481  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It could take 2 years for the market to recover on: July 15, 2018, 01:45:20 AM
I wish I was joking but this market will take at least 2 years to recover and build momentum again.
Market fundamentals have changed!

You could actually be true. There are predictions in line with yours. We will see in about five to six months whether what you are saying is indeed right or wrong. But for now, I will continue to believe that when the bullish months will come, the all time high of Bitcoin as well as the altcoins will be reached once again. That fundamentals, whatever you are referring to, may not be the determining factor.
482  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why people don’t believe in crypto? on: July 14, 2018, 02:15:26 AM
Hey guys, why do you think people don’t believe in crypto? The potential of crypto is great. Moreover crypto is the currency of the future! Do you agree?

I fully agree. But the truth is that this information is still not reaching the bigger population of the world. Cryptocurrency remains a vague concept to a lot of people, if indeed they have heard of it. Yes, it is gradually reaching them though. The potential is there. So it is just a matter of time before the whole world will finally hear of it and adopt it. Even those who are not convinced will finally be shifting views in due time.
483  Economy / Speculation / Re: What happen to Bitcoin Market Nowadays? on: July 14, 2018, 01:40:07 AM
I have been checking the bitcoin market price movement and it seems that it is very unpredictable. I was thinking that the bitcoin market price to go high since it has already having a good sign on market price increase but as to what happen now it seems that there are still huge dip on it and i do not no what happen to bitcoin market market price movement nowadays? Do you have the idea why this happen?

Why? Anything unusual or bizarre with the Bitcoin market nowadays? I cannot find any. For as long as I can remember, the market has always been extremely volatile. Was there a specific time in the past years of Bitcoin existence in which the price movement is predictable? I cannot think of such a time in the past. The huge dips are always a part of the Bitcoin ride.
484  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What factors scare others from investing into bitcoin? on: July 14, 2018, 01:08:07 AM
Most people are scared by their own unfamiliarity or ignorance of Bitcoin. While there are others who are saying that the main reason why other people are scared investing into Bitcoin is the fact that it is considered a bubble to some, I would say they are scared because they do not know the real deal of Bitcoin. If only these people will try to understand Bitcoin better, they would not be this easily swayed.
485  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Bitcoin is pretty easy on: July 13, 2018, 06:38:52 AM
Hello,

I am a new investor in Bitcoin and I can tell that trading Bitcoin is so much easier that trading Forex. I double my wallet in 3 months with swing trading! I bought Bitcoins between 6000 / 7400 and sold them at 11.500. Last days I bought Bitcoins between 7300 and 8100 and I still have them.
The important thing is to believe that bitcoin will continue to go up, like me, so you can find the good entry points.

I post Bitcoin analyzes on my twitter channel so take a look, I already have some good results from my start. I post also my results of my profitable EA forex robot.

Good luck!

Chris

Bitcoin trading is easier when you do swing trades. It is also easier to do some scalping. But when you do day trading, things would become a lot more difficult. Or if you are highly technical in your orders. There are different ways to trade, different approaches. They differ also in difficulty, risk, profit, skills needed, etc. Swing trades are good these days because the market is highly jumpy.
486  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin requires approval from countries ? on: July 13, 2018, 04:27:31 AM
Germany recently approved bitcoin, why exactly is the approval required and what will happen after approval ?

Actually, Bitcoin does not need approval. The problem with countries is that they want to control everything. They want to regulate everything. Freedom, in this sense, is something that may be allowed but falls well within their authority and control. Of course, they need to do that since they are the caretaker of the country and its people. However, they oftentimes go aboveboard.
487  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do older people like investing in Gold/Silver? on: July 12, 2018, 06:22:33 AM
I'm not one who would invest in precious metals, but I have noticed that a good amount of the older generations are pretty keen in investing in these metals. They see it as a way to bet against the market, and a security that will always be safe -- even in the times of a market downturn/country failure as a whole.

I personally wouldn't even want to buy these metals in those events, as I don't see the reason to. I'd rather invest in securities that go up when the market shits itself (Payroll lending companies and so on and so forth)

Does anyone here know the reason behind people loving precious metals?

Well, the key word there is old. As they say, you cannot teach old dogs new tricks. The old investors, consider Warren Buffet for example, are not easily swayed by new technologies that are not 100% convincing to them. Gold, silver, diamonds, and other precious stones have proven time and again their worth. It has resolved all doubts as to its resiliency in the market. Whatever happens to the world, their values remain stable and high.
488  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Another Coin Take the Crown? on: July 12, 2018, 05:05:13 AM
Bitcoin is the oldest and most valuable cryptocurrency, but a crop of nimble competitors, including Ethereum and Bitcoin Cash, could lure investors away.

