this "higher temp = higher performance" doesnt make a lot of sense. Design aside, there are only two factors affecting performance: - clockspeed. Is this variable on KnC? Can it be measured? - number of functional cores/ % of HW errors. Does this go down as temps go up?
Thats it. The rest is statistical noise.
sense or not. i have one jupiter that reacts in the same way. additional cooling with a big box-fan on top of the miner = cgminer crashes every 5 min. without box-fan = cgminer stable / higher avg GH.

This is some BULLSHIT. They got till the 31 to have my miner at my damn DOOR. They have burned my bridge. Hell betime i get it i will only be making BTC0.001 a day off of it. Gone through 2 Difficulty changes ALREADY!. dude just ask for a refund... that's what I did. I was order 65xx and I knew there was no fuckign way I was getting my order before november did you get your refund?

@cedivad As a hero member, you should know what the risks are in bitcoin land. I didn't get KNC because I was uncomfortable with ordering from another country. I weighed the pros cons of HF and purchased a few BJ. I am still hoping to get my bitcoins back. I am more interested in getting these miniboards.... who cares about cases and power supplies.... I just want the miniboards. I will treat them like the new GPU. It is a too early to be talking law suits... jeeezz.... take a chil pill... smoke a joint.. have a drink... go get laid... something other then what you've been doing # be prepared to more bullshit in this thread the coming weeks until they finally deliver the first miners trolls that arent invested at all and whiners will rule this thread - just go and read the knc thread in the second half of september, same bullshit story

... Do you have any tangible proof that hashfast WONT deliver anything before the end of the year? ...
What, exactly, would constitute such proof for you (short of Hashfast announcing that they wouldn't)? There is no evidence to the contrary, not even a blurry pic of a plausible PC board or a box of fans. They openly state that they have no chips. There's nothing tangible *at all* here, thus no "tangible evidence." Crumbs, honestly, how can you expect that i take you seriously after you trolled the KNC thread for MONTHS? There is a reason everybody has you on ignore. I estimate that after Hashfast is delivering you will just move on to the Cointerra-thread and proceed trolling there?

Do you have any tangible proof that hashfast will delivery anything before the end of the year? Because i don't. Like a pic of a PCB. Do we have a pic of the PCB we should have received already?
Do you have any tangible proof that hashfast WONT deliver anything before the end of the year? I seriously think you should stay out of this business. I am sorry but I would agreed with cedivad. BFL as bad as they were posted PCB's hashfast has not posted anything. A stack of seasonic psus, a pic of one pcb nothing. Thats the perfect example what pictures of PCB`s and other components other that ASICs are worth: NOTHING.

-> Rein garnichts.

There are only around 155 people that ordered the first batch. Unless the people complaining and threatening are some of the few that have large orders, their cancellations would be meaningless. This is a lot of noise. I really think HF could be communicating more effectively though. Send the screen shots from the project portals. Then everyone will shut up.
yeah, its like the knc thread. before they started to ship in that thread were 90% of all posts bullshit. "they will never deliver!" "its not possible to have no chip today and to deliver in october!" "its a scam!" and so on. just like this thread now. all those fukkers were gone at the 1st october and never came back.

you ever heard the term "variance"?

So my Jupiter won't break 495GH.. all temps below 45C, I've tried .95 96 961 and on 97 with no luck. Fan mod, case of etc. Any other last ideas?
more fans. asic temps are not very important as they are cooled very well with those giant heatsinks.
