481  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [IPO] CoinPal - Crypto-Currency Exchange & Profit Switching Mining Pool {NEW} on: April 28, 2014, 09:07:15 PM

It seems that I lost almost 2 BTC, which I won´t let it go like you wish to...

I think he wants everyone to let it go for a reason . . . .

Too bad we won't.  Grin

I said worst case scenario...I dont care what you do.

Brian Gaer?

Either this is something like a bad joke, or the ultimate irony.
I most likely lost 300 bugs in coinpal, but I tell you what. It was worth it. This thread is simply hilarious.
Had a lot of fun the last couple of weeks.

See this is the attitude you need to have. Any serious bitcoiner knows the #1 rule...lets all say it together, "Don't....Dont risk what you cant afford to lose". Risking more than a few hundred bucks on something you havent seen is half retarded..."a fool and his money will soon be departed".

God damn, thats the funniest fucking gif ever.

If people were anynomous yeah we might dropped the case. You guys arent

And please stop posting man, you try to hard defending yourself and coinpal. See what you did to yourself, by posting you just exposed yourself how stupid you are.

Well I did mention to him that I wanted to be a mod for the trollbox, but thats probably not happening anymore since we arent talking. Do you really think if I was involved, Id still be posting here calling you a dumbass? If I was involved, I would never post anything. If I was involved, I would of taken over this thread instead of Milligan in the beginning. I have nothing to do all day. I would be more discreet, probably make my facebook private, actually give a shit and be somewhat worried. I was obviously laying it on pretty thick I must say as well, and thats why you started digging. I knew my past posts could expose my identity, but again I didnt feel like deleting them as I did not care. Whats the worst that could happen? My name isnt on anything...The only thing that was fuckin lame is that he used my first name in a fucking email. I told him that was fucked up, and I still have not heard from him. So its definitely safe to say we are not really friends. He has ignored my texts, emails and calls. He obviously has not paid dividends, and the exchange is late. So he should definitely come here and explain or make an announcement. The fact that he hasnt, makes me lose some respect for him. I mean its technically your company.

But I will stop posting out of respect to the investors because you are/should be somewhat pissed off, and I would be too. Obviously from my past posts, you can see that ive been in your shoes, and its not cool...especially young Flannagan. But most of you guys lost small amounts, so chalk it up as a cheap lesson learned worst case scenario. Most of us have been there, and thats part of bitcoin.

So godspeed Coinpal investors. I hope the beta gets launched soon, and everyone forgets this whole mess.

I get it, I just dont care anymore. Its none of my business what he does with his company. He said he didnt have to explain 2 weeks ago before the scheduled launch. Now, he definitely needs to explain whats going on, I would have to agree. Another deadline is about to pass, so Im sure he will do something or obviously a lot of people are going to be pissed.

From al your history post on this forum it connect well to your own recent btc lost you guys trying to recover by putting up Coinpal.
You are guilty until Ryan G. comes here do the explanation about the whole situation and clearify your name.

Also i dont think share holders are waiting any day longer. Im sure, some wil take action after today sinds its just weekend.

Yup, 100% agree. Guilty until his buddy clears his name.

Agreed. You posted a photo from my Facebook. That was a good night, for halloween, 10 of us suited up and wore the guy fawkes mask out. This was in the hotel pre.

I'm young mate, 18 years old and just because I have a successful business life doesnt mean I don't like to have fun with my friends.

EDIT: Not you amd, I mean that Chris guy.

edit 2: The usb WAS NOT my idea, I have email proof it was Ryan Gay who said he was going to do it. I merely suggested it could be a nice thing to do for investors.

Yeah, its just a funny picture...my point was you collaborated with him on it as his marketing partner. As for the btc loss, I got most of it back and invested in MCXnow. The guy who runs it is anonymous, which I dont like. But he is a real DEV, so I know he is capable of doing things right. He has an actual exchange, a track record, and I knew it was very secure going in. Just because a bunch of idiots invested in an exchange they have never seen, isnt my problem. You cant fix stupid

I dont care what everyone thinks, I have no connection to coinpal aside from the fact I know ryan gay. My name is on nothing, and this is the only contact Ive had with investors. He used chris@coinpal.net to send an email, but that message was not sent from my IP. Plus Flannagan ran his little speech comparison and said it was written by the same person who corresponded thru other emails. I know, Im here so everyone wants to give me shit. But like I said, Im not worried at all. Hire an attorney and come after me, youll be wasting a lot of money and Ill get a good laugh. Walk up to me on the street, and Ill knock your dick in the dirt. Ryan is into computers and shit, I am not.

