Derrick Rose back with the Knicks, he and Thibs will be working together after Chicago, Minnesota and now in NY.
Interesting to see how this trade plays out for both the team and Rose, Knicks definitely have a shot at the playoffs in the East, currently holding the 8th spot.
Plenty of guards at Thibs disposal, i just hope Quickley doesn't get his minutes reduced as he has shown promising things thus far, Knick fans can attest to that.
Oh, Dennis Smith Jr goes to the Pistons, part of the trade.
I do not get why Derrick Rose was sent for DSJ and a pick, like yes Rose is a good player but we are talking about a young player who is not that bad plus a draft pick to get him, Rose is way too old to deserve something like that. He played only 15 games so far and he averaged only 14 points in those games too, not that he is a bad player that is good and DSJ played only 3 games with only 3 points so I know he is not good but he was a player who had 14+ points for a while, he is still 23 years old and could get better, whereas Rose is 32 already and on the downhill of his injury ridden career, I doubt he could make any impact on any team. I understand teams wanting him, specially teams who want him as second PG on their team, that makes perfect sense, but wanting him for Draf picks doesn't really make sense. Both New York and Detroit are bad teams anyway so this shouldn't matter much. Dennis Smith was never going to get burn on this team with thibs. Quickley is next in line, and thibs already shows the kid trust. I think the move is for them to compete this year but also provide that vet guidance to quickley and the younger guys. I dont think this eats into quickleys lile like it will to burks. Quickley is only getting 12-13 minutes a game it think that stays the same. No point just leaving him on the bench for the year |

He is working on fixing the problem and we discussed it in detail. Please don't take this out on Tom and Lynx as a whole. He is still fairly new to the art scene and took over the company only a year ago so his acquisition is still fairly new. Since his acquisition he's only released, I believe, two or three new pieces (and I believe this was out of fear of not knowing what to design or what would be good/not good). Clearly this was not the correct route to take, and he understands that now and has profusely apologized to me and the community (via my text messages with him). Customers shouldn't have to scour the interwebz to figure this out. In the real world this would be art company suicide....a post from the company would be nice doesn't take but 2 minutes to sign up here. If you are not involved with this someone is and at a minimum owes an apology for almost stealing $35k from this community. You know well enough people here love their art/collectable pieces but we are niche and a very small community. Things like this discourage newcomers to jump in. We need to expand not contract our community.... |

$950 on the honey badger (bitcoin) then drop $50 or 5% on some alts. You are better off getting your stack of bitcoin up, and when you get a large enough position start toying around with some alts. And even then I stay with some of the safer ones like litecoin if you want to diversify. If you gamble your starting capital on flashy alts you will most likely end up like a lot of other traders...broke. good luck to you. |

I dont know why peoe want to see this fight. In theor prime is where its at. People might want to hate on money but pound for pound probably one of the best to ever put on gloves regardless if they fought "now". He has been out of the game for awhile and don't give me that Connor talk. No one could ever hit floyd that solidly, exquisite as defensive boxing has ever seen. I want to buy LTC. Which I have been thinking of preserving for a long time. Will it be profitable.
Historically speaking right now seems like a good time to buy as there is upwards room at around .004btc/ltc. LTC has a solid base and won't be as risky as some of these other new coins that flash up and down like crazy. Always good to hold some litecoin in your portfolio. Just don't look to day trade it. Is it really possible to 'Sell High and Buy Low' in this bull run? First I sold some at 19600 hoping it will pull back before crossing 20k and I will buy back at 'LOW'. It never pulled back. Then I sold some again at $25k milestone, hoping that it will pull back which never did. I then sold some at $25800 hoping it will pull back before going further. And again it never pulled back. BITCOIN is just going ATH after ATH. BTC is setting new ATH every day, if not every hour  I stopped selling now  It's not like I am complaining, far from it! I am enjoying every bit of it. But how can we really follow the mantra of 'Sell High Buy Low'   Don't sell into bulls thinking you nailed the top wait for a prolonged correction and just try to sell in the top 25, and buy the bottom 25 percent. With fluctuations so crazy its pure luck to nail the tops and bottoms. Or you can just stop trading and HODL for the long run |

