Liqui too hasn't got option for trading any fiat. I don't think it needs any hard work to get icn listed on Chinese exchange. They only need to make a request ( that too optional) to add Iconomi. As far as I remember, Iconomi team would be providing inbuilt exchange for icn on Iconomi platform. So they may also provide ICN/ CNY pair . |

Pay? What are you mean? I don't think the refund will take another fund again. You might have said if that was suing you for pay some money again to gets your money back? He means that he has to pay escrow fees. More specifically, atleast 0.01 Bitcoin are deducted from your refund in name of escrow fees. For further details, read the escrow rules for complete fee structure. So, the whole ICO costed around 30-50 Bitcoin to its users. (Just an estimate). Many of investors were not aware of this as they didn't read escrow rules investing. |

I got a reply from SebastianJU, saying my claim was valid and I would get the money when Inchain approves the transfers.Last I checked they were not transfered. I don't understand what do you mean by approval of Inchain. He knows Inchain hasn't reached threshold and refund is to be processed. Escrow now doesn't need any approval to safely return the funds to the investors. If escrow would take approval from Inchain, while purpose of escrow is destroyed. |

I knew that it if definitely a scam. No mining has achieved roi in 3 months. But still I invested to earn more Bitcoins. This investment was very risky, but still I did. With proper management of balance in Hash ocean , I received roi in 1.5 - 2 months only. After that, I earned *2 amount investment in about total three months. I also did some calculations for Hashocean. According to that calculations, only with a investment of $10 you can earn 1 Bitcoin in 1-2 year. So if you invested in a scam too, you can get x100 the investment in a year. Hashocean ran for an year or so. However, I don't think Hashflare is a scam. But you never know in crypto world.  |

it's funny to see people talking about dividends... holding just a few ICN.  guys, please, there's a minimum icn to receive dividends. and if you have the minimum or something like, you probably will receive just a few satoshis worth of ETH. Do the math. Minimum icn required is ONLY 42 ICN. I don't think anyone with such a low amount of icn would be here. But, this thread has many people without any icn , just spreading fud. Yes, the amount may be about 10 satoshis worth of Ethereum for people with only some 100-200 ICNs. |

You mean you gave your password to escrow. You should never give your password to anyone. Yes, escrow can verify transaction by logging in into exchange. But there's would have been other ways to prove that. I think the second method for proving investment as stated by Sebastian was easy, if everyone knew it Sergey should have quoted that on front page. Here must have known that there are high chances of return just after the first week. |

Chatbots are helpful many times. You don't have to visit website to perform some functions. You can instruct chatbots to perform some functions. They would be using the money raised for developing the technology. No, they are not using ico money for funding the proposals. Wings does not fund any proposal. It would be users of wings who would invest in them after Wings Platform is launched. |

like the fiasco we had few months ago, with the empty blocks. Iconomi postponed the token distribution because of network problems, remember? I'd say we have at least 100 pages of cry babies and bitching in this thread because of that, and that is just btt. Now imagine something similar with grownups, "old world" investors..
Ethereum is an infrastructure service provider to Iconomi and all other app tokens built on top.
What happens when infrastructure service starts to have availability and performance problems, such as email or cloud-based service?
Or when that infrastructure service needs to patch every week because of security flows?
So far, Ethereum, as such, has failed.
I don't even want to think about the scenario that some miners will decide to fork again in a future "upgrade".
Go explain to the same non-tech investors that suddenly there is ICN-classic stock, but no reason to worry - the team does not support or develop it.
If these forks and flows continue, Iconomi should seriously consider and test alternatives.
That can turn out to be a show stopper for investors! Stability is the most important part in the early stages of a project like that. You can't have trust without stability, and without trust - there is nothing.
Firstly, I would say that Ethereum although is suffering from many problems recently, but still it's the best option for smart contact right now. If they use another blockchain for smart contacts, they have to use the same blockchain to pay the dividends. I think, it would take much time to shift on to another blockchain. Ethereum forks are a sign that Ethereum is actively bring improved. ( Also a sign that it has flaws). I think, many other blockchains would be having undetected problems in them. There are lots of developers on Ethereum, so many problems are detected. I would say, that is best option to remain in Ethereum ( till there's a fork which makes smart contacts incompatible,  hehe , just joking, it would never happen) |

You have to contact them personally. I had given a link to escrow list in my previous reply. You will also need to set Milestones for release of different amounts of funds to you. I don't think any escrow will agree without some predefined Milestones. |

I also invested 0.02 btc and due to refund rules I should burn 0.01 ? 50% Yes, it's not big amount..but in my country it's some money I can live for! Take a fee 0.001 btc, but not 50% !!! This is unacceptable!  Would the charges for each participant be separate or escrow would charge as while. I mean, total investments were more than $50,000. Doesn't it mean that fee be 0.5% ? Or it individual amounts would be considered for fee rates? 0.01 Bitcoin for each participant would be very much. This means escrow gets about 10 Bitcoin. But, 0.01 bitcoin can only get you a meal at a small restuarant ,not much. |

Screenshots can easily be faked. It's very easy to use Inspect Element feature in Chrome and modify websites content and take a screenshot. I think, he will first process ones sent personal wallets which would be very easy to verify Than he can take some information from Inchain for rest the investors . However, I don't know why escrow cannot request Inchain to put a refund option on their website and take wallet address. |

No it is not necessary to own the address. If you sent from an exchange, it would probably take some weeks for the refund. The escrow of Inchain says, "If you can't proof the ownership of an investment and a refund needs to be done then you need to wait some weeks so that the risk of being scammed is lower for me and the (potential real) owner of that investment. You would want I protect your investment too when someone claims it was his investment and only can show the transaction id, right?" |

This lead me to ask a serious question now, does anyone have a clue what will happen if somebody dies? What is happening with their ICN? (Let's say they are lying on the Iconomi platform, not on an exchange or a private wallet). Did you think about that already? Is it possible to transfer these ICN to a family member if they can proof that you are dead?
That is why you should keep your ICN on your desktop ETH mist wallet and provide a backup & private keys to your loved ones. If you keep your ICN on Kraken, they won't pass any Dividends to you, let alone your loved ones. (Let's say they are lying on the Iconomi platform, not on an exchange or a private wallet) I know you just want to help, but that didn't answer my questions. In my opinion, I don't think that many of ICN holders are withdrawing their ICN to a private wallet. What happens to a Gmail account when someone dies? His family members access it if the know they password. I think, you don't need to prove anything to Iconomi team. If you have password you can use it else you can't . ICONOMI team doesn't even know to whom does an account belong unless you have completed KYC. So, there's no chance for family members to claim icn if the user had not completed KYC. And there 0.001%  chances of claiming if user had completed KYC. |
