4681  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: PEOPLE WILL NEVER STOP FALLING FOR SCAM on: February 23, 2020, 11:21:28 AM
People may never stop from falling for scams since scammers has always a new way or strategy to make their victims fall from it. They always have the different idea how to make people believe through their platforms and projects, that's why day by day many people are falling from their traps.
Actually one of the reason why they fall the traps is also because of them. They are lack of knowledge about scam project and investments. Giving an easy way to scammers to figure out what they needed to do in order to scam them quickly. Some people wants an easy money and they want to put their money on risk just to double or triple their money in small amount of time. There are many fake investment and projects by using the price bitcoin as a power tools to fool people because of its price is very high and people always want it.
This type of scam is the same with my friend after several payment with exchange to bitcoin promising to double with extra bonus they vanished together with the money of my friend.

I feel that people fall for these scams due to various reasons and one of them is the urgency to earn quick money, and whenever a person gives into this kind of urgency then he/she ignores the basic rules and walks straight into the scammers trap. Another reason I can cite is the emotional behaviour of the victims which is often manipulated by the scammers, and honestly I have fallen for this kind of scam and believe me it’s very difficult to realise that you’re being scammed.
4682  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Wilder vs. Fury II: The Rematch is On on: February 23, 2020, 08:58:38 AM
WILL WAIT FOR ANOTHER REMATCH BECAUSE OF THIS DISAPPOINTING ENDING Cheesy.

Rematch after rematch, are we going to keep on the rematch until the wider will win.
I think there should be no rematch and we should accept the Tyson fury victory. If they again decide to rematch, this will only to create a marketing technique to gain the hype and money from the event.

@virasog there’s indeed going to be a rematch as their agreement has a clause where the looser can trigger a rematch option, and I believe that Wilder will definitely trigger it but it’s difficult to say when he’ll trigger it.

Here are my thoughts on the rematch.

Tyson Fury really play with his strengths here, we all know that he went heavy here, adding weight as compare to their first fight. He utilised it perfectly, when they hug each again, putting all his weight on Wilder. That is too taxing for Wilder to take, we even see him choking Wilder many times that Kenny Bayless has to give warning and eventually take a 1 point deduction.

Fury didn't used his jabs in the first two rounds, I was surprised by it, however, at the start of the third round he suddenly jab - one, two, then power punches.

Wilder looks very tired, we don't know if he overtrained in this fight, those swags are not there. Or maybe the first knock down took everything from him. His balance is was really affected.

Congrats to the Gypsy King, it was really a cinderella story for him.

@Baofeng Fury did what he had said prior to this match that he’ll attack Wilder aggressively, and honestly even I’m surprised at the aggression shown by him. Also I know that it’s too early to speculate about what was wrong with Wilder, but if I had to take a wild guess then I would say that it looked like he was carrying an injury which in turn effected his performance.

4683  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: February 23, 2020, 06:10:50 AM
Both teams done good job and West Indies was able to win at the end but they can blame their bowlers as too many no-balls and wides hurt them badly at the end Hero of match was Hasaranga who keep his mind cool lead the team for first ODI victory its really interesting match look like we have something to watch in this series.

Sri Lanka won a really close match and not West Indies. I am surprised to see Sri Lanka staying till the end even after loosing their wickets and winning the match with the help of Wanindu Hasaranga as he scored 9 runs in the 49th over which was crucial as they were not having wickets in hand. With an entertaining first match the series will be tightly contested rather than one sided affair.

If anyone would have told me that Sri Lanka would be winning this match and that too in such a thrilling fashion, then I would have laughed at that person because even in my wildest dreams I would not have expected Sri Lanka to win this contest. Further I have to admit that I have underestimated the Sri Lankan team, and henceforth I’ll be watching their contests keenly as there’s an opportunity to make lots of money if they can keep giving such performances consistently.

Premier League Games taking place today:

@JollyGood I’m glad that I didn’t place a bet on Tottenham to win their game against Chelsea, as Tottenham were beaten 2 - 1 by Chelsea and I yet can’t believe it that Mourinho lost to Lampard once again in this season. While I do understand that Tottenham strikers are out injured, but it just feels unreal that Mourinho looses to a player whom he used to coach so anyone else feeling disappointed by this match’s end result?

4685  Other / Politics & Society / Re: 2020: Biggest Political Possible Outcomes of 2020 on: February 22, 2020, 01:31:09 PM
What do you think might be the biggest political decisions/outcomes/issue/events/highlights/possibilities of the year 2020?