I love this thread  Cheesy

I do, too. So many liars. One is mia and the other has been caught lying multiple times thanks to some detective work.

This is good drama.

Yeah it was fun messing around with yall, but I never really lied. Aside from the fact that I know the person behind coinpal, everything Ive been saying is true. Coinpal was not intended to be a scam. I told him around April 5th that he should tell everyone that the release will be delayed. I said the sooner you tell people the better, which was just some friendly advice. I knew if the 18th rolls around and the exchange is not up, people are going to be pissed and start yelling scam. He said "dont worry about what I tell them" kind of dickishly thru text. After that I said, "ok" and that was the last advice I gave him. This is his baby, and none of my business. I was just trying to help out a friend whos company was being called a scam for no good reason. He has put a lot of time and money into coinpal, and Im sure he will have an explanation as to when the exchange will be up. Everything gets delayed in crypto, everyone know that. The USB giveaway was I believe Ryan Milligan and his promotional idea. He had a shit ton of chips he had bought a while ago before the IPO, so he paid to have them made out of his own pocket. Since bitcoin tanked, they werent selling for much on ebay. So he decided to give them away to investors. I didnt like the idea because shipping those all over the world wouldnt really be cost effective imo, but again it was none of my business.

So I hope coinpal comes out soon, but I have received the same updates as everyone else. Im sorry if I came off as a liar, which im not, but this milligan kid really pissed me off. Says he is a partner, and helping with coinpal then starts yelling scam when he doesnt receive an email back after a day. Anyone of you would of done the same thing if you were in a similar situation. Maybe you wouldnt of been as over the top, but you would of stuck up for a friend or you arent really a friend. Everyone else is just collateral damage in my flannagan railing. I want to see coinpal succeed just as much as everyone else.

Sorry, this is just too funny to pass up. Young flannagan and his merry band of mates  Cheesy

487  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [IPO] CoinPal - Crypto-Currency Exchange & Profit Switching Mining Pool {NEW} on: April 26, 2014, 09:00:16 PM
The fact of the matter is Ryan Milligan was a partner at Coinpal. Maybe not legally, but he was in direct contact with the registered owner and they paid for and chose the logo together. I guess Milligan is now holding the logo hostage, but he was still involved in the day to day business by his own accord. He said he was head of marketing and branding at coinpal, and obviously took over this thread as such.
488  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [IPO] CoinPal - Crypto-Currency Exchange & Profit Switching Mining Pool {NEW} on: April 26, 2014, 08:36:16 PM
Why not contact Ryan and see what the F is going on, and have him come here or on CS and explain.  Would it not be easier and better for Coinpal long run, at least if it is not a sham.

Oh trust me, I have contacted him and told him everyone thinks I was part of Coinpal. The only reason Im doing this is because I have no affiliation with coinpal whatsoever. I told him in the beginning to make his WHOIS private, and he said "Why, I have nothing to hide". But it was because of things like this I told him to hide it. People calling his dads company, and harassing him at all hours of the day and night.  I know a few people that run exchanges and they all get death threats. I thought he was an idiot, but it was none of my business.

Hes really into mining, and really into trading...so he wanted to combine the two into a business. He has put a lot of his own money into coinpal. I know that too...You read that IPO. Flannagan thought it was a great business plan, and that was all him. Hes also developed his own coin and is just waiting to launch it.

Last I heard he didnt want to explain himself on this thread, which was already under attack because of flannagan. He said he would let the exchange speak for itself. He was stoked about the layout and functionality last I heard.

If I were involved in coinpal and it were a scam, I wouldnt be on here defending it. I know he went into this with the best of intentions, and still plans to launch the exchange ASAP.