That is happening right now. It has been happening since the alternate cryptocurrencies came into the picture. There was a time when Bitcoin was the only one in the whole crypto world. The entire focus was on him. But since the other coins came out, the interest was already divided. The investments were also going to different directions. That was a the time when the domination of Bitcoin goes down. But it is actually a success everyone should be celebrating.
489  Economy / Speculation / Re: When will you sell Bitcoins ? on: July 12, 2018, 04:29:20 AM
Your computation is rather confusing. I don't quite understand it. Anyway, what I know is that Bitcoin's price is always treading a zigzag line. Sometimes it goes up. Sometimes it goes down. And when it is up, you could sell. And when it is down, it means it is buying time once again. As for me, I will not be selling soon. The price is still very low. I would want to see the 5-digit price before considering selling.
490  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is 2018 the year when crypto goes mainstream on: July 11, 2018, 08:30:37 AM
The truth is that the anticipation for crypto to go mainstream increases as time goes on. In fact there are skeptis who would have nothing to do with crypto unless it goes mainstream. Is 2018 that year when blockchain crypto goes mainstream?

The entrance of cryptocurrency to the mainstream is not a one time big time step. I mean, it will not happen overnight. It is not possible that today crypto remains a sort of an underground currency and tomorrow it will become the currency of choice of the people. The process is expected to be gradual. The mainstream route of crypto started much earlier and as the months go by it is also becoming a stronger force in the mainstream.
491  Economy / Speculation / Re: Dont Buy BTC Expensive, Wait. on: July 11, 2018, 07:56:00 AM
Dont Buy BTC Expensive, Wait. Whale want to sell you Expensive BTC  now, wait and buy BTC cheaper.

Of course, everybody wants to buy a cheap Bitcoin. The question then is how cheap is cheap? How cheap the price of Bitcoin could go? This is something we cannot ascertain. That is why there were many people who bought during those months in which the price of Bitcoin was a bit expensive. You cannot tell exactly when Bitcoin's price will rise or fall. It could rise or fall when you least expect it.
492  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Huge potential earnings in bitcoin, still not interesting for others on: July 10, 2018, 05:35:58 AM
As i began my journey through the world of cryptocurrency, it comes to my mind why other people are just ignoring the opportunities that bitcoin gives..

Can you give me some reasons why it's not that interesting for others?

There are various reasons for this. Probably, other people who are already aware of the track record as well as the potential growth of Bitcoin are still hindered by their fears. Even in the face of fantastic growth, the risk is still there, ever present. If these risks are what they are maximizing on then they would probably be choosing safety over profit. The truth is that there are more people who are not risk-takers than those who are.
493  Economy / Economics / Re: Which Asian countries have the greatest influence on bitcoin? on: July 10, 2018, 04:58:50 AM

Countries with large amounts of virtual currency transactions such as China, Japan, Korean and India with the increasing trend of many brands continuing to expand their payment operations in Bitcoin, this currency will rise to a peak of $ 20,000 in 2017.
However, recent bad news from Asian countries Bitcoin price is going down very fast. Yesterday bitcoin price continues to fall deep down to 8,200$ and possibly more.
In particular, China and India have a great influence on the BTC currency because the number of bitcoin traders is huge

China has Bitcoin restricted to a certain extent. But people are still very much involved with it. That is something I read somewhere, a post made by someone who has been to china himself. India has a confusing official stand on it. But I am doubting if the large Indian population which is supporting Bitcoin is totally shunned from any access. Most probably, they are still freely into it.
494  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH or LTC long term? on: July 09, 2018, 05:26:58 AM
Bitcoin may be too high for your liking but the truth is that it could still reach as high as $100,000 per BTC. And it might happen in a year or two from now.

I think Charlie Lee is one great genius. But he left Litecoin. This would definitely be pulling down the price of Litecoin. The growth will definitely get affected. In 5 years times, I think you would be making a bigger profit with Ethereum rather than with Litecoin.
495  Economy / Speculation / Re: Has Bitcoin reached its goal? on: July 08, 2018, 05:12:38 AM
I'm not referring to the price of Bitcoin (we all know it's going to be $250,000/coin by 2022), but the goal that it would be a legitimate alternative to inflationary government fiat currencies.  When the altcoin market is examined, it is inextricably linked to the price of Bitcoin.  Where Bitcoin goes, so does the rest of the cryptocurrencies.  There's even somewhat of a dismissive attitude toward other crytpos in some investment circles; strangely this was a similar sentiment held by those "respectable" investors when Bitcoin was in its infancy.

