Yes. I contacted them yesterday and I received the rest of BNB today. The problem is, their support is too slow. If you inquire about something today, they cannot give you an ETA of the resolution time.
It is great that finally, you have received the rest of the funds of you. But I am confused about what's going on. They are really working fine or they are sending the fund to you to avoid loss of their trust.
