501  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins That Has Went to $0 Price? on: August 31, 2019, 11:58:13 AM
I heard that over 85% of crypto from over a few years ago has went to 0.  Is that true or false?

Can someone give me a list of the popular coins that were pretty well known that has went to 0?  The only one i know of is bitconnect.  All the other coins, they might have dropped to pennies but what coins has went straight to 0.
Loads of coins and tokens  have had really rough times in trying to ensure they execute their projects to suit a solution they have so imagined but many at times they "sleep" even before they get to enlist in an exchange or even before they mark their very first year anniversary. Although the causes of this is yet to be ascertained but it has called for a decline in the price of their tokens to below $0. i checked this website to get details and i was shocked the number of projects enlisted in it. https://www.coinopsy.com/dead-coins/ico/
502  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: if no one wants to buy coins in bull market what will happen? on: August 31, 2019, 11:47:14 AM
If everyone keeps evading not to buy coins and tokens or build portfolios in bull market and only waiting for price surge how exactly will price value keeps up? excluding traders taking advantages i think more value will be added to tokens and coins if many investors are creating more buy orders on exchanges
trading activities on a particular token or coin is sufficient enough to encourage the price value. The idea of building portfolios isn't bad but doesn't actually affect the project. What affects the price of tokens or coins the most is the implementation of the roadmap and keeping the investors updated via social media handle. token burn also helps in price appreciation. these whole factors can cause people to dive into projects with their funds seeing that the project is materialising over time and in accordance with their promise.
503  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why transactions take so much time? on: August 31, 2019, 11:41:37 AM
Hello! To be honest, I'm so tired of waiting for transactions. I use changelly and I have to wait for my transaction for 5-30 minutes and that's exhausting. Do you know exchanges with faster transactions?

loads of exchanges that execute transactions with speed exists within the blockchain space. it has not being spelt out which is the most reliable but a handy of them are quite reputable and commonly used and heard of within the space. Binance is actually taking the lead in such exchanges and followed by the others in no particular order. you can further google for more information and advice.
504  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do You think ICO Investing Is Worse Than Online Gambling on: August 30, 2019, 01:19:48 PM
Do You think ICO Investing Is Worse Than Online Gambling? what do you think
On ICO investing you will have to wait for several months like 3 to 10 months before the ICO is finished and you'll wait to 2 to 3 months more to get the coin in the market and there's no guaranty that you will make a profit, majority of the coins coming from ICO are down 50 to 90% and that was over a year of waiting.

on online gambling, if you play your cards right like when you have control on when to stopped and you have built a strategy, you can win over and over again and you can withdraw your gains immediately

I believe it depends on the individual. some people have passion for gamings with various reasons and they mostly consider investing in playing games or even in the games industry rather than ICOs while many others consider ICOs more important than gaming and therefore spend their resources as investors towards that business that gives them joy and ignites their passion. But if I am to choose amogst both of them, I will choose the ICO.
505  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: waiting for altcoin season might take time on: August 27, 2019, 09:16:48 PM
I never expected anything to be easy maybe thats why i dont get worried about present market price

The first time i decided to invest in crypto was after the last bullrun of 2017 and i knew that 2017 was a big chance and i missed it since i never entered this space very earlier before the bullrun so after bear market takes over what comes straight to my mind was 'its never going to be easy to see a big change in market movement  like 2017'and since then i just keep my head up and find other means of living yet i cant do without investing in coins and tokens, the next altcoin season might not come anytime sooner but only those who are in hurry will be in pain, its never going to be that easy.

Whenever you embark on investing in cryptocurrency and most especially, the altcoins, dive in whenever and at whatever point you meet it because it maybe the last point of its All-Time-Low and just while you are about to consider another dip to occur, it then goes on the reverse
506  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BOUNTIES WITH REGIONAL RESTRICTION. on: August 27, 2019, 09:01:04 PM
I though that cryptocurrency is Meant for everyone. i thought that one of the reason is to create a decentralized system. for everybody on this planet in need to fight of the centralized economic system.

1;WHY Do we have projects that places restriction for investors from certain regions.

2;Why do some project owners ban some regions from participating in the Marketing campaigns of their project but Rather allows such people to invest in their project.

Well the first question is understandable but still Not clear to me BUT THE Second, is apt.

i believe regional restrictions are with respect to the region's policies and sanctions as not al parts of the world have come to terms with crypto yet. Lets consider a practical case of india, where the government doesn't make allow the crypto related transactions. it is of no use allowing or even considering a future use for them as it is always not in their sturctural pattern to allow the blockchain technology. But that doesn't mean that they can not change location and become eligible to carry out crypto related transaction. Hence, the need for the to invest also without considering their location.
507  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why do people lose confidence with ethereum? on: August 27, 2019, 08:45:42 PM
why are people busy with ethereum? whether their trust has been lost. Isn't the rise and fall of coin prices on the market common? yes ... considering the market is bearish does not mean that ethereum prices will die and that does not mean that bitcoin will dominate the market forever.

come on stay enthusiastic, Let time answer. don't listen to FUD, if you are an old investor I'm sure you won't stop here. reconsider before you make a brief decision ... because ethereum is a high-potential altcoin, I'm sure they will soon rise from this difficult time.

the potentials i ethereum is more than just market analysis and also the onsideration of ethereum as an altcoin. I remember ethereum was somewhere around $15 as of January 2017 and 2018 saw it hit an All-Time-High of almost $1500 and that is what gives me the confidence that no matter what the market comes with
508  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are ICOs success factors? on: August 27, 2019, 08:37:08 PM
Aim of the research will be to exaime the success factors of ICOs.

