508  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casinos not asking for KYC to register and play, but do require it to withdraw on: January 20, 2024, 11:56:40 PM
Choosing a casino site that has a good reputation is the main solution, many are available here, and you can read reviews about casinos directly here, that's why you are always careful with new casinos, usually the T&Cs and Tos are still displayed but the text is minimized or in a corner. so that people are lazy to read, still be careful with cashinks like that, deposit without withdrawing  Grin
Those who know the reputation of a gambling site may decide which to play and which is not. But those who are not aware of these they usually can't play and can't be aware of it and as a result may fall into the trap of KYC.
509  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Another question? Tell me your average amount per bet and your monthly income? on: January 20, 2024, 11:54:52 PM
I think those who are professional might have set up their bet amount and might have passific income but as I am not a professional gambler I have not set a bet limit and my bet is not always the same or the same space. Also, I usually do not have any profit if I calculate monthly.
510  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Is Stake playing fair? What about others? Where is the line of trust here? on: January 20, 2024, 11:51:28 PM
you can easily check blockchain transaction as proof

What is the transaction then? Care to "easily" show it here?
I do not think it is too easy to trace as there are several methods of withdrawal and there are several types of currencies. I think it could be easier if the site would publish the transaction hash. It is not clear whether the winning has been withdrawn at a time or on several withdrawals.
511  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Use your winning responsibly on: January 20, 2024, 11:48:28 PM
That's good, and the majority of gamblers don't have this mindset. Once they have won a reasonable amount, they have the mentality to gamble further and make it big. This is where the majority of the funds get lost and they end up unable to fulfill their small dreams and needs that could've been met by the winning amount. What OP has done is really great, and in my view, we should prioritize investment in cryptocurrencies in a larger percentage and allocate small funds to fulfill these kinds of needs depending on the market situation.
I think while there is a big win the gambler should reinvest the fund in another space so that there might be a potential income so that the person does not need to worry when there is a loss on the gambling or there is no profit on the gambling. And from the earning the person can fulfill their small dream.
512  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BETCOIN.AG are absolute scammers! on: January 20, 2024, 11:45:34 PM
I could not see anything wrong with the site of becoin. As they do not allow multiple accounts, they have right to lock your accounts for violation of their terms and it is also perfect not to allow more than the total deposit amount. In this case, your accusation has no value as I think.
513  Economy / Gambling / Re: What do you want to see in casino reviews? on: January 20, 2024, 11:40:03 PM
For sure they wont because it would really be affecting out their overall credibility on the time that they would really be able to make such act on which we do know that its never been that appealing or something that would really be that recommended for them to do so. There's no easy way for you to make yourself that to gain up that trust which you have built up overtime.
This is why it would really be just that normal that you would really be having those thoughts that you should have only be able to introduce something in public
into those projects which you do really know that it is really that legit. You wont really be tending to mess up your reputation that you had built up for so long.
You are right and those who are reputed influencers will never share anything which is not legit. As they only share legit sites there is no chance of being a scam. But if they do not know the inner handling way then can happen the difference.
514  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1XBIT.COM ᐉ 7 BTC WB ᐉ Altcoin Betting ᐉ no KYC ᕗ Instant payouts on: January 20, 2024, 09:07:02 PM
When you talk about this promotion in my country lot of the celebrities and content creators who have lot of followers and influence on social media are all promoting this so called 1xbet on their page almost every single month they keep the promotion updated and alive which is a way of converting their followers to continue using the casino.

We all want where our money will be given a higher profit, but their are some offer which always appears too good to be true and as a gambler anytime I come across such I always try my best to avoid such casino as their must be a reason for them to have a higher odd compare to other bookmakers out their.
I do not think any reputed influencers will post about any sites that are scammers. If you can see the influencers promoting the scam site then the influencers have seen that the site has no negative impact and they are not aware of the scam site. In this case, you should be aware of the scam activity on the site.
515  Economy / Gambling / Re: Why they need a license if bitcon is not money? on: January 20, 2024, 09:00:28 PM
Although Bitcoin is called a "digital currency," some people and businesses need licences to use it legally and compliantly.