In no particular order, here are some of mine from a big list including some very far-fetched ones but they are possibilities nonetheless:

1- Trump impeached but not removed from office

2- USA Presidential elections regardless of Trump being re-elected or a Democrat winning

3- Extension of 6+ month to Brexit on 31st December 2020 to extend negotiations

4- Civil war breaks out in Venezuela with the US backing the opposition and Russia backing the government

List some of your own ones here so we can see which issues of 2020 might be concerning users here

Nah.

The biggest would be the fall of the CCP.
Second the fall and execution of Xi.
Third the independence of Hong Kong.
Fourth the formal declaration of statehood by Taiwan followed by recognition of major powers.

All those are, because of the coronavirus, possible but I don't think probable and certainly not likely.

Fifth more nations leave the EU.

Venezuela's biggest (recent) debt is to China. I really don't see the US giving a fuk about Venezuela. The banks have already written off the money they lent in the 1990s.

Trump is not going to be impeached. The Dems will not play that game again. And, if they do, they will look even further out of touch then they do now.

leaving EU with an aging 51% doesnt work you just imprison people,

EU will continue to exist, for a simple reason, the nation states suck, and, the main enemy of the EU (usd imperialism, to finance sanders welfare state) is only considered friendly by the idiots and opportunistic nazis in europe who want to enslave europeans with their nazi banking cartels (deutsche mark greek drachme etc)

I feel that most of these events listed out here won’t ever happen, as Trump’s impeachment trial is already over and he’s been acquitted. Also no one can touch Xi as he’s got unlimited powers in case you have forgotten about them, so rest assured he’s not going to be executed. Lastly Hongkong is not going to get independence anytime soon, unless Trump decides he wishes to buy their independence but that also isn’t happening.

4686  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Ethereum users private data exposed!!! on: February 22, 2020, 09:42:54 AM
If you’re using ENS Ethereum Name Service then you have a big reason to worry, as Decrypt has exposed over 1,33,000 users private data and I hope that none of us from here got effected. I know many people will not take this seriously and truth be told when I saw the title I too was going to close the site, but then I decided to read a little bit and I found something very alarming:

Quote

CoinGecko co-founder Bobby Ong, who owns the ENS domain “bobbyong.eth”, attended a DAI stablecoin-focused meetup in Osaka Japan on October 7, 2019.

This could be seen through the blockchain address that is used to create his Ethereum name.

What’s so alarming is that anyone who had wanted to snoop into his business would have been able to know his whereabouts 17 days prior. Nothing bad happened, thankfully.

But Micky has previously reported on several incidents of kidnapping and infiltration among users whose crypto wealth is known to the public.

Therefore If anyone has any suggestions as to how the community can be safe, and what are the best practices to adopt if one’s data is exposed kindly post below.

Hello amelik2,

Your account [amelik2] is associated with another FortuneJack username [PatDugan], the given fact makes us think that we’re dealing with the multi-accounting fraud.

We can only disclose shared IP address between the above-mentioned accounts. However, in case having a need of showing more detailed proof, we’re ready to provide official representatives with all the mandatory documents.

As for not taking any bonuses, both of the accounts have already used/activated the bonuses into the forms of free bets.

Team FJ

LOL what?! I don't know who the F 'Patdugan' is. What you posted proves nothing...it shows 2 different IP addresses. A search of those IP addresses shows they aren't even in the same state! They show being logged in within 18 minutes of each other. How would I travel in under 20 minutes from one city to another!

I've registered my email and phone number with you since day 1 which has my name in it, and I've offered to send a phone bill with my name on it.

If I have ever used a bonus or free play it was not within the last 6 months that's for sure. I deposited .2BTC and turned it around into over 5BTC why would I need a bonus or free play...

Please provide the more detailed report...

