I can go as long as I want because I only gamble for fun and when my cousins are around. I am more of book person so I prefer reading in my past time. I have been thought how bad it is to make gambling as a habit and I also don't want myself to get into serious trouble because of a game. There are many things we can do in exchange for gambling that are much more important and if you know for yourself that playing gambling does not do any good to you anymore, then it will be better to walk away from it.

A newcomers won't show up here because facebook is the source of audience where an average joe learns cryptocurrency.
It will affect but not drastic in 1% of investors, I knew someone who invested in an ICO and that projects shoot up to the moon that advertisements that he see was from facebook.
I guess the big investor is also lurking in the facebook community for some mundane routine.

Merits are pretty much worthless once you get to Hero level. Of course, if you have a number of alts, or you are a campaign manager, then they can be used to increase rank for other accounts. But for a single Hero ( or above) account they don't really add very much.
Being a Sr. Member I'm not affected by the merit that I had, also being a Hero Member is excellent I can test the code in <glow>tag</glow>. P.S @OP if that high rank member use the merit system to rank up their alt account it will be inevitable to discover such anomalies in the forum, and if I have an alt account I will not do it, because there's a chance that my account would be banned from community. |

And that's the truth. I myself, someone who's barely starting out falls in the wannabe category and Darkstar_ falls in the real deal category. Does not necessarily mean that either of us are any less or more trustworthy than the other, its all about the number of campaigns we have successfully managed in the past.
Even if you get 1 campaign under your belt, getting the next one is considerably easier. However, you have to be transparent about everything and although its not a hard fast rule, but it helps if you are a long time forum member (2+ years) or a high-rank member (Hero+). But if you can get in touch with people behind a new bright ICO and if they trust you enough, you could get to manage their campaign. Its all about making the right connections, convincing them of your trustworthiness and knowing what you are doing.
PS: Everyone believes that they are trustworthy, it is down to your convincing skills on whether you can convince someone else of your honesty/trustworthiness. Start small work your way up. Good luck.
There is this one ICO that would like me to run their campaign, however things didn't go safely the person behind it is convincing me to run the campaign and would be paying me at the end of the month, I disagree from the term. But i think moderators/admin likely trust the one with bitcoin address and have posted their address in bitcointalk.org rather than altcoin and it's address outside this forum. I stay away from USDT for a while to avoid such investment lose, but I think it will not collapse that easy other ppl will still invest in USDT and use it as a trading pair it will not collapse the foundation it will only give an assurance that USDT is a stronger altcoin.

I have to agree with you regarding avoiding ethereum before. Initially, it was too complicated for me. But then, it all started with the airdrop hype. Everybody is having their airdrop in eth platform. So I tried. Anyway, there's no harm in trying, right? And guess what, I earned a lot from those eth tokens. So I'm not complaining. There are a lot of advantages in eth platform that's maybe why a lot are utilizing now their services. Ethereum is increasing in value because just like you said more company is using smart contract base on Ethereum. But the probability of Ethereum to surpass Bitcoin is highly unlikely to happen, a lot of user is trading their Bitcoin for Ethereum now because it looks like the price is increasing, But that is only temporarily we can see some sell in high and will lead Ethereum to the stable price and chances are Bitcoin capital will remain. P.S But I really doubt that Ethereum will not surpass Bitcoin a lot of company are now using the technology of ETH. |