It looks like his father runs the biggest plumbing company in Orlando, so hes obviously not hurting for money. Nothing would have to be liquidated I assure you. But its his dads company, and hes into bitcoin. You think someone whos into bitcoin mining and cryptocurrencies wants to work at a plumbing company all their lives? No, last I heard he was talking about quitting to work on coinpal full time.

Hahahahahaha. You think if he doesn't make this right in the next few days and cant even respond to an email he has any chance of running anything to do with Bitcoin again? Never mind his own coin.

I would trust karples with my money more than him.

Well you talked to him, and you invested in him and wanted to be a partner because it was such a good idea. So I dont know what youre crying about. Just because the exchange is delayed, its no a reason to call him a scammer. Didnt he end up paying for most of the logos you guys were working on? You offered to pay, but he insisted on paying?

If you would trust Karples over anyone, youre sillier than I thought. That guy is straight up retarded

I paid $3000 for graphic design, he paid $1000 to me.

I invested 52.5BTC at the time it was like $23'000. He is still $22'000 richer and gained my trust for about a day.

Ok well first, you should be backhanded for paying 3k for a fuckin logo...what in the FUCK!! If I were a part of Coinpal, that would never of happened with my business capital. But the point is he paid because its legitimate, and he is trying to bring it all together.

I got 20 logos for that + a whole graphic set (facebook cover, twitter, business card, stationery, letters etc)

Still, I think thats a stupid business decision this early in the game. Logos can always be changed once the company is a success.

If your not involved like you say, you have nothing to worry about.

Im not worried in the slightest. He has to give some kind of announcement today it seems, so Im sure a lot of questions will be answered.
490  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [IPO] CoinPal - Crypto-Currency Exchange & Profit Switching Mining Pool {NEW} on: April 26, 2014, 08:26:33 PM
The media has already been alerted and is keeping an eye on this.  They are doing the back checking now, and will dig further if today passes and the Exchange is not launched.

AmericanBit, you will be contacted, along with Ryan G, and Ryan F.  It may not be that big of a story, but it will be a story.

Good, so I can tell more people to kiss my ass. You can report that as my official statement on this matter.

The Spongetech scam. Bought advertising in all MLB ballparks (behind home plate) and a bunch of NFL stadiums to promote their Trademarked false front Scam.  Sold billions of shares to cover advertising costs that helped them sell even more shares.

Interesting, I hadnt heard about that...I mean I know it happens. Like Herbalife is thought to be a scam by a few people, but they are still going strong. But its not the same thing. Bitcoin scams are usually just, take the bitcoin and take off and thats not what happened here.
495  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [IPO] CoinPal - Crypto-Currency Exchange & Profit Switching Mining Pool {NEW} on: April 26, 2014, 06:32:47 PM
so, Ryan G was already pushing 175 MH paying out over 6 BTC a week right? OR was he selling shares to pay dividends while profiting of the nieve?  These are questions you can answer AmericanBit.  Especially since you talked to him.... a week ago.

I can not accurately say how much coin he mines, but I know he has a shit ton of gear and the pictures are real. I live in LA, so I have never seen his mining operation in person.
496  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [IPO] CoinPal - Crypto-Currency Exchange & Profit Switching Mining Pool {NEW} on: April 26, 2014, 06:23:56 PM
Haha, so AmericanBit is part of the scam. No wonder he's been vehemntly defending Ryan Gay and coinpal, while trying to talk down to anyone who was trying to investigate.

Bad peanut, you the man!

Just because I know someone does not mean Im part of their business. Once again, I have nothing to do with Coinpal. I can just tell you with 100% certainty, its not a scam or wasnt intended to be a scam. Like I said, who in the fuck trademarks a scam? Im sure ryan is busting his ass trying to get it going. The mining equipment is real and the USBs are real. I know that for a fact. We used to be pretty close, but we recently had a falling out. I have not spoke to him in over a week, so I dont know the status of his Coinpal. If you want questions answered, I suggest you email him. I was merely sticking up for my investment like I said, as I did buy some shares just to support his venture. Also, I know its not a scam so I was passing that info along and if everyone knew that I knew him, I probably wouldnt of been believed.