What do you think?  I'd love to hear from some crytpo veterans.

Even if Bitcoin is almost reaching its 10th age already, it is a clear that its goal is not yet fully achieved. We can easily accept the reality that it is still fiat money that remains in use today anywhere in the world. Bitcoin is also used as a currency, and remains to be a great alternative to fiat. But it is still growing as a currency, still far from achieving its full potential. The road is not easy either. But it will make it to its goal, one step after another.
496  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are you still afraid of? on: July 08, 2018, 04:31:22 AM
Some people have been afraid of crypto for quite some time now. I feel majority ought to have overcome this fear.
- People still panic and loose their profits.
- Some panic and loose participating in good projects.
- Some panic is loose their holding.
- Some panic and miss the opportunities in crypto.
If fear does not do any good, why do we then still fear?

Fear will actually bring you nothing. Fear will only take hold of you not to act and take risks. It may sound as if it will keep you away from danger of losing investments, but it will also give you nothing. In other words, fear will make you stagnant at most. When you invest and you are fearful, expect your holdings to go down zero. Especially here in the world of crypto, fear has no place. Take risks and earn.
497  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin has no demand! on: July 06, 2018, 03:05:00 AM
Look at the daily volume. Apart from pumps and dumps there is no real demand.
The media are making things worse and so are negative statements by notable entities!
I can’t see the price recovering without some BIG TIME positive news!
The trick here is to buy in near the low and be prepared to hold for a while!
You need to get into good quality ALTS that do not have negative luggage!

Quite the opposite. Every time I pay a visit to the Bitcoin buy and sell transactions, I almost always find the green word buy way more often than the red word sell. But I wonder why the price is still low. I think the price of Bitcoin will grow naturally in the next few weeks. This will prove you wrong. Bitcoin's price does not need a big time positive news for it to grow. People buy Bitcoin not because of big news. They buy because of the big profit waiting for them.
498  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin is the vehicle, we run it on: July 06, 2018, 02:27:53 AM
A lot of posts are about bitcoin (eg bitcoin for illegal transactions ... bitcoins change lives ... bitcoin destroys the world ... bitcoin poison and so on) but basically it's all humans that move .. bitcoin is the tool. Good bad how the tool is how the man who runs. is it worth blaming bitcoin. What is your opinion?

Great post, mate. I could not agree more on your thoughts. Bitcoin is neither right nor wrong. Neither is it good nor bad. Bitcoin is simply an invention, a tool, as you call it. It is basically a tool for spending. In other words, a currency. However, what you buy with that currency is not up to the currency itself but up to the one who is using the currency. If you use your Bitcoin to buy illegal drugs, then the problem is on you and not on Bitcoin. Bitcoin cannot decide for itself.
499  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best Time to Sell Altcoins on: July 06, 2018, 01:05:35 AM
Hy guys. Most of the time I use to trade with altcoins and I use to sell altcoins when they are above ICO price and giving some profit. I do not hold atlcoins for long time. What if you have some altcoins, what will be your strategy to use that coins? Is there any specific best time for every altcoin and when it is going well and we should sell ??

Altcoins are so many. And they highly vary from one another. So I would say, my decision whether to hodl an altcoin for a long time or not will depend on the particular altcoin. Let us say we are talking about Ethereum, I would recommend that you hodl it. The future of Ethereum is greater than the other altcoins. Let us say the altcoins that you talk about are those that are hardly known and are even ranked lower than 500th rank. I think you need to look at its fundamental features and if they are not as amazing as the ones on top then, you consider hodling them short term.
500  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Punishment for ICO for being scammed. on: July 05, 2018, 03:34:33 AM
Is there any posible way to filter who are going to make an ICO to be able to know if there are scam or not? And is there any bodies of law that would be able to punish them once they turn into scam. And what punishment should be given upon committing such the crime?

There are several ways to determine whether the ICO is scam or not, from fundamentals up to the highly technical and detailed scrutiny of the project's product. But to those who are only aware of the basic ways, perhaps it is only up to reading whitepapers and understanding them up to a certain level, reviewing the teams and their website and other media, raising questions and concerns to the developers, and so on.

As regards legal commitments, it would be up to the country where the project is duly registered and operating. They will be answerable to their laws.
