The one with the lowest fees, and doesn't have a huge proportion. (as mentioned, BTC guild is actively discouraging signing up).

Two factor provides strength against copy-paste and keyboard attacks, which no password can do.

Two options: paper wallet, or redundantly backed up wallet with super-strong password (preferably in Truecrypt).

At the time of this post, 465155/11043350 ~ 0.04. Therefore, we would "appear" to be slightly undervalued LTC wise?