@FortuneJack there’s no doubt in my mind that you’re running a legit operation but in these type of cases it’s best if you give the user all the detailed information available, and post pictures of your conversation here highlighting why you think he’s a fraud. @amelik2 the best thing you can do is wait for their proof to come, and then study it and then post a counter reply stating what you agree with and what you disagree with. However do note the end decision lies with them relating to multi account frauds, and you should read their terms and privacy and prepare your response accordingly.
4688  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: February 22, 2020, 03:18:48 AM
Right now Juventus 57 Lazio 56 and Inter 54 Inter drop to third after losing game against Lazio in last round. in next round these positions will be on as these 3 have easy matches.
Having matches with weak teams does not guarentee that Juventus, Inter Milan, and SSC Lazio will win these three matches all. It is football and there are always odds to see amazing results in football. If I peak only one team among them that will end these coming matches with surprising results for us, I choose Inter Milan. Their attacking system seems to work not so well and it might be their troubles and consequent bad results (a draw, maybe).
Yes. The position seems to not change in the next match since those teams will face weak teams. Regarding Inter defeat, I think Inter didn't make an effective strategy for attacking in the match. Even if they won ball possession but they couldn't make more attempts than Lazio. I don't know what's wrong with Inter, they only made 1 score despite having many top attackers.
It relates to their offensive system and its operations in match against Lazio. Maybe they will play better next matches, maybe not because they are nearly exhausted after many matches so far for Inter Milan. Thinking of their position in top 3 and many weeks in the first position makes me surprised already.

@hd49728 I’ll agree that Inter didn’t play well against Lazio, but it would be really foolish to think that they won’t win their upcoming matches too as they seem to have gotten their form back as we saw in their Europa League win. Also I was personally hoping that Inter would win the league this year, and I’m yet confident that they’ll oust Juventus from the top spot and go on to win the Italian League.
4689  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BitDice Robbed Investors? CSNO lost 80% value on: February 21, 2020, 06:06:10 PM
First part you seem to ignore is that those funds used to buy the tokens stopped being investors, investors bought dividends in a bankroll, imho it's as simple as that and clear as water, anyone would know that i believe.
You don't move a finger for scamcoins or scammers, why'd you go after this casino if you not paid off or personal interest.
After 5 years in crypto, I have the following suggestions for you:

Don't invest (longterm) in:

-gaming coins (DGB, GAME, Huntercoin)
-casino/gambling coins
-follow the popular twitter accounts (Cryptomocho, Bitcoindad, Secrets...) so you can see which coins/exchanges  are heavily shilled=>most likely scam (DTB, GEO, Cryptopia, TradeOgre, BGogo...)
-avoid coins that are only on bad exchanges like HitBTC, Mercatox, Yobit, Hotbit, Kucoin, IDEX and others
-coins with huge teams (>20 members)
-Passive income assets. There is no passive income unless you created it by yourself.

There are some really fine casino's worth investing in, not saying coins, both are likely to be scams.
All exchanges are shilled to a point, one should stay away of exchanges when possible, and surely all you mentioned there are scammy.

@andulolika exactly people are conveniently ignoring the fact that this token is for dividends, and the team has already acknowledge that delays took place and they have already listed why those delays took place.

@PS1987 in your 5 years of crypto journey how many scam projects took time to explain to you what was happening behind the scenes, and how many of them even bothered to reply to you after you asked them the same question again and again.

I believe the answer will be a big zero because no scam casino/project ever bothers to reply, and all they’ll do is shut shop and disappear with your money.

However @BoXXoB has been answering these same questions again and again despite all the answers already given by him, and despite this if you think that Bitdice is a scam then I don’t know what to say to you anymore.

I’m writing it here for the last time that Bitdice is a legit casino, and they have already declared that a new site design and lots of other stuff is coming soon so please wait for some more time and stop this witch hunting guys.

@tokeweed - I think the ban could be reduced to 1 season but it won’t be dropped. UEFA are going to look so stupid if the ban gets dropped, they’re fighting for their own self respect. It’s their flagship competition, they can’t lose this battle to City & I don’t think they’d have taken it this far unless they had loads of indisputable evidence.

True true...  And UEFA prolly anticipated that City would be doing everything in their power to get the penalties reduced.  Hence the two year ban (anticipated to be reduced to a year.  Smart!).

I got information from YouTube, which discussed this issue. That Manchester City has provided 50 international lawyers for this problem. If the city wins the case, what we think is UEFA. Because the public will think the accusation is not true and UEFA's reputation will be questioned.
I don't think City can escape the ban,  what I think UEFA will do is to either reduce the ban to a year  or to remove the $33 million fine  from the punishment,  they wouldn't wanna tarnish their reputation by reversing the ban, it will show clearly that they don't know what they are doing,  if they try to reverse it

Yup.  But Ferran Soriano seems determined to fight the case tho and try to get no ban and fine.  He's basically saying they're innocent and did nothing wrong.  I guess we'll have to see.