Finally now Dallas Mavericks are back in the winning track, it's been a long losing streak before they pulled out a win against the Hawks.
As usual, Doncic lead the team for this win, he scored 27 points and 14 assists, not a triple double night but at least a win, that's all what matters.
Yeah, finally. I was worried this could become the opposite of the Jazz. A losing streak. Somehow, they pull through it and cut the bad streak. Mostly, they win if Tim works his magic. I'm excited to see a winning streak, can the Mavericks do that? I thought they were now better with KCP being healthy, but it was the opposite is what we are witnessing. This might also affect's Luka Doncic's chances of winning an MVP award this season, so they need to start winning consistently. I mean they squeezed by Atlanta. Dallas needs way more pieces to compete. Luka is obviously the centerpiece. KP is meh, more a 3rd piece at this time and Timmy ain't doing it. With the rest of the west way better Dallas will probably end up with a .500 season feasting on bottom dwellers and getting beat up by the top teams. Luka can't do it by himself. |

Well, I have been following LaMelo Ball's performance for a while now, and I realized that he is managing to maintain consistency in his acting.

I definitely agree that Lamelo has a chance to win the rookie of the year, however he has something that other players do not have, which is a star on his position at his team. James wiseman doesn't get that much minutes neither, he gets 21 minutes, Anthony Edwards gets 26 minutes which a rookie can hope to get, whereas Lamelo gets 25 minutes on a team that has Terry Rozier as starter and suddenly dude is getting minutes even from him. That is why I think Lamelo definitley deserves ROTY award if he gets it, but I wouldn't be shocked if he doesn't get it neither. I believe this dude is definitely on a path that would allow him to be a great player in the future, he definitely needs to figure out how to shoot a lot better, he chucked up 40 foothers when he was 14 years old or so but this is NBA and you need better mechanics. If Blake Griffin can become a good shooter so can anyone, I feel like Lamelo needs to work out with Blakes shooting coach. That would make him elite level. When I saw DLo go to the Timberwolves I thought for sure that Booker would follow soon after, considering they have publicly stated their goal is to play together in the past. Edwards has a good chance but see him a little as a chucker right now and on a poor team his efficiency might suffer. Wiseman has a sneaky chance to get really good as the season progresses. I like lamelo and think name wise he has an up on everyone. I just see a percent opportunity for IQ to take over and get 30+ minutes, I mean Elkridge Payton isn't exactly holding down any spot. Some transfers in MetaMask show as $120.... WTF!
Meanwhile other projects as KoinOS have $0 fees and Uniswap will run just fine on it too some day.
I predict ETH crashing again from $1500 to $80 like with last crash. ETH is an expensive scam coin that is the AIDS of crypto.

All ETH ever did was ruin crypto. Its not a good project except for the billionaires who bought it for $0.25.

If you are living under the rock, the GameStop (GME) stock trading has been making quite the news recently, because retail investors organized on reddit managed to pump this stock and made some hedge funds suffer tremendous losses on their short positions, to a point when trading had to be halted, and similar events occured with other stocks.
Some people from crypto industry are already making comments how this can be good for crypto, because it's a revolt against old-school centralized finance.
I personally wouldn't hurry with conclusions, as this drama isn't over and we're yet to see any actions from SEC, who already said that they are monitoring the situation.
What do you think?
I think this is positive for crypto not just because of the "revot" position but more because the last 2 weeks of the gme/amc etc markets they have been playing with mimic crypto markets. Its a lot more palatable dealing with those gme spikes and drops like we see in crypto. They might not be so scared now to dip their toes in. |

You know you really should let everyone know who this bet was with. My guess is they are a masterful gambler, a man of many talents and strengths.
