I believe they are a legitimate company that is now scamming people by accepting their money and having no products to send and therefore claiming that no money ever arrived.
This is bad when a company that was once legit becomes a scammer because there were positive feedback and good customer testimonials before they started scamming people, I'd like to ask how far will you go if the bank cannot reverse the transaction, will you send a representative to their location to charge them since you have a piece of complete evidence, in return you can ask on the court for damages from this company, this is fraud and they are liable on the laws where they are located. It is not only happening for the companies. The same thing happening on the forum. Many a user make small transactions or repeated transactions and then become a scammer. It happens both for trading as well as lending. Actually, their main tendency is to scam like a Ponzi scheme. |

Can you share your convo with this scammer or promotions for scams, i see nothing like that on his instagram account, post, reels and story. It very easy to spot shady companies on Reddit, Twitter, and other social media, what they do is to create a promotion and then limit the comments to only the ones they approve and that is a violation of the right of the followers to drop their honest reviews about their services. 1xbits have a bad reputation and they are aware of it that if they allow users to comment on their promotion threads there will receive negative comments and for that, they will limit the comments their receive. You are right that 1xbit knows that if they allow commenting then those who became scammed, harassed, and who are aware of the scam can arise their voice by commenting on their social media pages and so on. This is the wrong way for them they could solve the issue instead of blocking if they did that then they would not face the problem. |

It's also very likely that Eloy Rivera's verified instagram account got hacked by a goon, who is now using it to advertise and scam people who follow Rivera. They might be fooled into believing the DMs since the account is verified and is probably a public figure. This happens all the time on Twitter and YouTube.
Maybe you could team up with other people to report the account so that it gets taken down or temporarily blocked until the owner recovers it.
I have just opened the account and it seems a verified Instagram account and there is nothing suspicious. If the account got hacked then the account has been recovered. This type of promoting is a common thing nowadays scammer hack and try to take crypto from followers. |