Manchester City officials are leaving nothing to chance and it’s true that they have appointed world best Lawyers who’re working on their case right now, and therefore I won’t be surprised if they escaped the ban completely and didn’t even pay a single dollar in fines to UEFA. It’s pertinent to note that this ruling shall be very important as all other clubs will be keenly watching it, and they’ll too break UEFA rules and cite this case as a precedent for breaking the rules so let’s hope justice is served and City’s appeal is turned down.
4691  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facts about bounties on: February 21, 2020, 10:33:44 AM
Yes, you are right. based on my experience since it was bearish in 2018, some of the bounties that I participated in have not been listed yet and cannot be withdrawn. but I'm always sure someday, though not today. and the reason I'm still following the bounty is that I still believe in possibilities. which is the possibility that I will find diamonds among the bounties here and can get a big profit.

keep up the spirit guys
you're right, I also feel the same way. however, when the bounty pays and has the price it is still profitable. it makes me still do the bounty until now. I think many are hoping that the bounty will be paid again, even the coins that have been long been expected to develop, I saw that on the telegram.

@fuee44 I’m surprised you’re yet chasing bounty campaigns as I feel those bounty campaigns will never pay us, also I really liked your optimism of holding on to your bounty coins even though they’re yet not listed. @Dr.Osh which coins are you talking about, and what exactly did you read on telegram can you be more specific.

Board of Barcelona is a big joke. They have signed Martin Braithwaite from Leganes for €18 million. Ok, is something understandable, Barca urgently needed forward. But he signed contract for 4.5 years with €300 million release clause. Are they f**king serious? Especially when Barca had their own players like Carles Perez, Abel Ruiz or Rafinha, but sent them on loan. They are probably isn't worse than Braithwaite. I'm not even talking about other wasted academy talents like Adama Traore who didn't got chances in Barcelona.
And last time I thought that transfer of K.P. Boateng is something strange...
I'm only sad for Leganes in this situation. They last their main player and didn't got chance to sign someone in place of him.

@LTU_btc yea this long term deal doesn’t makes any sense to me, and in my personal opinion this deal should have only been allowed till the remainder of the season but what’s done is done we can’t do anything about it.

Also I was expecting Messi to walk away at the end of the season for free because of the mess created by Barcelona board members, but he’s decided that he’ll be staying in Barcelona only.

Barcelona vs Eibar - I want to see Lionel Messi and friends and I think this match will win Barcelona to keep on chasing points from Real Madrid.

$crypto$ there’s not much information available about Messi starting this game, as there’s a champion league game coming up in the midweek hence Barcelona may be tempted in resting him or playing him from the bench.

^^ thing still looking okay for Indians despite losing 1 wicket, atleast they didn't lose the 2 wickets in first hour lol considering its dark green wicket Cheesy and So far Pujara and Mayank handling new ball quite well, for kiwis new guy Jamieson looking excellent.
@JSRAW sorry after watching your post here as I click on television Pujara gone I am accepting my mistake and want apologises from my deep heart now just click off television and back in business here on this forum sorry again man please don't feel bad  Wink

Edit: 101 for 5 Rahane and Pant on crease.

@JSRAW what a incredible test debut for Jamieson as he’s picked up 3 valuable wickets, and Indian batman are currently struggling to face him so do you expect him to take more wickets as the match progresses?. @BitSat19 what are you apologising for can you be more specific, also I feel that this is a golden opportunity for Rishabh Pant to score lots of runs and secure his place in ODI and T20 formats but question is will he be able to grab this opportunity or not?. Lastly the current score is 122 for 5 wickets, and if India don’t post a respectable total then i feel that suddenly New Zealand will become the favourites to win this test match.

MATCHDAY 23 | SEASON 2019-2020

Friday, 21-Feb-2020 | 20:30

FC Bayern München - SC Paderborn 07

Saturday, 22-Feb-2020 | 15:30

Werder Bremen - Borussia Dortmund

There should be no question that Bayern Munich will win the match about Paderborn.
Bremen against Dortmund would be more difficult to bet because Bremen is at home very good and the last weeks.

@lafu I too feel that Bayern will definitely emerge victorious in their match against Paderborn, and therefore I’m expecting them to score lots of goals and win by a huge margin. Further I’m unable to decide who’ll win between Werder vs Dortmund, as both the teams look equally strong to me so is anyone from here planning to gamble on this game if yes then whom are you gambling on and why?.
4695  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League Discussion Thread on: February 20, 2020, 01:31:23 PM
Inter it looks like it has a very easy game in this round against Ludogoretz.I think it also the strongest contender to win the Europa League this year.By checking each team that is playing in this round it is crystal clear that Inter is the strongest of all the teams. It would be a good bet to place for Inter to win the Europa League and the odd right now is decent.