With that being said, I dont think a lawsuit would suit you very well. You are not the only one with lawyers, and if they decide to fight the charges; youll have to prove everything in court. But please understand, no one goes to jail here for BS charges like these. We have real problems here in the US, and white collar crime is not at the top of the list. You can be charged with attempted murder and only get 3-5 years. You can also kill someone and never go to jail. It all depends on the circumstances. Accidents do happen, and this would definitely be considered an accident. The US doesnt really care about white collar unless its millions of dollars at stake...its just small potatoes

Trust me Flanagan, if I were part of Coinpal your ass would of never been involved. That was his biggest mistake. And dont friend request me. A bunch of dudes laying on a bed snuggling in Guy Faux masks is not my thing.

You are 100% part of this scam.  You LIED to everyone over and over again, covering for your friend.  Coinpal may or may not come through, but you obviously know much more than you are telling us.

I posted an announcement on Cryptostocks (BAMM) a while back trying to make others aware of this thread, but yet people continue to buy.

Ever heard of Spongetech?

No never heard of spongetech. I really dont care what everyone thinks. I have told you everything I know, as I have not talked to ryan in over a week now. If I told everyone I was his "friend" then this is what would of happened, and I knew that. I was just trying to calm the angry mob.

Again, who in the fuck would trademark a scam?

The scam was most likely to get money to buy the mining gear he bought, make investors coins back, lift the I.P.O and continue high power mining.

There was never going to be an exchange

Well hes given everyone a lot in dividends obviously and scammers usually dont do that. Scammers usually dont leave their WHOIS public. Scammers dont usually trademark their scam. Nothing about this says scam aside from the exchange being late, which is very common

Trust me Flanagan, if I were part of Coinpal your ass would of never been involved. That was his biggest mistake. And dont friend request me. A bunch of dudes laying on a bed snuggling in Guy Faux masks is not my thing.

I'll give your cell a call, give me Ryans number.

I dont think you understand that an ATTORNEY has said you (well Ryan in particular, you were apparently the Chris who was the other partner) CAN and very most likely will receive a prison sentence.

This is words from a man who has a degree in law and was one of the first attorneys to get to grips with crypto in the united states.

Bro, lawyers are full of shit...they just want your money. Dont call me, and it wouldnt be fair for me to give you his number. Its none of my business. You talked to him before, and hes your partner so its between you and him. Just email him and Im sure he will get back to you. I wasnt happy he used my name as a contact and I told him that. But I havent heard back like I said.

But again, who trademarks a scam? Deadlines were obviously missed, but that doesnt make him a scammer at all. Hes a smart guy, and he can pull this off.

Identity theft is not possible these days, so you must be telling the truth.

You have ended the discussion, bro. You won, bro.
Some paranoid might ask for another ID, but you probably don't have one. Or you changed your name meanwhile. Totally cool, bro.

You're my John G. now.

EDIT: Also, what is wrong with your camera? Why does it leave a white stripe in lower right corner?

Such sarcastic, much wow.

My camera is perfectly fine, thank you. I blocked out the line which contains my zipcode.

How idiotic is it to criminalize a person who just tries to contribute in the discussion? I don't tell you guys that coinpal is trustworthy or not, I only tell the fact I know for sure. Which is that i received my miner.

Well, you can carry on with your witch hunt now.

Thanks for that.

So, AmericanBit its now exposed you were the 'chris' from coinpal is it? Its a shame you guys have to rob people to make something of yourselves. I do't expect to see an exchange up in the next 18 hours. In which case he owes more dividends (specifically said they were ours until launch date) and he's just fucking it up for himself more.

I bet you guys wish you hadn't tried to rob me now?

haha, i have no idea why they used my name. Its a pretty common name around these parts though. Why would I scam someone? I posted on this forum that I got robbed, you really think I would do it to someone else? Thats just crazy. I have money, I definitely dont need to steal any. I am someone you can trust, and Coinpal is real. I am pretty sure ive seen it trademarked! Who the fuck trademarks a scam?

If u didnt call me a dumbass earlier i wouldnt search deeper. Must be coincidence AGAIN, having eachother on facebook and are from the same highschool
Lets see how u talk ur way out of this

Dude, that was a huge high school....I suppose you knew everyone in your high school? Just chill out Bert!