Have you ever invested in an ICO? If yes, then it’s your chance to contribute your knowledge towards the very new field of academic studies.
In doing so, you will become part in scientific discoveries with regards to this new form in raising capital.
Many thanks in advance for your contribution!

ICOs are great deals through which major innovative and creative concepts have come to reality and use cases to most challenges faced globally. I consider transparency the first success factor in an ICO and then loads of publicity and social media actions and updates, interactive sessions and meetups are also not left out of the equation as people want to get to know from you, first hand, what you inted to achieve and what their monies are to be used for.
509  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: MIRACLE TELE SCAM??? on: August 27, 2019, 08:19:41 PM
I got this email yesterday from Miracletele admin:
===========================================================================================
CEO has really left the channel because of too much FUD in here, team think he doesn't show a strong behaviour.

Instead of going away he should have continuosly reassured the community about his projects and the future of MT and give clear explainations about slow payouts.

The employees'union decided to go on vacation until 09/15/2019 due to the lack of common sense and logic from Mr Burchik.

========================================================================================
Whats going on with this project? CEO run away and employees going on vacation?

I do not consider that to be a leading light towards that perception of the topic.
Persons can decide to walk away from rooms of telegram for loads of reasons including the disturbances of room members towards the project and most times, they even get impersonated by those looking for ways to make cheap money from investors.
510  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: EOS WALLET on: August 24, 2019, 10:49:09 PM
Hello Guys.
please who is conversant with EOS Wallet. i finds it difficult to send out tokens in my account. i am using the current scatter software. someone should assist please. i will appreciate.

eos is one of the coins that supports feeless transactions within its platform but there are others resources needed to help you facilitate a transaction. they utilise what is known as cupu and ram and these can be bought using the eos coin. the price of these features actually vary as iit is not fixed. without these resources, you may not likely transact from your wallet
511  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Projects Paying Out in Bitcoin or Ethereum Instead of Bounty Native Token on: August 24, 2019, 10:46:20 PM
For the fact that many projects in the cryptocurrency ecosystem doing bounties pay bounty hunters in their native tokens thereby blaming hunters for the dump in price most at times. I think it will be more preferable to have rewards paid in bitcoin or ethereum in order to save bounty hunters from receiving blames unnecessarily. I took part recently in a bounty (ANYONE project) and the payment is in btc though still awaiting payment but we're saved from unnecessary bickerings relating to price.
If on this bounty space we can get rewards in these currencies (btc or ethereum) it will do more good because after payout everybody faces their business and it will be left for the project team to see to how value could be added to their token or project as I can term it.

It's quite glaring and painful at the same time, bounty hunters are at the receiving end. In some cases, bounty managers change the rules with utmost disregard to hunters. I partook in a bounty just recently, where the BM was looking for a different excuse to cut down the rewards in their own native token seeing that price of the token skyrocket after their IEO and not allocating the agreed percentage to those tagged successful thereby denying hunters of what should have accrued them.

Any suggestion on the way forward that could be of help to bounty hunters having fair treatment and not be treated as a piece of rag after successful project campaign(s)? I want to learn from others experiences on the forum.

very interesting topic i must confess.

paying bounty hunters in the native token is better in my opinion but since they are specialists in pullin gdown the prices of the token then, they should be regulated. a perpetual lockdown of the token for a period of time is not a bad idea as they must have being paid to the individual accounts. The idea of paying hunters in a valid asset (BTC &ETH) cannot be sustained as they team needs funds to execute the project and not to pay hunters as they are not the project.
512  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Now I want to buy some kind of alternate coins. What kind of coins can I buy? on: August 24, 2019, 10:37:42 PM
I had some capital investment. Altar coins. Now that's 30% price. Will I ever get my capital back?Looking to invest in some capital. What can I buy alternate coins. Will Alter Coin Market return to its previous position?

