapjustin is sees something you don't: the fact that the first user in the quote chain was simply some spammer that was talking about an altcoin. Then he made a cynical comment.

And again, your problem is with them accepting literal cents.
4657  Economy / Reputation / Re: [HELP] Long Period of Inactivity on: June 19, 2017, 11:31:42 AM
There are far less DT scammers than non-DT scammers.

Quite the little misdirection artist aren't you.   Wink

Again you make another Massive False Statement in the pretense of being truthful.

Do you have a running list of Actual Proven Verified List of Scammers DT verses Non-DT?
Along with the amounts that each stole?
Or will you try to falsified data like you try and mislead with blanket lies.

Okay, so then let's take a look. Going in here and viewing DT, I find that there are 209 DT members, in level 1 and 2. Are you trying to tell me that you think - given all of them are corrupt and scammers - that there are <209 scammers that aren't on the DT trust list?

If that's what you see then all hope is lost for you. Cognitive dissonance: because you were given negative feedback and your account trashed the DT members must all be corrupt.
4658  Economy / Reputation / Re: [HELP] Long Period of Inactivity on: June 19, 2017, 02:46:46 AM
DT Members are not immune to persecution, but because DT members are trusted they are not as inclined to scam or conduct scummy behavior.

Dude, WTF ??

I suggest you read the following to inform yourself before making blanket false statements.

http://qntra.net/2016/02/bitcointalk-default-trust-member-escrow-ms-arrested-for-debit-card-fraud/

https://www.reddit.com/r/btc/comments/5kjqy3/bitcointalkorg_staff_are_now_leaving_users/

https://steemit.com/bitcoin/@cjmoles/exposition-of-bitcoin-s-hidden-exploit

lol cjmoles

Also, do you understand English, friend?

in·cline
verb
past tense: inclined; past participle: inclined
inˈklīn/Submit
1.
feel willing or favorably disposed toward (an action, belief, or attitude).
"he was inclined to accept the offer"
synonyms:   disposed, of a mind, willing, ready, prepared; predisposed
"if you feel so inclined"
2.
have a tendency to do something.
"she's inclined to gossip with complete strangers"
synonyms:   prone, given, liable, likely, apt, wont
"she's inclined to gossip"

There are far less DT scammers than non-DT scammers.

And you also proved my point: DT members are not immune to persecution. So why oh why are you complaining about DT being a circlejerk of corruption?
4659  Economy / Reputation / Re: [HELP] Long Period of Inactivity on: June 19, 2017, 12:46:16 AM
If you corrupt ass DT members would actually Self-Police your own members, then Lauda reign of abuse would end , instead you pieces of shit continue abusing non-dt members.
Ryland R. Taylor Almanza=MIxan Needs removed from DT

... ?

DT Members are not immune to persecution, but because DT members are trusted they are not as inclined to scam or conduct scummy behavior.
Also, I still think you have DT and green trust mixed up. DT is when an individual is added to the DT trust tree and green trust is just when they are given positive feedbacks by DT individuals.
