Anyone happy with the draw? I think the favorites have to be Inter Milan now or Salzburg. There were strong teams already in Europa for sure but these two performed so well in CL they were unlucky not to progress. The Scottish teams got lucky too I think, Braga and Kopenhagn are not so strong this season it seems.

I think that the most interesting game in this round would be Shaktar vs Benfica.
All other games are in favor of the stronger team.
I hope that the strong teams are going to have easy games so as to see more interesting matches in the Round of 16.

Shakhtar performance in the Champions League was a big disappointment for me. The team that was seeded in the second basket of the Champions League was unseeded in the Europa League draw. I also think it will be an interesting game.

Ajax might or will defeat Getafe at Getafe home,  but the problem for Ajax is can they win Getafe in Their own home,  this season has been one of the season that Ajax fans cannot forget,  their form has been down immensely

If you ask me,,, from the displays I watch Salzburg are much stronger than Manchester United. Salzburg had to fight with Napoli and Liverpool, who beat each other only by tight margins in the past few seasons.

Ajax are strong but they are very very inconsistent, and they are not as deadly as Salzburg in attack. Like Flaming says, they cannot even win at their own home ground!

I am thinking of betting only on over markets, there is too much question marks on starting line ups for most favourites. You mentioned Inter, they will play without Brozovic and Skriniar for sure since they stayed in Italy. There are also rumours that Lukaku, De vrilj and Barella should get bench duty.

Maybe I'll wait for actual line ups before betting today.

There are still some strong teams besides Inter Milan. Like Arsenal, Man United, Roma, Sevilla, Ajax. So there is still intense competition for the European league, but tonight's match. Certainly Inter can easily win the match.

i have not been very lucky when i bet a game involving manchester united, lately manchester united has lost with teams that are said to be weak and Club Brugge is in first place in the Jupiler Pro League  and from what I saw they are a team that plays well, of course Manchester United plays in a very different league, but we must not forget that manchester united has already lost to teams like Watford (without wanting to despise Watford) that are very low in the premier league

@swogerino I’ll second that as Inter is indeed the strongest team in the Europa League, and I’m really wishing that Inter and Manchester United meet at some stage in the league or even in the finals because their clash will be really epic to watch.

Manchester United will definitely win tonight’s fixture because of Bruno, as his arrival has rejuvenated the squad and I feel that we shall more of him and Martial linking up tonight and scoring goals.

Bruno so far is playing well and doing good with his position but 1 man is never enough. It's all about how whole team plays. Brugge is also tough opponents since they were the one to upset in one of the group clashes against Real Madrid (but that was when Real were struggling). Man Utd. are no different they are still struggling IMO so it's hard to call anyone's victory in this.

I would rather stay on over/under goal market line expecting a low scorelines in this match.

The big European teams haven't shown their game yet. Even Ajax, still behind goals. And Inter haven't scored a goal during the first half. And for Manchester United it is still a draw. Ajax is not the team we saw last year. Plus on other hand they are facing Getafe who are enjoying a good La Liga season this year . Still I am expecting atleast one from Ajax in second half.

agree, expected that ManUtd will win the match, but they had ball possession, initiative, but there was not clear goal chances, and fast goal in the beginning turn around their plans for sure, nevertheless, it will be different in England, and do not expect problems with go through into next round
