How much BTC does Ritzgrandcasino payout each month in total to users?

Don't know the average of each month but last month was over 12 BTC:

https://blockchain.info/address/1PNK9dSSyXFZ7uc6vmnXueG6cdmkxwAwHz

Thanks for letting me know. How many users were there?

There were 79 payouts last month from that address all on May 1st.  I'm going to guesstimate that Ritz has around 100 members, and several were late signees or didn't make the 50 post count.

Unless Ritz would like to chime in.   Grin

I've been trying to forget about China, but China can't seem to forget about Bitcoin.   Sad

Just when you think they're out, they pull us all back in.
4764  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: AntMiner S2 1TH/s SOLO MINING on: May 15, 2014, 01:14:21 PM
Ok, I have a 1Th/s S2 Antminer and while I am enjoying its returns currently, I want to enter the lottery and solo mine bitcoins and other coins from time to time.

Q - Has anyone to date, been able to configure this mining machine to solo mine?  I have tried every combination I can think of but to no avail.  I can get it to go live on my local IP connecting to Bitcoin-Qt but it does not hash and the beepers sounds after about 1 minute.

I have even contacted Bitmain but they have not been helpful at all.

Any advice appreciated at this point (APART FROM POOL ADDICTS WHO WILL ADVISE NOT TO SOLO MINE)

Buy a few s-1's .  with your risking taking set of courage (ie balls) it is a good idea   you can get 2 for .92btc  if you have coupons 2 for .82btc

if you undervolt and under clock them to 150gh and 200 watts.   you solo mine with 300gh.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=526060.0

this is the under volt under clock thread.

if you do take this on  and get the s-1s working as solo miners please let us know.

I have 7 s-1's I do not know how to solo mine them.   I would not mind running 1 or 2 as solo miners.

An easy way to solo mine is point them here:

4769  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Is It Worth It ........ on: May 15, 2014, 03:29:43 AM
first of all i am doing this for fun and of course i hope to make a little coin or two
and i have free electricity

i have been looking at (Bitfury Twin Chip USB ASIC bitcoin miner 4~5 GH/s) it cost 45$
and also (49 Port Powered USB 2.0 Hub) 200$
and a Raspberry Pi whit card and cables 70,99$

there is room for 28 usb miner in the usb hub so that is around 140GH/s
is that okay to start whit

and the whole setup will only cost me around 1530$

If you're thinking of throwing away money at USB sticks at 140 GH/s for $1530 I have a better solution for you:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=608147.0

Get in on that Group Buy for $1650, and you'll end up with an S2 at 1 TH/s shipped in over a week or 10 times what you almost threw your money at.

Thank me later.

or he could just buy 6 S1 for less than 3 BTC Cheesy

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=417159.0;topicseen

I would've suggested the S-1's too just to get the extra hash, but with Bitmain's reveal that you'll be able to overclock to 1.8-2 TH/s with the S2 soon, I think the S2's the better way to go.
4770  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Black Arrow 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $1.99/GH/s, miners from $2.97/GH/s on: May 14, 2014, 08:50:12 PM
Also keep in mind that that's advertised speed versus "what it can overclock to".

If you want to play that game, as Jimmothy seems to want you to, then you should adjust the S1 numbers because most can easily hit around 200 GH (various overclock values from 375 - 400 Mhz).  And those are proven, long since shipped, in hand, with many overclocked at that speed since the beginning of this year.   So, if the X-1 comparison is at 120GH, use 200GH for S1.  That's fair.

I don't see it as playing games. I see it as a fair comparison. S1 at $1.35/gh is a great deal (possibly the best?) but 2w/gh is not very good.

X3 would need to be overclocked to 150gh to match the S1s price.

But all I'm saying is we are not getting ripped off here. BA is very close if not ahead of the competition in terms of cost/gh/efficiency.

The current compensation plan is about right if they ship everything next week. It's naive to think they actually will ship then. They should have demoed a full X-3 running by this point. It's safe to say a lot of people are rightly concerned about continued delays.

True. But if they don't ship reasonably soon don't you think they would up the compensation?

What do you think all this bitching and moaning is for, genius?

They're not going to ship reasonably soon, so we're trying to get them to up the compensation.

Haha Xian, classic movie Wargames with young Matthew Broderick.

The whole mining game(mining risk/rewards, costs, pre-orders, manufacturers) reminds me of this alltime fave of mine:

4773  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Anyone using Teamviewer? on: May 14, 2014, 07:58:30 PM
If you can connect to the Ant via browser, you just have to configure your mining pools in the Miner configuration screen.
4774  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: {BFL} WHAT THE:!( Butterfly Lads won't deliver the Monarch Till JUNE or JULY:( on: May 14, 2014, 07:56:02 PM
i just don't understand why people still believe in Butterfly after their first so called almost 1 year late delivery.

Same reason people still go to the casino when they're on a losing streak.  Can't be wrong forever.   Cheesy

It's a good thing I placed my bet on Black Arrow...what?  Not shipping until June or July either...

God, can't win at this pre-order game... Cry

Jimmothy is BA's perfect customer.  Will accept any compensation or shipping date as doing him a solid.

What, BA, you're shipping in July now??   Huh  YIPEEE HOORAY!!!!   Wink

By the way, what is everybody going to do when this month is over? Will you all stay loyal to Ritz, or go to UpDown if he pays?

Ride or die with Ritz.  Like people were saying with Ritz before, let's see UpDown pay a few months before we crown him.

Ritz will probably claim the sig crown before the next pay period anyways.  They always do.   Cool

New price for AntMiner S1: 0.468 btc each one, shipping cost included.
EVEN CHEAPER, Look at this BA tell us you aren't changing the compensation.

Forget that kingcolex, look at Pistachio's post above for Juan's groupbuy:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=608147.msg6715210#msg6715210

It makes a mockery of anything BA has to offer, shipping in a little over a week .  $1.65 per GH/s.

Where's Jimmothy to try make heads or tails out of this one?   Tongue
4779  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Yelp Officially Announces New Feature for Bitcoin Merchants on: May 14, 2014, 05:44:17 PM
Great to see. Too bad Ebay is owned by Paypal otherwise they would also allow to accept Bitcoin.

It's actually the other way around.  Ebay owns Paypal, but Carl Icahn(who has a stake in Ebay as well as on Ebay's board) has been trying to split the 2 companies apart for several months already.

Until Ebay's CEO, John Donahoe, budges from his stance on keeping the EBay/Paypal marriage intact, then Bitcoin won't be an Ebay method of payment anytime soon.

Does this program really pay like the op says, the thread seems untrusted.

Yes, just received payment 2 months in a row from RitzGrandCasino.  One member received over 1 BTC last month posting here.

The negative feedback on RGC's trust is from other forum members who also have negative trust.

Why did only 1 uesr received over 1 BTC,many others should have as the price per post is high. Why haven't they?

Because they're not spamming. People get paid based on number of posts and you certainly don't expect members to spam the forum just to get paid high, do you?

No of course not.Spamming is not allowed in this program and also I don't like spamming.

I meant if a 'Member' status user signs up for the program and he gets 0.0005BTC per constructive post.So if he does 30 constructive posts daily that would make him 0.015BTC daily and 0.45BTC monthly.

Is there any 'Member' status user making this much?I mean it should be possible as the limit peer month is 3000 posts.

It's not impossible, you just have to be really active and constructive at the same time.  I'm trying to get to that point, but I can only muster 10-15 posts a day on average.   Embarrassed