  • Digital currencies like Bitcoin are government-controlled. These groups enforce AML and KYC laws when people buy and sell cryptocurrencies. Obtaining a licence shows that some groups take these rules seriously.
  • Licencing protects consumers by requiring cryptocurrency businesses to follow rules. Stopping fraud, protecting customer funds, and resolving disputes can help the cryptocurrency industry gain trust.
  • Licencing bodies require cryptocurrency businesses to take security measures to prevent theft, fraud, and hacking. These standards help businesses protect their clients' assets and operate safely. They can implement strong security and conduct regular audits.
  • A cryptocurrency licence can help a business gain recognition. This recognition can attract investors, make partnerships easier, and provide financial services to licenced businesses.

Remember that cryptocurrency laws vary by location. Some countries have licencing systems, while others are still creating them. Individuals and businesses should consult lawyers to determine local business rules.
Governments of several countries trying to control KYC policy to maintain taxes for the people of those countries. If there is no rule and anywhere they perform the buy/sell/exchange the the government will not be able to take taxes from them. So to ensure the tax they have to specific terms to their people.
516  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Aviator is no longer provablyfair. Spribe turned to scam on: January 20, 2024, 08:54:01 PM
There's no scam accusation here, I bet the OP is just warning us in terms of the change of the algo of their game. The change of probably fair into none is too suspicious without them announcing it if its "true". Although i won't agree just yet when there's no proof shown like the chat logs, the result when using the probably fair verifier using the seed (server/client), hash, etc. from Spribe itself.
Let us say the OP has not created any scam accusations and trying to make us aware of the site to avoid our loss. If so the post should be created on the reputation section instead of the scam accusation board.
517  Economy / Reputation / Re: Obvious Merit Scammer / Merit Buyer created a “Raffle” thread lol on: January 20, 2024, 08:49:21 PM
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5481925.msg63513832#new

If he shows proof of funds this thread will be deleted since it was made to spread awareness of scams. Otherwise he is just bsing and is trying to scam members out of merit in an attempt to rank up. User is also Newbie member which is a red flag and it has been about an hour, still has refused to post actual proof of funds.
The person has already removed the content of the Op so obviously Op is not offering the same thing which has been offered from the beginning. So, it might be considered as merit abuse and/or scam activity.
518  Economy / Gambling / Re: What do you want to see in casino reviews? on: January 20, 2024, 08:44:56 PM
However, they (influencers) aim for promotion, so of course what they share with their followers are only good things related to the casinos being reviewed. Their goal is clear, regardless of whether in the review they share tips on how to use the casino well or share the risks of casino games. still, influencers are paid for the promotion of their casino products. There is nothing wrong with that, after all, they work in a paid casino. they cannot discredit the product they are promoting by talking about its shortcomings. however honest influencer behavior is required. it's not about losing or winning but talking honestly about the platform.
The words of influencers as well as the words of the so-called review sites are not the same. The influencers are trusted and they only promote those sites which they think are good. If they have any doubt about the site then they will not promote that gambling site.
519  Economy / Gambling / Re: Why they need a license if bitcon is not money? on: January 20, 2024, 05:57:55 PM
I think in some cases the money is accesory and not the main thing. Let me explain, the lincese and the regulation is more like a judge in case of some problem between you and the gambling house, is like you think X gambling site doesnt make the things right well someone has to be the judge right? and that judge has to be a third party and preferabily a specialized one.

And CANT be a enterprises because you know..... maybe that enterprise is also the owner of some gambling site, so its gonna be necesary to be a state owned.

I think that is the main point anda lso is to avoid some other problems from other big countries by the owners of the sites.

I support your point about the crypto gambling needs to be more desentralized, but is hard to do.
I agree with you that if any problem happens with the gambling sited as well as the gambler then the problem need to make a solutions. And if the gambling site has no regulations then the site may go away and there might have no way to resolve the issue. So licence is helpful for the gambler mainly.