DYOR, this is a term that is always considered as a guideline to anyone who deems the cryptospace fit for his or her finances to be committed to it in the name of investments and offcourse to make profit, DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH is more like an advice for you to be responsible for the sufficiency in knowledge before investing.
513  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What exchange is better than binance? on: August 24, 2019, 10:35:08 PM
I think that Binance will go bankrupt soon because if hacker attacks and scandals with users database. That is why I want to know what exchange is better to use. I know that changelly is good, but I don't know about them a lot/ Do you know it? What do you think about

Kucoin and Coinbene are the next set of exchangers that i consider reliable that one can calmly exchange tokens without issues and again, Bittrex has being known to be a reliable exchange even before the likes of Binance came to existence, Bittrex has been known to be one of the oldest exchange in the history of cryptocurrency
514  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICOs 2019: A Year Of Success of Failure? on: August 24, 2019, 10:28:04 PM
What happened to the ICO phenomenem of 2017? The craze which swept the crypto world and brought crypto based investment on a mass scale never seen before has subsided.

ICOs are still happening but with less fanfare and there does not seem to be any investor appetite probably because the amount of scams hugely outnumbering legitimate projects.

Add to than the number of bounty participants being scammed by the ICO project operators it stands to reason they are not promoting ICOs which has also contributed to the lack of ICO success.

IEOs have started to kick in and that too has made ICOs less appealing.

In your opinion are there any ICOs in 2019 that have been notable successes?

In your opinion are there any ICOs in 2019 that have been notable failures?

In your opinion are there any ICOs in 2019 that have been notable scams?

How would you sum up ICOs in 2019 so far?

In my opinion, ICOs have so far being the major reason why startups can actually reach their goals and materialise their dreams. It is true that the startups have turned to ICOs to generate funds for their projects but more real is the solutions these startups have given through the help of funding, considering these I will affirm that ICOs have been a success.
515  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gigantic max supply is bad on: August 24, 2019, 10:25:28 PM
Apart from real use case do coins and tokens max supply counts as well? for example lets look at doge coin, its max supply is 280 billion and the circulating supply is 120billion which is presently trading at 0.0026$ what would have happened if its max supply is in millions ?

i think some coins have way to much max supply which actually affects the coin or token performance as well, coins with low supply will always have better value than having gigantic supply.

i think coins with maximum supply in billions has an effect in the price and value of the coins. when coins are in their millions they are termed more valuable than coins that have supply in their billions. it erduces the value of the coin and also reduces the pace at which it is appreciated by investors.
516  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Methods of growing your Altcoins? on: August 24, 2019, 10:21:57 PM
Hi! Everyone

What do you think is best methods to increase your Altcoin.

Invest in ICO?
Trading?
Hold?
Others?

trading is the best way to grow your altcoins, trade it first and then when it appreciates and you see another prospective project that has loads of god stuff to offer then you uinvest in their project through which ever means they use to make it available to investors. ICO, IEO or STO and then HODL till it appreciates before selling.
517  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What is the best coin buy now? on: August 24, 2019, 09:47:59 PM
I agree with your words so that it is good to buy coins. Because the prices of the coins have increased due to the purchase of coins, which then attracts the buyer's attention. As a result, everyone loves to buy coins and loves it. You can buy Bitcoin or ETH coins. These two coins are very good. You can buy a token again from which you can earn good profit.so everyone interested.
i will advice a thorough reasearch by any and every investor who deems the crypto space fit for his or her funds to be committed to as a form of business venture. it is the research that will advice on what it is to consider a worthy investment in the space and how much risk can be afforded in the cause of investing.
518  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Eth Price faces further decrease on: August 24, 2019, 09:45:30 PM
on Ethereum, i don't think the coin is coming back anytime soon as it faces further decreases in the price, as at today the price is 187USD, this coin has been struggling to climb up to it's formal state, i still hope the price hits 500USD or more by the end of the year.

i think it has nothing to do with the differences between the price. ethereum is still being upscaled by vitaik and his team and there is no doubt that he will deliver on his promises of scalability. the recent update on the ethereum website has shown that the further advancement of the platform will also give an increase in the price.
519  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO increasing rapidly on: August 20, 2019, 11:18:26 AM
I think ICO started to increase day after day and people started to trust it,The future will goes to ICO, maybe because the low price or the new features which it provides.

I think ICO era has been over taken by the intorduction os STO/IEO and other alternative improvision of sourcing for funds. people tend to avoid certain ICO and focus more on IEO particularly and STO because of the regulations that the projects have to meet and the checks done gives the investors a degree of security in their investment fundings.
520  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't doubt the power of Staking coins on: August 20, 2019, 10:49:20 AM
Staking coins is way better than mining ,hassle free and no generating of heats ,I'm luck to come across miracle telecom project that offers token holders rewards every two weeks from the projects 40% net profits and so far so good ,the reward is not fixed but its way better that other staking coins too ,with 100 tele tokens you can easily make 1.2-2euro based on their net profit every two weeks.

Do you guys have any other staking coins as good as this?
Share your comments below.

Miracle telecom project is a laudable one from my findings, it has one of the most rewarding packages that i have ever seen coming from staking coins projects. I have 120 miracle tele tokens but i am yet to get started with my own staking but i will work on staking it immediately since i am certain it is efficient.