There are still some strong teams besides Inter Milan. Like Arsenal, Man United, Roma, Sevilla, Ajax. So there is still intense competition for the European league, but tonight's match. Certainly Inter can easily win the match.

@swogerino I’ll second that as Inter is indeed the strongest team in the Europa League, and I’m really wishing that Inter and Manchester United meet at some stage in the league or even in the finals because their clash will be really epic to watch.

Today we have many Europa League games, there are so many games we have today that I am very undecided on which game I should bet on... so far I am considering betting on these games:

Club Brugge - Manchester United ( when I think about that game and look at the situation of Manchester United I can't stop thinking that Manchester United will lose in this game)

what are your thoughts on those, i expect that Wolves and ManUtd will win their matches.

Manchester United will definitely win tonight’s fixture because of Bruno, as his arrival has rejuvenated the squad and I feel that we shall more of him and Martial linking up tonight and scoring goals.

@techptcl786 no one knows the correct answer to this question as half the people out here will claim that bitcoin prices will fall, and the other half (including me) will claim it’ll rise therefore you should do your own research and then share your conclusions with us.

Furthermore I feel you should try and find the answers to these questions: 1) what was the reason that bitcoin prices suddenly fell, 2) what are the upcoming events in the crypto market that’ll have a effect on bitcoin prices, and due to these events who’ll take over the crypto market the bulls or the bears?

@philipma1957 can you explain why you feel bitcoins prices will break the $11k barrier so soon?, because currently bitcoin prices are falling and halving event is not even round the corner?.

Source: https://twitter.com/F1/status/1230162112720392192

@coinlocket$ this practice session seems to be a repeat of the last season races where Hamilton was always on the top, and Ferrari was constantly struggling to win the races.

It's impossibe to make  conclusions from tests results, especially just after first day. So, I can say only one thing - it's good to see Williams improving compared with previous season. Maybe this year they won't be so slow and will be able to compete with teams like Haas.

@LTU_btc while I agree with your view point that test results and race results can be completely different, but I have a gut feeling that Hamilton is winning the title again this season, unless Ferrari drivers can perform a miracle and stop him.
4698  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: February 20, 2020, 03:18:55 AM

Once again, we got surprising results. Both favorite teams, Valencia and Tottenham were defeated. Valencia conceded 4 goals and only made 1 goal away. To qualify for the next stage, Valencia must score 3 goals at home and no goal for Atlanta. While Tottenham defeated at home tonight. At least, they must score 2 goals away in the second leg to qualify for the next stage. Of course, it is not easy work for both Valencia and Tottenham in the second leg.

@Rengga Jati I’m not surprised about Tottenhams loss as their main striker Kane was out injured, and on top of it Son also got injured which meant that Tottenham had no proven strikers in place who could help them get the goals that they needed to win this fixture. However since they have only conceded one away goal, they can always score two goals in their away fixture and progress ahead, but for that to happen they’ll need Ali and other players to step up their game.

I read that there are people who are addicted in gambling but they are successfully cured from addiction, I'm interested to know what are the methods they do in order to get cured from such addiction, I use the word cured because gambling is a serious problem, I call it as a disease, so please share you experience so we can also help those who might have been experiencing an addiction right now.
Im an addicted gambler before and it took me some time to recover because honestly its hard to stop especially I always think of my losses and want to keep trying to gamble to recover it.

To overcome this addiction my family had to seek for professional help and take me far from the city for months to stop playing. I dont have access to the internet and there's no way to play physical gambling so it help me to forget.

Now I still gamble but with limitation, I know how hard it is to become addicted but you have to help yourself to overcome it.

I think to completely stop the addiction, you need something to replace those. IMO, taking you out of town is not quite effective because you only rested your mind on gambling but the dark web of your mind still wants to gamble. Learning from mistakes or replacing those and making gambling as entertainment will make you completely surpass the addiction caused by gambling. Hoping for you to get fully recovered on addiction, if you still play gambling even though there's a limitation, a time will come that you'll go back on your addiction status.

I think i have confessed on multiple occasions out here that I was a addicted gambler, but thanks to my family and friends I was able to solve my addiction. It’s pertinent to note that I went through many counselling sessions, and many sessions with fellow gamblers where they shared what they had lost due to their addiction and that’s when I realised I had to snap out of it. @finaleshot2016 I disagree with your view as I continue gambling, but now I only gamble responsibly and so I feel that one can definitely control his addiction and continue gambling if he wishes to.
