So far this question was raised for quite sseveral times in this thread, but unfortunately I don't have enough information that the team and the developers decided to launched any bounty campaign. It will be very nice if they will finaly launch the campaign. Yes. It would be great if they will decide to launch it since most of the people are likely to participate especially on this kind of project. But as I have noticed in here and even in telegram chat, there is no clear informations so probably we can't be sure if they will provide but I'm hoping there is. I agree that the introduction of such a conservative business as health care will not be easy. I hope the team will be able to implement the project. I mean, this is a cryptocurrency is project. Everything is possible if you have cryptocurrencies so, I 100% sure the developer can implement it. For DISPATCH LABS. They didn't launch any ICO yet and even without it the project is in progress in term of development, So I don't think it depends on fund collected from ICO at least in this stage. Yes, all is depends how the team will manage to make it successful, but I agree that funds are really needed to continue the developments and enough funds are needed to support marketing and listing if ever they have plans to get listed.
