There are many fake projects that find their way to coinmarketcap, just because they are listed on Coinmarketcap doesn't mean they are good projects, i wish coinmarketcap care more about its reputation like binance exchange do but they don't

Which would be the best and most preferred altcoins to invest in the year 2020?
It was Ethereum and Ripple for the year 2017 and 2018/2019 had been bearish without any particular altcoins to be preferred we have seen almost all the altcoins going through bloodbath except few exchange tokens like BNB but which will be the most profitable altcoins for 2020? Will it Ethereum again or some other altcoins like litecoin or BCH or Ripple?
Eth will be the best choice for many on here and even new developers too, its same for me and i am looking forward to the next 2.0 upgrade with the staking ability, i bet it will be good, there are other good coins and tokens as well but you got to do researches yourself to find answers |

I know binance is the most popular exchange, but binance and other exchanges such as okex, huobi, ...and others forced you to hold their token to participate in IEO, so i list exchanges do not forced you to buy token.

Some of this exchanges i use it, and some of it i did not.
For every new projects that wants to use binance launchpad have to buy and hold some bnb tokens, this is simple marketing and this is another use case for bnb token, its not a bad idea at all but exchanges like p2pb2b are just disaster |

I've read people asking and posting how to protect their wallet but apart from educating yourself on how to protect your wallet, private keys and passwords, It's also very important that you protect yourself from exposing your portfolio you don't go around telling friends and random people, coins that you are keeping.
And also It's important to have other businesses or jobs and not rely on all your needs to Cryptocurrency, people will notice this and they will think you are making a fortune from Cryptocurrency and they might target you.

I remember maplexchange, centra and bitconnect very well, its a big shame that the scammers exit and no arrest was made, these are reasons why scammers first aims are crypto, with the help of tokens they create many will fall victim, and it seems OP is not aware that today scammers comes out with real photos and addresses, they always have full team details now

Why would anyone ever want to keep using centralized exchanges, especially when their volume becomes irrelevant?
Why would anyone voluntarily send their funds to a wallet on a vulnerable exchange where they don't own the keys and their funds could be frozen at the drop of a hat?
I think the days of centralized figureheads acting as gatekeepers are numbered.
Biggest DEX problems are 1. Lack of volume 2. Liquidity 3. Too low interest 4. Can be very annoying Dex aren't showing good signs of interest yet but maybe in the future things can change drastically |

No matter which coin or token you hold if they have real use cases and working product you will be fine, bitcoin is a must and the safest one and the other one i like is ETN, the teams are really trying hard to bring the project to success, another one on my list is Apollo currency, i belief that teams have the biggest role to make a project successful |

Offline wallets are by far the best and most secure but you still have to keep your backup safe, new wallets are the most dangerous one to use but mobile wallets are still cool for everyday use, keeping private keys safe is where most have issues
